I found the newest of the crop, Z, at a liquor store and bought it. Almost no aroma. The entrance is soft and sweet. Immediately the flavor spreads quickly to the palate, and then comes a tingling spiciness, but it goes away quickly and leaves nothing on the back of the palate. It was beautifully done. It is indeed a work of art! I thought it was well thought out and brilliant. It made me want to drink a variety of Saku again 😊.

This is my first time at Jiameishin. I bought it on the recommendation of a liquor store. Local rice from Okayama is mainly used. This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with only the best parts of the Nakadori. Fruity sweetness comes at the entrance. In the middle, the rice flavor and richness become stronger, and the back palate is spicy. The change from the beginning to the end is amazing. It is a strong sake typical of Okayama. It is suitable as a mid-meal drink, and becomes spicy when drunk alone. I think you will enjoy drinking it if you drink it with other sakes. As a result, it is a dry sake!

Sakaegawa's summer sake. The bottle is light blue, just like summer. There is not much aroma. At first, it has a gentle sweetness and a delicious rice flavor, typical of Eikawa. The back end has a spiciness that is typical of summer sake, yet it still retains some sweetness. If anything, it is a dry sake. It is a summer sake with a good combination of sweetness and spiciness. It is a sake that is suitable for drinking while eating and does not tire one's palate.

Niigata's sake is of a high level.

This was my first time at Aqab! Everyone raved about it so I had high expectations. As expected, it is as delicious as everyone's reviews😋. The aroma is fruity, the mouthfeel is juicy and sweet, but there is a spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is not unpleasantly spicy and has a nice sharpness to it! It can be served as a food sake or on its own. It is a high level sake. I would definitely like to try the other sakes in the series 🍶.

Abe is popular in Niigata. I bought it at a liquor store in Niigata that recommended VEGA as a sweet abe product. I got the impression that it was indeed not spicy, but not sweet either. It was not fruity or juicy, and had no impact. I thought its character was a bit unreliable. It is more like a white wine than a sake. Because of its lack of character, it does not interfere with food, so it is suitable for a mealtime drink. It does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste, so the aftertaste is not bad, but it does not leave a lasting impression. Abe is difficult to make.

My favorite Kangiku. The sake rice is Aiyama. The name "Red Diamond" sounds delicious. The aroma is fruity and the juiciness bursts from the moment you put it in your mouth. It is sweet and juice-like, but there are moments when you feel it is sake. There is no unpleasant aftertaste at all, and it makes you want to drink more and more. Kangiku really has a high level of quality! It was delicious!

Purchased at a souvenir shop at Matsumoto station. I bought it with high expectations because it was labeled as a sweet sake with a sake degree of -20 degrees. When I actually tried it, it was quite dry. It has a strong acidity and a strong peculiarity. Among muddy sake, the drinkability may be suitable for professionals. It was a sake that still had a high hurdle for me.

He said that Takaten is not often released outside of the prefecture and is becoming quite popular in Nagano Prefecture. It seems that most of them are dry, but I bought it because I was told that it was one of the most gorgeous, sweet and easy to drink. When I drank it... I felt fruity for a moment on the palate, but the bitterness and spiciness came soon after. The astringent taste also lingered on my tongue for a long time in the aftertaste. I bought it at Hakushu Roadside Station. This was my first Shichiken. I chose one of the sweeter Shichiken bottles and bought it. It is soft to the taste and goes down smoothly. This was my first purchase of the popular crop. I thoroughly enjoyed it from sip to finish. It is difficult to describe! It is not gorgeous or juicy, it is not spicy or strong, it is not assertive, but the overall perfection is high and somehow delicious anyway! You can taste the flavor of the rice, it's sweet, but also has a nice pull. No wonder it is so popular. I would like to try a variety of the lineup of this product.

My first Kameizumi. I have always wanted to drink this sake. Pineapple-juicy, just as rumored! It is laughably sweet and easy to drink. It is so sweet that it doesn't need any snacks. I can see why they say it is recommended for beginners. But it is sweet! It's the kind of drink that naturally makes you smile 🍶.
