Koshi, opening a bottle of Sakai no Yoake🎉. This sake is awesome ‼️ The brewer starts pressing at midnight, and at dawn, the contracted liquor store goes to the brewery and brings back the freshly pressed sake to sell only to customers who made reservations in advance. I also reserved a bottle in advance, and received it yesterday and enjoyed it right away 😄. The moment I drank it, I was surprised 🤩 What a shock! First of all, I would like to say a few words. Too delicious😍! It made me realize that this is what freshly squeezed sake tastes like, and I was convinced that freshness is what it means... 🧐. It is fresh from the moment you put it in your mouth, the gaseous sensation is very natural and freshly made, there is no spiciness or bitterness at all, I can only say it is delicious 🥰. I can't describe it well 🙏. It was so delicious that it was gone in no time 😅. It is just brilliantly delicious. I am so thankful to the brewery and the liquor store 💕Thank you 😊. Today I realized how good new sake tastes 🍶. I will definitely reserve this one for next year: ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Kangiku Denshogiku 😆. I got a bottle of Denshogiku, Orikagarami and this one 💁‍♀️2 and opened the first one without Orikagarami. ‼️ I opened the bottle from this one because I felt that most of the postings on Sake-no-wa were for the orikagarami one 😄. First, the aroma. The aroma is a nice scent with a gorgeous juicy sweetness, which is typical of Kangiku. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads like a jolt 🥰. The gasiness is gentle, and even in the latter half of the bottle, it leaves a sweet taste without any spiciness or bitterness. There is no cloying taste, no complexity, and it is a straight and beautiful cold chrysanthemum. It is sweet, but not too sweet. It is sweet enough not to get in the way of a meal, and even as a mealtime sake, it makes the snacks go further 😋. Of course, you can continue drinking it on its own, and it is a rather refreshing sweet sake that will not make you tired of drinking 🍶. I can't compare it to Oorigarami yet, but this is quite easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋😋. It's my favorite of all the Kangiku 🤩. I have high expectations for the Orikarami 😆. Kangiku is still delicious 🥰. I highly recommend this one: ☝️

First time opening a bottle of Kaze no Mori 🎉. First time on the last day of the holidays! I drank Kaze no Mori 😄! I was lucky enough to get a heated SAKE of ALPHA5 recommended by ma-ki - ✌️ And this is an awesome process 🧐. It's brewed with Bodai yeast + Kijoshu + 10 years old sake. Just looking at it, it looks delicious 😋. It can be served cold or even better heated 🍶! So, we are excited to have it. The deep sweetness of the sake spreads in the mouth like that of a noble sake. Next, the unique complexity and acidity of the Bodai yeast pushed in and passed away with a pleasant gassy feeling. ☺️ What an exquisite finish! It has a strange complexity, yet it is sweet and acidic and makes you want to drink more and more 🍶. It's so good 😍Surprisingly good 😍! It's even different when heated up! The sourness mellows out and turns into a mild sake. I think I prefer it cold 🥰. No wonder Kaze no Mori is so popular 😆. I would like to try other sake if I have a chance. Today we have Shinsei on tap 🥳. My husband participated in a sports match and won🏆 in the individual competition ‼️ What else but Shinsei to celebrate such a happy day 🙌! So we celebrated with Shinsei Cosmos, straight from the tap 🥂! The more uplifted I am, the better the Shinmasa tastes 😋. This was my first time drinking Cosmos, and I felt it was the least sweet of all the Shinsei I've had so far, but it had a delicious aftertaste that I have no complaints about. It was really easy to drink and gone in no time 😅. It's hard to describe how good Niimasa tastes 😆. There are many different types of Niimasa, all different but all delicious 🤤. I haven't had them all, but they must all be delicious! There is no other sake like it ☝️ I'm looking forward to the next Niimasa I come across again 🥰.

