The fruity sweetness spreads quickly, and the umami is also conveyed clearly. The citrusy bitterness tightens up the whole experience. The lingering aftertaste seems to be slowly fading away. It is not flashy, but it is good for a leisurely sipping. However, 3,000 yen for a four-pack is a bit expensive!

I bought this Re:vive Kugasake when Rafa and I visited a liquor store in Kita-Osaka. It is a hybrid of nama moto and fast brewer's moto, and I, being a clueless person, was like ? But the husband, Rafa and Hata-san nodded their heads in agreement. All the rice used for the brew was grown in Iwate Prefecture. All the rice used is from Iwate Prefecture, and it is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time. We were allowed to taste it at the store, and it was kind of exciting to see it freshly opened. ☺️ The silky, mild aroma fills the mouth! The acidity, umami, and sweetness spread out later and later, and it's kind of delicious even after swallowing 😋The flavor, which also shows the strength of the rice, is superb✨👍✨. This is delicious 🩷I drank it in August and I still remember the taste, that's what I'm talking about 😊.

At the Shojo Banquet I liked this one the best among all the sake I drank from Heiroku. Maybe because it is the closest to the sake I usually drink. It was delicious and easy to match with meals.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. [Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

Unnoi Ginjo Koshu Hinichishin It has a golden color reminiscent of whisky, an aged aroma similar to soy sauce, a smooth mouthfeel with a caramel-like sweetness and a unique aged aroma, and a punchy burnt caramel aroma with a light aftertaste. On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. There are still many places I want to visit, so I will visit Kansai again if I have a chance...!
