First time! Panda no kimochi by Jyuhachimori has been opened 🎉. At first glance, I thought it was a bottle of sake. At first glance, you'd think it was sake 😆 but it is! But it is sake 😆 ☝️ According to the store's description... It's made from Asahi rice, a traditional native rice variety of Okayama, and is a unique sake with an exquisite blend of aromatic and tasty sake, with a precise sake quality design that you wouldn't guess from the outside 🧐. I wonder what the panda🐼 is 😅 Even if I understand it in my head, my tongue can't understand it, so let's drink it anyway: ❣️ Bon appétit 🥂 First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a herbal sweetness, and from the middle of the mouth, you will feel a slight gas and a spicy taste. The spiciness and umami of the rice remain in the mouth without much sharpness. I think it finishes with dryness from refreshing sweetness 🤔. I have never had this type before 🌿. To be honest, I don't really like this type 💧. But my husband seemed to enjoy it and was happy that it goes well with fish 🥰. I think it's the perfect food sake for those who don't like too much sweetness, but not too dry either! It's refreshing, so it's full of coolness. ☺️ Hmmm? Maybe 🤔! Pandas love bamboo leaves, so maybe it's a combination of bamboo leaves and coolness🌿: ⁉️ Maybe not 🤣.

Nito and Bizen Omachi 48 were opened 🎉. This is a fire-brewed version of Nitoshi's 10th anniversary label of Yumachi ☺️ Last time we had Aizan ❤️'s Nama-nazake Lightly Nigori, and this time it's a fire-brewed Oucho. I think there is quite a difference in taste! I think ☝️ I will have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and the umami of the rice and the sweetness of Omachi rice. The second half has a slight spiciness, not quite classic sake, but with a thick sake-like flavor. The finish is not too sharp, and the umami flavor remains without any unpleasant aftertaste. As expected from Nisato! The level is still very high: ❣️ The overall balance is good and easy to drink with no flaws 🍶. It's not a modern sweet and sour fruity sake, nor is it a classic sake 🧐. I feel like it's right in the middle of that 👌. I think this will be liked by all 🥰. Compared to Aizan ❤️, I was impressed with the flavor of Omachi rice🌾 and the stable and calm taste of fire-aged sake, unlike the fresh drinkability of raw ☺️ Both are suitable for easy-drinking food sake. Perfect with both meat🍖fish🐟👍 I will continue to pursue different two hares 🤗.

The first star, Vesper, was glowing on the label: ⭐️ The specs are undisclosed and it seems to be a more complete sake than usual. This is highly anticipated😍. Now let's get to it 🥂. The aroma is slightly sweet. Fruity sweetness spreads pleasantly in the mouth. The acidity is added in the latter half of the bottle, and the juicy sweetness and acidity quickly fades away. 💕How delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! I can't stop smiling 😋. It's a classy, elegant sake with exquisite sweetness and acidity 🥰. Premium, I agree ☝️ I knew I was getting a solid taste of a grade higher than the regular Sairai. It is really easy to drink with no spiciness, bitterness or unpleasant alcohol taste at all. It makes you want to drink it all the time. ☺️ The sweetness is just right, so it won't get in the way of your meal, and I think it goes perfectly with western food 🥩. Of course, it can also be gobbled up on its own! This premium series made me feel elegant 😘Sairai most 🙌

First time I opened a bottle of ‼️ Koei Kiku 🎉. Found it at the first liquor store I happened to walk into 🙌 I've been wanting to try Koeikiku for a while 😍. The fresh light blue 🩵 label of this Seikai was beautiful and attracted me so I bought it ❣️ I'll have a glass right away 🥂. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gorgeous sweetness. It is not gassy and the second half is very sharp. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. The water is clean and clear, with no harsh taste. Oh~... 😳This is also delicious ❑! 😳this is also delicious😋😋😋. It's kind of like a roller coaster🎢! Just when you think your mouth is full of sweet and deliciousness, it goes off at breakneck speed, as if it's going to plummet all at once. ‼️ And the aftertaste is clean and crisp. There is no unpleasant spiciness or bitterness, no strange alcohol taste, and it is easy to drink with low alcohol content. ✌️ I finished it in no time at all😆. My husband was very excited and said he wanted to drink more! It's not too sweet and the sharpness is perfect for oily food👌. It's an excellent food wine that goes well with both fish and meat 🍶. Wow, Koei Chrysanthemum has a very high level 🥰. My husband seems to like it a lot. I have one more favorite 🤩. I recommend Koeikiku💕

