初日は三芳菊らしい酸と乳酸フルーティ。飲みやすくはないｗ
2日目以降、謎のキャラメル感が出てきて洋梨キャラメルみたいな魅惑なニュアンスに。これは結構好み…
ただ、やっぱり良くも悪くも作りが安定しないので買うのが怖いんだよねぇ。

I love 🐈cats and the label is so cute I couldn't help but buy the jackets 😍🫶.
It seems to be a collaborative brand between Miyoshigiku from Tokushima prefecture and Kikumori Shuzo from Iwate prefecture. I don't know what the standard taste is 😅🍶I've never tasted Miyoshikiku before.
The impression in the mouth is sweet and refreshing like white wine, but by the time it passes down the throat, it has a unique floral and oaky flavor that I thought would appeal to different tastes. It is a very peculiar taste that I have never tasted before, and I am looking forward to the changes on the second day 😌.

The quirkiness softened and it became lighter and very easy to drink😃.

It takes a lot of courage to bring someone with almost no prior information about the sake, but since it's a rarely seen Tokushima sake, I took the courage to bring him along 🤣.
I was curious and opened the bottle immediately 💡.
The aroma is... sweet and full of fragrance.
It smells like strawberries 🍓 like tropicals....................................even my stupid nose can smell it intensely 😊If anything it might be the best ever 😅.
Can't wait to taste it 😋.
The mouth is filled with a sour taste from as sweet as a hamburger master!
The aftertaste is also strawberry like... but more tropical 😅⁉️😅
It's like a combination of sweetness and sourness 😊.
A little too sweet, but better than de classique 🤣.
Best to finish it on the same day instead of letting it sit 😋.

The name of the sake is a parody of the famous "Reconcile with God" sign, "Reconcile with the Cat". The picture is by Enka Kamegawa.
It is difficult to judge whether Miyoshikiku's cup sake has this flavor because it has been aged for more than a year, or whether it has always had this flavor. I've never tasted it so much, so I just have the image that they make sweet and sour fruity sake. ...... I'm not sure if it's the same for other sake than raw sake.
It has a high acidity and is very rose-like, floral, rose-like. It has a strong flavor and no sweetness.

I'll be drinking at home over the holiday weekend 🍶.
My parents' garden seems to have grown a lot of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), and we received a large amount of them. They are small but full of juice.
I squeezed it into this sweet and sour sake. It's subtle, but it's good ^_^.
I bought fish cutlets and Naruto-kintoki at Kotsu Kaikan, a regular stop on my virtual trip home, and I'm all set. ❤️
I added the citrusy acid of sudachi to the nostalgic acidity and sweetness of miyoshikiku!
It's devilishly delicious!
