Junmai Ginjo🍶New Unblended Sake✨Omachi from Okayama Prefecture🌾.
Refreshing ✨ A little heavy on the nose? I thought it would be a little heavy on the nose, but it's light. A little dry and thinly bitter. It has a sweetness as the temperature rises. It goes well with sea bream sashimi. It also accepts bonito.
Japanese sake kakuchi Uenanaka @ Asahikawa (my brother bought this sake as a souvenir) 20240803
Crisp mouthfeel. The alcohol is crisp without being cloying, and the simple aftertaste is very pleasing. A pleasant sake that is attractive as a chilled drink after a long day of sweating.
Local production for local consumption in Hokkaido. Junmai Ginjo-shu "Ezonokuma" is made from sake rice "Kitashizuku". It is a fruity, refreshing, and easy-to-drink sake. Goes well with seafood.

On this day, I met the fateful Ezo-No-Kuma for the first time ʕ-ᴥ-ʔ
My favorite brand even after all these years!
Kitashizuku Nama Sake is the best!

Color is slightly yellow🟨.
Smell is banana sweet🍌.
Taste is sweet and delicious. It has a nutty 🥜 oozing sweetness and a soft, almost creamy mouthfeel.
The aftertaste has the characteristic flavor of an aged sake.
Mild sake, different from the recent image of bear🐻.

Classic dry ⭕️
A local favorite evening drink sensation.
I personally prefer the more gorgeous, young sweetness of the "Nama" to the "Hiyori".

I really wanted to try the "Farmer's Sake," but they said it was by reservation only...
Jacket price... 6/10
I bought the packet. green bottle + black background is always cool.
Ki ... 11/20
It smells like strawberries with a hint of sugar water. The stagnant texture makes the sweetness stand out even more.
Sei... 11/20
The bitter taste from the alcohol comes out, but the sugar water sweetness is still persistent, or even amplified.
Change ... 10/20
The sweetness is still lingering, but it's not very pleasant... The strawberry-like Alc sublimation smell (this smell is not bad) rises, but the approach to the tongue is still very strong.
Conclusion... 13/20
The bitter-sweet aftertaste leaves a nasty aftertaste, but it is amazing that it does not leave a persistent impression after being fed so much sweetness.
Cost performance ... 4/10
I bought it for 2,200 yen and had it sent by cool delivery.
I learned that the lack of fullness is a necessary element for a good SAKE.
55 points
While it is sweet enough that it doesn't need any sauce, it is not interesting if it is all about sweetness.
By the way, the sliced kipper is delicious!
A bottle made with Hokkaido's sake rice "Comet".
Easy to drink with moderate acidity and a refreshing taste.
Alcoholic feeling is not as unpleasant as expected, and it is refreshing from start to finish.
First sake from Hokkaido in a long time.
It is consistently delicious, as it was when we drank it before.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is crisp and dry. It goes well with simmered dishes.
