Today we opened a bottle of Takachiyo. The kanji is dry and the hiragana is sweet Takachiyo. This is the first time for us to have Takachiyo in alphabet 😄. Your review of the alphabet Takachiyo looked so good that I finally found it and bought it: ✌️ The bottle is opened with high expectations! The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is sweet, juicy and delicious 🥰. The second half is slightly gassy and goes on to leave a sweet aftertaste. There is no spiciness or bitterness at all, it's just a sweet Kachiyosan 😍. Sweet and fruity, not like sake. This was really my favorite and I drank almost all of it by myself💦. Takachiyo is really on a high level. Definitely for those who like sweet sake: ❣️

The other day I went to the Ojinja Shrine. Another bottle I purchased at the Mimuro cedar approach store is a standard Junmai Ginjo😄. We opened this one today♪ Almost no aroma. In the mouth, the umami of rice spreads, and in the latter half, you can feel the acidity unique to the sake. It is easy to drink with no spiciness or bitterness. It has no impact, but you will not get tired of drinking it. Overall, a mellow and peaceful sake. ☺️ It makes you feel calm to your heart's content. I think it is versatile as a food sake. It has a deep flavor when it's made with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. It's hard to describe, but I'm sure it's delicious 😋. But personally, I think I prefer hiyaoroshi 😍. Either way, Mimuro Sugi is a good sake 🍶!

We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku's Kenaiyama, which was released this month 😊. Kenaiyama is a rare rice produced in Tokushima Prefecture. Kangiku uses rice from many different regions, which is fun for the drinker and makes me very happy to see the motivation of the brewer👍. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, typical of Kangiku. In the mouth, it is sweet and juicy, and in the second half, a slightly strong gassy and bitter taste spreads all at once. At the end, the gasiness and bitterness cut off at the same time. It is quite sweet for a sake, but I thought it was less sweet than other Kangiku sake. I think it is a different concept from the previous ones that it has a strong gaseous taste and bitterness. The liquor store explained to me that it was elegant, and indeed it was! It is an elegant bottle of adult elegance 😆. It somehow makes me feel luxurious, Kenaiyama. It is very delicious and I highly recommend it: ❣️

This is my first Mutsu Hachisen. One I've wanted to try for a long time😄. I finally got to drink Mutsu Hachisen! This green label caught my eye at the liquor store✨ I opened the bottle with great anticipation ✨. The aroma is subtle. The sweetness is gentle on the palate. The second half of the bottle is gassy and a bit of bitterness appears. It is not spicy. But it is not unpleasant bitterness, and the overall taste is well balanced! Great as a food wine 👌. I felt as if the whole process from the beginning to the end was brilliantly calculated 😆. Mutsu Hachisen, was quite high level and delicious 😋. I would like to try other Mutsu Hachisen as well. It is very easy to drink and I highly recommend it ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Akabu's Autumn Sake 😊. The seasonal products are always at a high level, so I had high hopes for the amber as well. The aroma was fruity, as is typical of Akabu, with a juicy, slightly sweet taste on the palate. The second half felt a bit dry and did not leave a lingering aftertaste. It was not as sweet as I had expected, and I think it lacked punch. It may be just right for a mealtime drink. It was a little different from what I was expecting 😅. My husband and I finished it in no time because it is low in alcohol and easy to drink. In my opinion, I prefer the standard Junmai Ginjo to the Amber. But I still like Akabu. ❣️

I always buy seasonal products from Sakaegawa. Hiyayogoro became available this month, so I immediately went to the liquor store 😄. The labels and bottles are all in autumnal attire 🍂. My expectations are also high: ⤴️ I opened the bottle on the day of purchase! There is not much of an aroma, but when you take a sip, you can feel the rich umami of the rice. The spiciness spreads quickly from the mid-palate, and although it has a nice sharpness, the spiciness lingers. In my opinion, it is quite dry. I think it is drier than Eikawa's summer sake. However, it is a great food sake that gives you a strong sense of rice flavor that is typical of Eikawa 😊. This makes me look forward to the next new winter sake again: ✌️

The days are still hot, but many autumn sakes are starting to appear at liquor stores. While I am torn between wanting to drink hiyaoroshi and wanting to drink it when the weather turns a little more autumnal, today I am more inclined to drink it with low alcohol and gulp it down 😄. So we opened a bottle of Eiko Fuji here: 💁‍♀️ It's pink 🩷 when you pour it into the glass. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy like a muscat, surprisingly delicious 😋. The second half changes to grapefruit and is delicious all the way through! 100 points 💯. Excellent👍 With 9% alcohol content, it is very easy to drink and drink too much😅. It was gone in no time. It was like a rosé wine and not really a sake. If you like sweet sake, you should definitely try this at least once. This was really good ❣️

As a reward for my hard work, I opened a bottle of my favorite Shinmasa 🥰. My husband and I made a toast 🥂. The aroma is very sweet and nice. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy, with no cloying taste at all, and leaves you wonderfully impressed. As expected of Shinsei 🙇‍♀️ I am bowled over. It is indeed sweet because it is a noble sake, but it is so easy to drink that I finished it in no time. Why is it so delicious... It's so strange, it has such a high level of perfection. I don't know what kind of Shinmasa I will encounter next, but this is a sake I can really look forward to. Shinmasa, it's the best! ❣️

