Walk on the Wild Side of Miyoshikiku! This is my first time drinking the Wild Side series. The top aroma is softly sweet with a full-bodied flavor. The palate has a light sweet flavor of Omachi. It is not a pure sake, but a 14% sake, so I guess it is a summer sake 🤔. For a sake that is supposed to be a walk on the wild side, it was a normal tasty sake 🍶✨️

Tokushima Prefecture Make peace with the cat! Sacred Sake Unfiltered Nama-shu Alcohol 16%. It is like a white wine with a little sourness. It is refreshingly sweet. Almost no aroma. It has an alcoholic taste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

The 🟥3rd drink I've ever had, never tasted anything like it, it was interesting... [Miyoshikiku Junmai Ginjo White Grape [Sake Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu [Volume: 1800ml [Place of Origin] Tokushima Prefecture [Sake Brewer] Miyoshikiku Shuzo [Raw material] Awa Yamadanishiki [Polishing ratio] 60 [Sake meter] ? (Slightly sweet) [Acidity] ? [Alc degree] 14 degrees [Product Details] Miyoshikiku is a sake that transcends the aroma and taste of sake! This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai ginjo sake brewed with up to 60% Yamada-Nishiki polished and bottled as it is pressed. The word "white grape" on the label says it all. The aroma from the glass is reminiscent of yogurt and white wine, with a lactic acid aroma and fresh fruits such as pears. In the mouth, the wine has a fresh and rich acidity, as if you were eating juicy white grapes, and although the alcohol content is 13%, it leaves a rich aftertaste with a strong flavor. It is a perfect match for Western and Italian cuisine.

What's that aroma...! It has a sour taste like white wine, but it also has a strange aroma like black vinegar? It also has a mysterious aroma like black vinegar...! LOL! It tastes like white wine with a little plum wine added, which is also a new sensation...! When you put it in your mouth, the habit becomes mild, but I feel that a little bit of this habit makes the white wine taste stronger. The quality of the sake is very soft and smooth, and the rice flavor is also present, so there are acidity and sweetness similar to white wine or plum wine, but it is interesting that it is a Japanese sake 😆 lol. I miss this character, and when I find it, I will pick it up again ✨.

Tokushima Sake - first time for me 😎. Is the label "Melmo-chan" by Osamu Tezuka? It tastes sweet and sour 😋😋😋. It's like it has fruit and honey in it 🤔. I thought it would be a new sensation = weird drink. It's easy to drink 👍

Asteraceae flowering plant (Parasenecio delphiniifolius) A hidden sake that I was allowed to drink at the restaurant for various reasons. I think it may have been because it had been a while, but at first it smelled like persimmon juice, and when I drank it, I found sour apples. The aftertaste is natto, and overall, it is a creature-like sake with a strong natural wine-like habit. I'm glad I only had half a bottle...by the way, my neighbor who drank it with me had a really great palate. Not recommended for beginners. I got the impression that it was like Kumezakura Chalcis ethnic sake. The name "Miyoshikiku" means "its fragrance is fragrant, its color is light, and its taste is beautiful", which is a reference to Miyoshi City where it is located. The fifth-generation brewer and toji, Ryoichiro Umamiya, has been attracting attention for his unconventional sake brewing and pop labels in the spirit of "Walking on the Wild Side"! He is also active in passing on the tradition to the next generation, with a direct farmer connection to the brewery and the daughters of his three sisters involved in the sake making process!

This izakaya is located in the basement of the station with a good selection of sake and high quality of each item. I usually don't drink sake because there are so many good beer snacks, but I chose Miyoshigiku, a local sake from Tokushima, for the first time in a long while. It has a slightly strong acidity, a sweet aftertaste, a slight alcohol taste, and a flavor reminiscent of white wine. I would recommend this bottle to those who are not satisfied with ordinary sake! As a side note, there was a souvenir store nearby that sold Oya-yaki pottery! The design was good, and I thought to myself, "I want a boar's mouth ‼️" lol! If you come to Tokushima, please try Otani Yaki, which has the same auspiciousness as the last name of a super major league baseball player!