Takachiyo, Strawberry 🍓 label opened 🎉. I was pretty excited about my favorite Takachiyo ❤️'s Strawberry 🍓 even before it was released 😆. I got it for sure, but I was too greedy to open it 😅. But I decided to open it just in time for GW! It should be absolutely delicious ☝️ I'll have some now 🥂. First of all, the aroma! It has a sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness of berries spreads in your mouth. There is no gaseous sensation, and astringency and bitterness appear in the second half of the mouth. There is a strong alcohol taste in the aftertaste. I wonder if it is ............ Something different from what I was expecting 😓. The entrance is sweet and tasty! but the astringent and bitter taste in the second half is not so well balanced 🧐. I also didn't like the strong alcohol taste that lingered in my mouth afterwards and I felt it had a bad aftertaste 🥺. I think it would have been easier to drink if it had a little more acidity and gasiness. I guess my expectations were too high for this one🤣. I'm sure it's delicious😋, but honestly I'm a little disappointed that there's a gap between the taste and my imagination💭💧. But it's delicious 🍓. You can't go wrong with Hiragana no Takachiyo: ❣️ That's for sure‼️ I'll continue to follow the hiragana 🤗

We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku, Kotobukinmu 🎉. It's finally on tap: ☺️ This is one I was looking forward to a bit! I'm sure it's going to be delicious 😘. This Juhikinmu is a new product that we are using for the first time at Kangiku 💕. This is our first release, so we had our eye on it even before it went on sale 🤩. And this Kotobukinmu was brewed to be a spring tsukimi sake and has a nice 🌙 on the label as well: ❣️ I'll have a sip now 🥂. I thought I opened the bottle carefully, but... The gasiness was so strong that the cork flew off😅. The vigor of the chrysanthemum is unprecedented ‼️ I'm not sure if I'll be able to open the bottle anytime soon... The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, just like Kangiku! When you put it in your mouth, a strong gassy feeling spreads with the sweetness, and in the latter half, an astringent taste is added and it finishes cleanly. It's just so delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I love this ❤! It is sweet, but the sweetness is kept in check by the gassy and astringent taste. It's juicy sweet, but maybe the gassy and astringent taste makes it seem less sweet: ☝️ Anyway, it's easy to drink and impressively delicious 🥹. Not too sweet and the creamy sweet and sour taste of the origami is exquisite😍. I'll be sure to return next year when it comes out again ✨🌙

Abe, Midori label💚Rakufu Mai was opened 🎉. This is the second Midori Label 💚 after the last Pink 🩷 Label 💚. My beloved J&N-san told me that his recommendation is 💚, so I have to get that as soon as possible! 🚗💨 Last 2 bottles left at the liquor store: ‼️ I was able to get it just in time 🙌 Yay 🥳! I'm going to have some now 🥂! First of all, don't mix the cage. Not much aroma. Fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth, and soon a strong gassy sensation. The sourness spreads in the second half. There is no pungency or bitterness, and no unpleasant taste at all. Mixing the cage No aroma. In the mouth, wow, milky! It's a 🐮 feeling with a moment of milk 🥛. The gassy feeling comes, and when combined with the sourness in the second half, the 🐮 transforms into Yakult: ‼️ Lactobacillus Yakult now with carbonation 😆. This is also easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋. The gassiness is stronger than the pink🩷 label and more acidic. I definitely recommend the 💚 for sweet and sour lovers🥰. It has a low alcohol content of 12%, so you can gobble it up. Of course 🩷 is delicious, but 💚 is certified #1 in my opinion 🏅. That's a great recommendation from J&N👍. Thank you 😭 💚 is the best ❣️

