My first Kameizumi. I have always wanted to drink this sake. Pineapple-juicy, just as rumored! It is laughably sweet and easy to drink. It is so sweet that it doesn't need any snacks. I can see why they say it is recommended for beginners. But it is sweet! It's the kind of drink that naturally makes you smile 🍶.

Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. 100% Dewa Tsannyu rice is used and the sake is made with a traditional sake yeast. The mouthfeel is really soft. It may be softer than the soft water in Kyoto. The aroma is subtle, and the delicious taste of rice spreads in the mouth and quickly disappears in the aftertaste. The sweetness of the rice flavor spreads in the mouth and quickly disappears in the aftertaste, leaving behind a sweetness on the tongue. The change from the mouth to the aftertaste is amazing. I am glad I bought this one! Yamagata sake is also delicious😋.

I tasted this bottle in Niigata and enjoyed it. I let it sit for a while and drank it again yesterday. It was quite different from the impression I had in Niigata. I had an image of it being more fruity and juicy, but when I actually drank it, it was light and dry. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. I would like to see how the taste changes after a few days.

Since I was in Chiba, I decided that if I was going to drink it, it should be Chiba's, so I had Koshi for the first time. The aroma is good. It has a slight gassy feeling, and as soon as you drink it, the mellowness of the rice flavor spreads. It fades away in the aftertaste. It is sweet but also spicy. It is suitable for a mealtime sake.

Hiragana no Takachiyo! And I got the Christmas limited edition. I had heard that Hiragana no Takachiyo was sweet, so I drank it with high expectations! This was a surprise: ‼️ It was sweeter and tastier than I expected 😋. It also has a slight effervescence, making it hard to believe it is sake. It is just delicious! Delicious all the way from the first sip to the last. It was great! I became a Takachiyo fan.

I bought this sake at the sake shop I usually go to because it was reasonably priced for a junmai daiginjo. As one would expect from a Fukushima sake, it has a rich and robust taste with the flavor of rice. It is a truly mellow sake, sweet and not spicy. Very easy to drink and very tasty😋. Well worth the price! Recommendation!

This is my first Kangiku. I wanted to drink it for a long time! Finally I could drink it. I was surprised from the moment I drank it. ‼️ I've never had anything like this before! I don't know how to describe it...fruity, slightly effervescent, and exquisitely sweet. A wonderful aftertaste. I can't say it's great. Hats off to the high degree of perfection. I was impressed that this is what Kangiku is all about. You can enjoy it by itself without any snacks. The rice flavor is also delicious. This is a good sake that everyone should try.

Sakaegawa's Kasumisake, which I was curious about at the liquor store. I had it immediately. The first sip was just the supernatant. It was fresh, fruity, and sweet! The second sip was taken by shaking the bottle to mix in the sedimented lees. It tasted even better! As one would expect from Eikawa. It is an easy-drinking sake with the full sweetness and umami of rice. The aftertaste is also sweet, and it goes on and on. But I want to be patient and enjoy the changes in taste after a few days, so I leave half of the sake.
