Ippongi Hatsushibori.
Rich rice aroma, fresh and rich umami, a hint of sweetness, and a pleasant aftertaste with a bitter aftertaste.
It is 21% alcohol, so drink a little and add an ice cube as recommended by the brewery and drink on the rocks.
The aroma is at once gorgeous, the mouthfeel is full of gorgeous aroma, and the flavor is typical of Ippongi, and then it finishes with a fresh aftertaste with a low bitterness.
I wonder if the difference from last year can be attributed to the difference in the brewing of the year or a change in my palate 🤔.