Ni-Rabbit and Aizan 48 were opened 🎉. This is the second bottle of Ni-Utsuri in my life since the zodiac label 😄. This time it's a light nigori of Aizan, and it's a direct draft! I'm still new to Ni-Rabbit, but even just looking at the specs, my expectations are high😍! So let's get to it 🥂. First of all, don't mix the orikori. Not much of an aroma. In the mouth, the first thing I felt was clear water It is nicely absorbed into the mouth Sweetness is subdued, maybe a slight mango sweetness. There is no gassy feeling, and the astringent and bitter aftertaste spreads in the mouth with a whiff, then recedes gently. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. It becomes slightly milder in the mouth, but the impression remains the same. Mixing too much does not change the texture As you drink more and more, the spiciness becomes more pronounced in the back of the mouth. If you drink it slowly and sluggishly, it may become a little harsh. Well-balanced, so it's a good mid-meal drink 👌 The sweetness of Aizan's gentle rice flavor and the right amount of astringency and bitterness in the second half are well calculated 🥰. Anyway, the wateriness is clear and beautiful 💕 I paired it with bonito tataki for fish and bulgogi for meat, both went perfectly 😆. Eikofuji and Weibuki are now on tap 🎉! It has a strong and impactful label 😎. Actually, this is last year's sake 😅. I went to the liquor store the other day and found that this year's Ibuki was on sale! I had to drink it as soon as possible 🤣 and here it is impatiently 🤣. Why did I leave it lying around...? There is no meaning at all there.................................🙇‍♀️ So, this is not a review of this year's Weibuki, so it is not a reference for those who are going to drink it! Please understand in advance 🙏. I'll take it then 🥂. The aroma is sweet! In the mouth, a melon-like sweetness spreads. There is no gassiness, and the second half is filled with acidity and the flavor of rice. The rich taste of rice is strong and voluminous, typical of EikoFuji. It is not so sharp and leaves sweetness and umami in the aftertaste. The alcohol content is high, so it is very rich and heavy, but it is not spicy, so it is easy to drink for me. It is rich, sweet and tasty, perfect for drinking slowly on a day when you have time. Eiko-Fuji is delicious after all 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. But on a hot day, it might feel heavy 🧐. First time! We opened a bottle of Yamazan🎉. Yamazan, which is rapidly gaining popularity at Sakegawa, is a brewery I've been very interested in trying 😆. We were lucky enough to be able to get a bottle, and now it's finally time to serve it: ✌️ Yamazan is a brewery that once closed down and newly reopened in 2023. ☺️ I wonder what kind of sake the young brewer brews with less than 2 years of experience 🤔. Well, I'll have some 🥂. First of all, don't mix the orikashi. There is not much aroma. Gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth, with a pleasant gaseous sensation from the mid-palate. The second half is full of sourness, with a lingering sweet and sourness at the end, which quickly fades away. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. The mouthfeel is a little creamy and mild. The gasiness and the sweet and sour taste that finishes with a final squeak remain the same. This is brilliantly delicious 😋😋😋. Too perfect ‼️ It's a little hard to believe that this took 2 years to make 🫢. The final sizzling sweet and sour taste was just so impressive😍. No spiciness or bitterness, easy to drink. Saint, Ihyakumangoku was opened 🎉. This is the second bottle of Sei following Jungin ✌️ This time it is a Junmai Daiginjo! And it's a direct-filtered, medium-bodied ‼️ The best part is that it is unfiltered and directly bottled, so there is nothing but anticipation 😆. Let's have it right away 🥂! The aroma is fruity sweet like mango 🥭! When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous sweetness spreads. It is followed by a firm gassy sensation. In the second half, the spiciness opens up in a flash. The spiciness is left in the mouth, and it finishes quickly and smoothly. As one would expect from a wine with such good specs, there is no cloying taste, and the flavor is thick. It has a clear watery feel and enters the body without resistance 🥰. Speaking of the brewer of Oku, he has been getting a lot of attention as a young master brewer who dropped out of college at the age of 23 to take over the brewery and trained at Tenryo Haihei 👏. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness. A strong gaseous sensation comes in, and it quickly dies down without leaving a lingering aftertaste. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. Creamy in the mouth The sweetness remains the same, but the mild gasiness makes it easier to drink. The second half is also crisp and clean with no aftertaste I see what you mean 🧐. No spiciness, bitterness, or astringency whatsoever No sweetness and no sourness In a word, it is a cream soda without sweetness. Anyway, it is creamy and easy to drink 🍶. But I don't really feel the flavor and sweetness of rice🌾🤨. It's a strange sensation. It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe it's sake. It has a mysterious taste in the back. ❣️

