Mild, full rice aroma.
Beautiful graininess and umami in the mouth.
Spicy and slightly tangy. The acidity is refreshing.
Shrimp with green pepper in soy sauce,
It goes well with oyato-no-Tataki (chicken) with a strong soy sauce flavor.
Gentle for a Takasago sake brewer.
Taste level ☆3/5
Ezo-no-kuma" is made from "Kitashizuku" sake rice produced in Hokkaido. It has a nice, refreshing taste. Local production for local consumption is also good for sake.
This is the first time I've had this drink. I was curious about the sake because of the cute jacket, so I tried it and it was really good. I think people who like raw sake will like it. 89 points.
Purchased online from Shichikura.
I fell in love with this bottle after drinking it for the first time 2 years ago. I was finally able to obtain it👍.
This time it is a Junmai sake.
It is a dry sake with a refreshing taste and a hint of sourness.
It is a perfect food sake that goes well with any food.