We happened to walk into a liquor store and found Hirotogawa, my husband's favorite sake! I was so happy that I bought two bottles because our local liquor store doesn't carry it 😄 We will start with one of them, a Junmai Ginjo. The aroma has a full aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is soft and the umami of rice spreads, with a little spiciness in the second half. The finish is gentle. It is a sake that tastes the umami of rice, which is typical of Fukushima. My husband was pleased with the taste. ☺️ I think it can be easily matched with fish, meat, or any other food. It is a luxurious food sake. ❣️ Hirotogawa was delicious💕

I visited the Daikagami Shrine in Nara, which is dedicated to the god of sake. I stopped by the Sanomorosugi store on the approach to the shrine and bought a bottle of Hiyayogoshi on the day it was released! We had it immediately that day😄. Gentle sweetness spreads at the entrance, with a slight gassiness in the second half. The acidity comes on strong and leaves nicely with a lingering sweetness. Brilliant perfection. Very easy to drink🍶. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is not spicy and can be drunk easily. My husband and I finished it in no time 💦. This was really good and I hope everyone will try it. ❣️

The acidity is impactful Maruhi. I bought it because it is easy to drink in the summer 😊. I was actually going to buy the same one as ma-ki-'s, but I was attracted by the label "limited edition" and bought this one 🤩. They said it is even more polished and clear juicy. It is sweet and sour on the palate, with a pronounced acidity in the second half. There is no gassy feeling. But neither the sweetness nor the acidity is as much as I expected, it is elegant and well put together. The finish is well-balanced and easy to drink. Conversely, it may be the least impactful Maruhi I've ever tasted. Anyway, a well-rounded Maruhi😄. I am looking forward to seeing what the next Maruhi will be like again. Maruhi is delicious no matter which one you drink. ❣️

I have plans to visit Shikoku soon, so I bought some sake at a liquor store to learn about Shikoku sake before I go 😊. I opened the bottle with high expectations, thinking it would be like Kameizumi since it uses Kochi yeast CEL24! The aroma is pineapple🍍! It is just like Kameizumi. It is sweet and juicy at the moment of drinking. The aftertaste is not too sharp without leaving any sweetness. I think it is easier to drink than Kameizumi because of the sharpness of the aftertaste. It is sweet enough😊very delicious😋. However, it is difficult to find a dish to match this sweetness 😓. It might be best to enjoy it alone or as an after-dinner drink. ☝️ If you like Kameizumi, I highly recommend this one too: ❣️

This is my first Tochigi sake. Nozomu, splash! I thought it was a bubbly sake that would pop from the name, but the liquor store told me it didn't have a fizzy feel💦. But I bought it for its summery label and name. The aroma is gorgeous. In the mouth, there is sweetness, but the spiciness soon rushes in. The spiciness remained until the aftertaste. Is my body weak... I can't drink it at all😭 I was shocked at myself for not feeling the taste. I will try drinking it again after a few days. Because I'm sure it's a delicious drink!

The aroma is like Eiko Fuji, gorgeous and fruity in all its glory 😆. In the mouth, a rich sweetness spreads. The second half is spicy with a touch of alcohol. The alcohol content is high, so I couldn't drink it smoothly like a summer sake😅. Eikoufuji is very heavy and solid. In the midsummer heat, my body was defeated by the strength of Eiko Fuji💦.

I finally opened a bottle of my favorite Kangiku summer sake, Hoshikai 😋. I couldn't open it because I thought it would be gone after I opened it! I couldn't open it because I thought it would be gone after I opened it 💦. But I had to drink it now because it's a summer sake 😅. Oh no... Delicious ❣️ Juicy sweetness reminiscent of tropical fruits, just as it says on the label, and a gassy feeling in the second half. How can they make a sake like this? It's so perfect that I can't believe it. It's so sweet and delicious that it doesn't need any nibbles. It is probably best as a stand-alone dessert sake. Kangiku is delicious after all.

This is the first time I have had Nakashimaya. I was attracted by the name "petit petit Kotobuki" and bought it! It has almost no aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness. But it is really gentle... The second half of the bottle has a gentle gassy feeling again. But it is really gentle... It's uncharacteristic and unobtrusive 😅. I wonder if it is the gentle image of Kotobuki. It is just right for a mid-meal drink. As a summer sake for a gassy food sake 👍. Gentle, modest Kotobuki-san, delicious 😋.

The sake was just as I had imagined! It was just as I had imagined. It is dry, but not too strong. The bottle is summery and the perfect summer sake for this time of year. Malhi is characterized by its sourness, but this Natsunama has the best balance of sweetness and sourness👍. It is fruity and juicy, with a refreshing acidity that pushes in and leaves you refreshed, not spicy or bitter. It was so easy to drink that my husband and I finished it in no time💦. It's low al, so we guzzled it down. But really tasty 😋. Another summer sake I'm looking forward to next year: ❣️ I recommend this one: ☺️

This is my first time to try AKABU's Junmai Daiginjo. I have had junmai ginjo before, and this time it was junmai daiginjo😊. The aroma is fruity. The entrance is clean and smooth, with a spreading sweetness and a firm richness. The second half of the bottle is also clean and has a beautiful aftertaste. Amazing👍😍As expected of AKABU. I can't go back to junmai ginjo after drinking this. AKABU's seasonal products are also delicious and never miss the mark. I can see why it's so popular. AKABU, high level ❣️

It is a gift from a friend. It is said to be a sake that is shipped at this time of the year after being laid down in the snow. I was expecting it to be light and dry, which is typical of Niigata, but it was smooth and sweet at the beginning. The spiciness comes in the second half, but it does not linger on the back of the palate, leaving a beautifully lingering umami aftertaste. I think it is an elegant food sake. It is easy to match with any dishes and easy to drink, so it was the kind of sake that adds flowers to the dining table.
