Today we got a bottle of Ichinotani, a sake from our neighbor Fukui Prefecture 😀.
I bought it because of the old-fashioned, hard-core label 😚The specs are also very Chinese, 35% Yamadanishiki daiginjo😤, but the price is reasonable💰They really only have one bottle, but it seems that only the store of one of their customers has a 4-goupe bottle 👍.

We celebrated her growth with a drink with her name on it 🍶.

I used the sceptre I got the other day to compare the sakes.

The aroma of mellow rice and the smell of rain are probably due to the stoneware of the sceptered valley stone, the mouthfeel is clear, the flavor is mild, and it finishes with a pleasant aftertaste and bitterness that lingers on the tongue.

The clear aroma of rice and the smell of wet cobblestones are probably due to the stoneware.
The entrée was a tempura of wild vegetables (kogomi, cod sprouts, and koshibara) given to us by relatives, and locally caught sashimi of yanagi-hachime (a fish that heralds spring in neighboring Ishikawa).
The coasters are also made of sceptre stone, so you can enjoy drinking at home more 😁.
I bought this sake for myself at Matsuyama Sake Shop, where I originally bought Ichinotani Junmai Ginjyo Uno (Uno), which I presented to bouken at the recent Kansai Off-line Meeting New Year's Party ✨.

Fukui sake was opened because the Hokuriku Shinkansen line is now open to Tsuruga.
We got it from Mr. Jive at the offline meeting.
The liquor store didn't have it in stock, so the liquor store had to order it from the brewery. Sorry for the trouble 💦.
I like the fact that the back label is 1.8l about 😁.
It has a strange mouthfeel with both freshness and maturity. The slight sweetness and robust flavor are impressive.
I paired it with the seasoned codfish we got together 😊.
The salty flavor went well with it 😋.
The closer to room temperature, the sweeter it tastes.
After a few days, you can feel a little bit of dried fruit.

Another Hokuriku Shinkansen commemorative bottle today.
It is Ichinotani Junmai-shu from Ono, Fukui.
It has a slight color. When you put your nose close to the glass, you can smell the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a banana-like moist sweetness and a slightly o-ka. The sea urchin tofu covered the aroma well.
I had the impression that the sake brewed with Fukui's sake rice "Sakahomare" was very good, so I may have set the bar a little too high.
