Toyo Bijin Limited Edition Junmai Daiginjo.
A full and fruity ginjo aroma, a clean and calm sweetness on the palate, a fade-out finish, and a sigh-worthy lingering aftertaste!
It's been a long time since I've had a "Toyo Bijin", but it's still delicious!