Today is Halloween🎃! We have opened the long awaited 🎊 Halloween 🎃label. I've been waiting for Halloween 🎃 label from Takachiyo ever since I found out they were going to release it! But there was no distributor near me 😭. But I really wanted to drink this one, so I popped it in, even though I had to pay for shipping 😆. I bought two bottles, this label and another bottle of Origami, and I'll have this one first today 😄. The juicy sweetness of the fruit spreads all at once in the mouth and it is sweet and delicious all the way through without any spiciness or bitterness 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Too good to be true, Takachi 😍. I'm glad I bought it! One of the most impressive 🥹. You can't go wrong with Takachiyo👍. I'm looking forward to the next one. I love Takachiyo after all 🥰. Halloween label 🎃I will definitely buy it again next year. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet sake: ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Masumi, the last batches of autumn sake in our refrigerator 😄. I found this Masumi at a liquor store, and I felt something and decided to buy it on a hunch! The label may not be obvious in the picture, but it's a beautiful vermilion color with a nice navy blue and gold paper quality 😊. There was something about its presence that gave it a sense of dignity 🥰. Last fall sake, I'll take it 😋. It doesn't have much aroma. The mouthfeel is clean and clear, and the gentle sweetness comes in quickly. The spiciness and astringency spreads in the latter half and goes away quickly. There is no cloying taste at all, and absolutely no waste. It is elegant and of high class! It is perfect as a food wine 😍. Perfect for a mealtime sake👌. I was reminded once again that Masumi's quality is high. The water is good, well balanced, and seamless! Delicious 😋😋😋. My husband liked it a lot too 🍶. Masumi's regulars are delicious, but the seasonal ones are different and of high quality, so I recommend them: ❣️

Today we had Houou Mita 😍. It's the first Shibori-nama Sake! I had a bottle of Hououmida before when we went out for a drink and it was pretty dry and I haven't been able to get my hands on it since then, but this Houououmida looked so good that I decided to have it 😄. Now, I wonder how the Houou Mita will taste... 🧐. The aroma is fruity 🍇. The water quality is clean and clear in the mouth, and the sweetness spreads like white grapes. A little spiciness develops in the second half, but it is sharp and not at all unpleasant 😊. It's easy to drink and the finish will be liked by beginners and girls 🍶. It was exactly like a white wine 😋. Maybe it's the taste that can be produced because it's the first time it's a raw sake and the first time it's pressed, but this redeemed the Hououmida in my mind 😆. I would like to try more other Hououmida. If you have any recommendations, please let me know! The first shibori-nama sake I had this time was just delicious 🥰. If you're new to Hououmida, you'll love it when you drink it from now on: ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Maruhi nigorizake😄. This Maruhi is the last of the 6th batch of this season. The last nigori sake 🍶. I couldn't drink all of them, but I wanted to drink the last nigori, so I managed to get it 😆. This bottle is made with malic acid 77 and pursues sweetness and freshness with acidity. I'll have it as soon as possible. The aroma is sweet and sour. It is sweet and juicy in the mouth. And the same sourness ‼️ It's a unique sweet and sour sake from Maruhi 😍. Maybe the most balanced of all the Maruhi's I've had this season 😊. I recommend it to anyone who likes sweet and sour 👌 It's low al and you can drink more and more of it so you have to be careful ☝️ But the sourness of Maruhi is bold! I don't think it's a sake that's so unlike sake that you'd go this far. But sake is fun because of this kind of sake. ❣️ Please try Maruhi at least once 😄.

Today we opened our first bottle of Bunraku 🎉! What a first time in Saitama! It was also my first time in Saitama😅 I've always been curious about it at the liquor store I always go to, and when I asked the owner about it, he said it's like Shinsei, so people who like Shinsei would like it 😆 (who doesn't like Shinsei?!). I thought 💦. But if that's the case, I'd love to try it 🥰. I'm going to have some Bunraku-san right away, which I purchased with great anticipation 😊. The aroma is refreshingly sweet. The lemon🍋 flavor sweetness spreads in the mouth, and a slight spiciness spreads in the second half, but it's not at all unpleasant and has a very nice aftertaste! Wow ❣️ this is delicious 😋😋😋. It's pretty much at the top of my ranking. It's easy to drink anyway. It can be used as a food drink or on its own 👌. You won't get tired of drinking it and you won't get tired of drinking it. It makes me want to drink it all the time 🍶. I'm going to buy this one for sure 🚗 as it seems to have been upgraded with the new Rebone this month. Let's certify it as a liquor we should always have in our house 🧐❣️ I really recommend it and I hope you'll drink it if you're interested 😊.

