［On the 10th round of drinks at Sake 47 Todofuken, the waitress told us that last order was due, so we made our last call with a dish from the lineup that had stuck in our memory and caught our attention 🍶.
Ai no Sato Junmai.
I had been curious about this sake ever since I first saw it on the menu, and after ordering it, I was convinced that it was from the same brewery as "Hana-yosu" 😲.
The aroma is full of umami, the mouthfeel is juicy and sweet with a hint of pineapple, and the taste has a calm sharpness, a mild aftertaste, and a lingering bitterness on the tongue.
A "food sake" made by the Nanyo Shuzo brewery, which also produces "Hana-yosu", it has a fruity flavor, but its sharpness and bitterness would certainly go well with a meal 🥰.
For dessert, I ordered the "Tsukimi Beef Stewed Rice" 😋.
After that, we walked to Osaka Station to sober up and headed home.
