After work, I had a light drink with my subordinate at a corner bar.
I chose this sake among many.
I was attracted by the name 😅 but I didn't fight with the cat and I don't even have one to begin with 🤣.
After pouring, the aroma is subdued.
The taste on the palate is very juicy and summery 😘! It is juicy and light 😘.
It's juicy and light, but you can really taste the umami of the rice and the light sweetness.
The aftertaste is sharp with acidity!
This gap is like a really colossal cat. 🐈⬛
Kagatobi
Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Namaozume
Definitely delicious!
Both are delicious!
Good morning, kozo 😃.
Reconcile with the cat! That's an interesting name.
I'd like to ask the brewery what it means 😆.
But the taste sounds delicious 😍.
I think drinking it will make me like cats even more now ❣️

Good evening...
It's funny 🤣this brewer was fighting something with the cats 😅It was refreshing and very easy to drink 😅I would love to have one from a kitten someday, but I have 2 piglets at home, gohon gohon!
I took it because it was the closest to the rest tent.
It has a nice color to it. Not quite brown, but more like an old wine.
No gas, rice flavor! No gas, rice flavor!
I don't think it's my favorite, but I'll drink it because I enjoyed the event!
Is it a white wine with a strong habit of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity?
It is hard to describe the thickening of the wine, and the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are all mixed together.
The acidity, which also has a hint of vinegar, is present until the end.
Alcohol is not released until the end.
Tongue roughness is strong.
This is the first Miyoshi-Kiku I have had. It is really difficult to describe,
Is it really sake?
The aroma of autumn in a cup.
Miyoshikiku "In Autunno Porcini" is a junmai ginjo inspired by porcini mushrooms, the Italian matsutake mushroom.
It has soft acidity, deep umami, and a slight woody aroma.
It has a pleasantly calm aftertaste, like walking through a forest.
A walk on the wild side series of innovative sake brewed by the Miyoshikiku Sake Brewery in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. It was a unique sake with a mellow, fruity sweetness and strong acidity typical of Miyoshikiku.
I'm probably angry at home and I want to reconcile.
Reconcile with the cat, Otsukimi label.
The aroma is unique.
I guess it's basically pineapple, but earthy? It has a mysterious aroma.
It tastes like white wine, but the aroma insists that it is not wine.
No gasiness
Sour aroma like yogurt
Sweetness like white grape juice and a little alcohol in the mouth.
After that, there is a strong acidity.
Tastes like a sweet white wine with a strong acidity.
There is a moderate astringent taste at the end.