First time! We opened a bottle of Amami 🎉. There is no local distributor of Tenbi, and I finally found one: ‼️ Moreover! Momoten🍑 which was also talked about on Sakewa. Every post raved about it and I've always wanted to drink it 😆. Miraculously, I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Momoten 🙌! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the spring pink🩷 label is attractive again😍. Bon appétit 🥂. First of all, don't mix the cage. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet! In the mouth, a beautiful sweetness spreads and a firm gassy feeling rushes in, followed by a slight astringent taste, which leaves gently. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. In the mouth, a creamy texture is felt, and when combined with the sense of gas, the sweetness expands The astringency and sharpness are about the same Wow this is delicious 😋😋😋😋. No spiciness, no bitterness, no cloying taste! The fruity sweetness, gassy intensity and astringency are perfect 💯. I love this ❣️ and I certified it as my favorite after one sip💕. Amami is awesome! This is really easy to drink and finished in no time 🍶. Perfect for cherry blossom viewing sake under the cherry trees 🤗. Momoten🍑 will be a definite repeat next year👍. I recommend this 🥰. There are a lot of fans of Sake-no-Wa, Shiuyu☺️ I've been curious about it for a long time and happened to go to a liquor store yesterday where they had a lot of Purple Space on display 🤩. I stared at them and decided to go for the pineapple label🍍 that had just arrived 🥰. There was also a Strawberry🍓label and a Cherry🍒label, but I chose the 🍍 this time 👌 I opened the bottle on the same day as the waiting players 🎉. Let's enjoy 🥂! First, the aroma! Wow 😍 it smells like pineapple! In the mouth, you can feel the clear texture and juicy sweetness in the mouth at the same time, the rice flavor is revealed in the middle, and the astringent taste comes out in the latter half! There is no gaseous feeling, and the astringent taste makes the taste sharp and clean. I expected it to be light and refreshing, but it is quite robust and thick. However, it is easy to drink because it has sweetness and is well balanced with the astringent taste at the end. There is no spiciness or harshness, and I honestly felt it was a beautiful sake 💐. The toji is also a woman, which makes me want to support her a little 💕. Purple Space, it's quite delicious 😋. I might try the other strawberry🍓 and cherry🍒 labels I was interested in: ❣️

Sairai, Hana Sumi🌸 is now open🎉. The cherry blossoms in a nearby park have bloomed 😆. Today we opened a bottle of Hanasumi with a light pink 🌸label to coincide with the blooming. It's still too cold to go outside and watch the cherry blossoms, so we'll drink it at home 🥰. Hanasumi is a limited edition spring sake from Sairai and it is orikarumi! I'll have a glass of Hanasumi now 🥂. First of all, without mixing the orikiri. The aroma is a little sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads beautifully and smoothly, and a delicate gasiness, acidity and astringency join in the middle, and it finishes off nicely. Mixing the cage The aroma remains unchanged. In the mouth, the ginjo aroma fills the mouth at once. Feels like cherry blossoms are instantly in full bloom in the mouth🤩. The same gasiness, acidity, and astringency from the middle This is by far the best drink mixed with ori 😋😋😋😋. The spread on the palate is stunning 🙌 The gasiness, acidity and astringency afterwards are all perfectly balanced and balanced, making it very easy to drink ‼️ The sweetness is elegant and just right without being too sweet👍. It's great on its own or as an all-around food sake 👌. I personally prefer this to the standard sake 🩵 or the special pure 🩷😍. Abe, Takane Nishiki was opened 🎉. This is my second bottle of Abe 😆. The first Abé I drank was a bit too much for me... 😅I never got around to it since then💦. But looking at the Abbe posts, everyone is raving about it and I thought I'd try it again: ❣️ After carefully selecting my favorites from the reviews, I decided on the pink🩷 labeled Takananishiki as my revenge sake 🙌 I'll take it with half hope and half trepidation 🥂. First, the aroma Slightly sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle fruity sweetness. In the middle, you can feel a delicate gasiness, and in the second half, there is a sourness and a surprising astringency 😳. What is surprising is ‼️ What a juicy astringent taste! This is the first time I feel this, the astringent taste is juicy 😆 ☝️ And it's not an unpleasant astringent taste, but a deep and savory astringent taste. After that, it has a beautiful sharpness. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. So this is Abe's 🥰. It's so exquisite and delicately balanced 🧐. Revenge is a great success 🎯. It doesn't have any great impact, but it's strangely roaring delicious 😋. Why is it delicious... Atago no matsu, Harukoi🩷 opened 🎉. Yesterday I went out for a drink with my husband for the first time in a while 😆. As a regular study ⁉️ again, we enjoyed so many sake that we lost count 🤣. As my rule, I will review the No.1 sake I drank! So this time the No.1 is Harukoi🩷. I've seen a lot of posts on Sake-no-wa and I really wanted to try Harukoi🩷! It's in the sake lineup 🙌! How lucky ✌️ is! I got it in anticipation 🥂. Drooling by the looks of it. It's a pink🩷 doburoku. In the mouth, I thought this would be surprisingly ‼️ sloppy and thick, but it's the exact opposite 😳. It goes in smooth, and it's also shwashy🫧 and surly and sharp⭕️ What the heck! The exact opposite of what I was expecting...💦 in my mouth. It's not what I imagined in a good way and I feel like I've been betrayed😅. I know it's not Japanese, but it was a pleasant betrayal 🥹. Anyway, it was surprisingly delicious 😋😋😋. I want to get a bottle of this next year👍 It was that good😍. There were other great drinks, but this one was number one 🥇 by a landslide 🤗. Learning to drink outside is fun ❣️ But the next time we drink out will be a bit later 😭