Today we opened our first bottle of Miyazumi 😄. Miyazumi Meizumi is a famous sake brewer whose brother's company Sharaku is famous all over the country. The younger brother's Miyazumi is a famous sake that is distributed mainly in the local area 🍶. Conversely, it is a sake that is hard to find outside of the local area😅. I happened to come across Miyazumi at a liquor store I stopped by when I was in the Tohoku area ✨. There was no way I could leave without buying it! I had to buy it immediately 💨 I'll have some of that Miyaizumi 😋. Not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle sweetness spreads slowly, and in the second half, the spiciness spreads quickly. It is not extremely spicy, and the sharpness is good, so I thought it was an easy-to-drink dry sake. It is a sake with a high degree of perfection, and I am impressed by its high quality 😊. Miyazumi Brewery has become so famous through the hard work of the brothers. It was a bottle that made me realize again how wonderful it is that hard work leads to results 🥰.

Today we opened a bottle of Kangiku's Monochrome😄. There were many reviews on Sake-no-wa, and everyone was raving about it, so expectations are high! The label is actually a picture of summer scenery in Kujukuri. I took a closer look and sure enough, there was a nice landscape photo on the label 📸. The concept of this sake is to look back on the memories of summer and enjoy the early autumn with a calm, yet gorgeous sweetness ✨. Even before drinking it, I was moved by Kangiku's thoughts 🥹. I'm happy with a sake that has such a story behind it 🤩. I don't even need to review the taste, it was a brilliant Kangiku sake 🥰. I love Kangiku more and more for the excitement and joy they bring to us ❣️ I would like to continue to support them.

This is my first packaged sake. I opened a bottle of Sake Mirai Tanrei Fresh 😄. I was thinking that I would like to try it if I have a chance, because it was posted a lot on Sakegawa and was reputed to be quite tasty. My husband found a bottle of this sake, which was hidden at the back of the shelf at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo, and bought it for me! He bought it for me! I was also surprised 😆 ‼️ I immediately enjoyed this bottle of sake. The aroma is a little bright. When I put it in my mouth, a gentle sweetness spread. There was no spiciness or bitterness until the aftertaste, and it went down smoothly. In a good sense, it is like water. It goes in smoothly without any resistance. I wonder if this is what "light" means? I have a feeling it's not... 😅 I don't think it has much impact 💦. It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content, but I feel it is a very beautiful sake. It's also possible that the fact that I was drinking Red Takeshi's MONSTER with it made it less impressive 💧. There seem to be many other types of packaged liquor, so I'd like to try some of the others: ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Akabu's Halloween 🎃 limited edition sake! The logo on the label is also cute as an obake 😍. The description on the back says exciting... exciting, exciting... I can't imagine what it is 😄. So let's have it right away. The aroma is fruity and sweet, typical of Akabu. When you put it in your mouth... Hmmm⁈Wow! I see 🧐🧐🧐🧐. It comes in gently and smoothly, then the sweetness spreads in the middle, and in the second half, the acidity pops up all at once along with a gassy feeling! It has a nice sharpness, no spiciness or bitterness! This is interesting🤣🤣🤣 And delicious 😋. If this was brewed with calculation, it's brilliant 😆. MONSTER is a playful MONSTER from Akabu. Perfect for those who like sweet and sour drinks👌. The changes in the mouth are interesting, fun and quite delicious 🥰. I highly recommend it ❣️

Today is the first time in a long time to drink outside😄. And I drank Tasake for the first time ✌️ And it was a limited edition of Tasake's 50th anniversary! Even more surprisingly, it had just arrived yesterday and was unopened. I was the first customer. I don't know if it was right for me to be the first to drink such a precious sake... Is it okay for me to open it...? 😅 and I confirmed it. The owner willingly said, of course! and 😆 What does it taste like? I asked him what it tasted like, and he said he didn't know because he hadn't had it yet, but that it was rice wine, so it would be fruity and sweet. I had my first taste of Tasake. Not much aroma. It is fruity in the mouth, but not sweet. It has a good taste of rice. The spiciness comes in the latter half. You can also feel the unique acidity of Yamahai. The spiciness remains until the aftertaste. It is different from my image 😅. I thought it would be sweeter and easier to drink, but this was different 💦. The owner also tasted it and maybe it represented the original taste of Tasake. It was definitely dry. My husband happened to stop by Tokyo Station and bought this as a gift from Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop: ✌️ Since we were there, I pushed aside the autumn sake that was waiting for its turn to appear! I already had a preconceived notion that it was sweet, easy to drink and suitable for beginners... The aroma and flavor are gorgeous. I certainly felt sweetness on the palate. Immediately after that, spiciness, bitterness, and astringency spread at once. The astringent taste lingered in the aftertaste. Hmmm...💦💦. Maybe I had too many preconceived notions😅. It was totally different from the taste I was expecting, maybe it's not my favorite type. Maybe my condition is bad today😭. Sorry to my husband who went out of his way to buy it for me 😥. I'm sorry, Mr. Kudokibe 🙏. I want to try it again in a few days. I hope it tastes good then ✨

Today is the 100th anniversary of Sake no Wa check-in🎉! So we opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku on this happy day😄! I bought it in the summer and this day finally came 🎉. This is the second bottle in the Discovery series. This New Sensation is 90% polished rice! The rice is Koshihikari grown in Chiba prefecture. I was intrigued by the label 😆 I was excited to see what it tasted like. I am excited to see what it tastes like. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It is sweet and juicy in the mouth. Although it is made with 90% polished rice, it does not have a cloying taste, but rather it has a strong rice flavor and finishes with a sense of gas in the second half. There is no spiciness or bitterness. It is sweet! It has a complex flavor that is hard to describe, but it is not unpleasant, but interestingly complex. It really is a new kind of sake, just like the label says😍. It was gone in no time😅. Kangiku is trying many things, getting better and better, and making consumers look forward to it, and this bottle made me want to keep supporting them. ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Hirotogawa Special Junmai😄. I was looking forward to the difference from the Junmai Ginjo the other day. The entrance is mellow. The umami and sweetness of the rice spread gradually and left slowly. There was no spiciness, no bitterness, no special impact, and I thought it was the kind of sake that accompanies the food and complements the main dish. ☺️ In a sense, it plays a supporting role! It could be a luxury food sake 😆. The flavor of rice is more mellow than that of junmai ginjo. It is more refreshing than Junmai Ginjo. I don't know which one I like better... Both are delicious😋.

I drank Daimine for the first time😄. I found it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station: ✌️ I didn't hesitate to buy it because everyone's reviews at Sakegawa looked so good! Well, I opened the bottle with high expectations😍. The aroma is gorgeously fruity. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it wasn't as sweet as I expected. The second half is a bit gassy and the bitterness and spiciness comes rushing in. The sharpness is not bad, but the spiciness lingers. Is it this kind of dry 💧? Hmmm... 😅 Not quite what I imagined... A little disappointing because my expectations were so high 😭 I'm sure the Yamadanishiki has a clean taste, but the aftertaste was too hard for my inexperienced taste buds. I'm going to let it sit for a few days and see how the taste changes.

Today we opened a bottle of Takachiyo. The kanji is dry and the hiragana is sweet Takachiyo. This is the first time for us to have Takachiyo in alphabet 😄. Your review of the alphabet Takachiyo looked so good that I finally found it and bought it: ✌️ The bottle is opened with high expectations! The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is sweet, juicy and delicious 🥰. The second half is slightly gassy and goes on to leave a sweet aftertaste. There is no spiciness or bitterness at all, it's just a sweet Kachiyosan 😍. Sweet and fruity, not like sake. This was really my favorite and I drank almost all of it by myself💦. Takachiyo is really on a high level. Definitely for those who like sweet sake: ❣️
