Mutsu Hachisen, Green Label 💚 was opened 🎉. We drank several Mutsu Hachisen last year, I drank several Mutsu Hassen last year, but the one that was by far the best was the Green Label 😆. It was a bottle that I was sure to repeat, so I rushed to get it again this year after it went on sale 🚗💨. The green label is hiyaoroshi, but I wanted to drink it as soon as possible, so I skipped over the summer sake and went out to drink it: ❣️ Now I'll have it for the first time in a year 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. In the mouth, it has a fruity sweetness like melon. No gassiness. Pungent taste comes out in the latter half of the bottle, and the alcohol taste is strong. No bitterness or astringency Hmmm... 🤔I wonder if it was like this A little hard to drink... 😓. The entrance was melon🍈 and I thought it was oh so delicious😋 but gradually the pungency and alcohol taste became stronger💧. Not progressing at all😱. I don't know if I'm crazy or this year's Green Label💚 is spicier than last year's but I can't rave about this year's Green Label😭 I'm kinda shocked 🥺. Overall, the water is clear, no rice clutter, and a clean finish. I was expecting a sweet juicy green label, so the gap is huge and disappointing... I don't have enough practice 🧘‍♀️ to drink it without expectations and without nothingness! Green label💚This is a delicious hash 🙏.

Hiran and Denen Issen were opened 🎉. I got hooked on Hiran this year 🤩. I fell in love with it so much that, guess what? I went to Kyushu this summer vacation for a training expedition as well 🚅✌️ My main thing was to go to the sake brewery of Hiran rather than training 😅.... And I made it to my long awaited visit to Hiran 🙌! I went inside and had a chat with the proprietress and was shown some of the brewery's limited edition sake 🥰. Here's a bottle of it: 💁‍♀️ It's a Tame Issen ❣️ It's an unusual label for a sake made by Tobiraman ☺️ The rice is organically grown without pesticides in the terraced rice paddies of Zuibaiji in Itoshima City, and it is a sake made in collaboration with Den-en Rice. It is a rare rice and only a few are produced. I am convinced that it is limited to the brewery. ☝️ I have to do a review of the taste 😅. Not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice spreads out. No gassiness, but the sourness characteristic of the sake comes in the second half, and it finishes slowly, leaving a lingering complex taste of rice. No spiciness The sweetness and acidity are well expressed and delicious. The acidity of the sake is easy to drink 🍶. The only thing I would say is that the lingering complexity in the aftertaste 🤔 No, no, that's not a problem: ❗️ I'm happy just to be able to drink the brewery's limited edition 💖.

We opened a bottle of our favorite Takachiyo, SPARK🎉! It's gloomy due to the typhoon 🌀 On a day like that, I want a shwashy 🫧 drink 😆. Takachiyo SPARK, a bottle to look forward to, just right for today's opening 👌 It's finally here: ❣️ In the sakénowa information, there are a lot of posts like fantagrape🍇 or fizzy, or anyway grape🍇, so we have preconceived notions of previous information, but hiragana is not off the hook, so let's drink it without worry 🥂. First of all, the aroma. I imagined 🤔🤔🍇 aroma💭 but surprisingly there is not much aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you'll feel the sweet carbonation 🫧. Fruity and delicious😋😋😋. No bitterness, astringency or pungency whatsoever! I love this again😍. Maybe because I thought it was a fanta grape🍇... I don't think the grape🍇 is that strong😅. But it's very fruity and the sweetness was even stronger when mixed with the corkage 🤩. My brain thinks it's grape🍇 because of the color of the label and my preconceived notions of the post, but it's not as strong as everyone says it is for me, more like a mixed fruit🥭🧐. I don't think it's one fruit ☝️ Sweet and sour fruity is just the best 💕 I recommend this one with confidence 😘.

Hououmida and Mikumari were opened 🎉. My first Mikumari💕 A lot of people were drinking it at Sakegawa and I was curious about it ☺️ I happened to find this at the first liquor store I went to and couldn't resist 😆. Just... It's not as sweet as any of the posts, dry and sharp. Strong bitterness on the back end... Just like that 💦. I was honestly worried if it would be good for my palate since Kozo-san also said it might not be for hina mama... but once I had it in my hands, I couldn't put it back 😅. Here we go! Prepare yourself to drink it 🥂. The aroma is citrusy and refreshingly sweet! When I put it in my mouth... ⁇⁇ ⁇ Wow! It's so sweet 🤩 because I was prepared for it not to be sweet 🤩. The schwash🫧 is also strong, like citrusy soda water! The pungency and bitterness is not as bad as I imagined 💭 and I'm totally fine with it 😘. Maybe it's because I came in with a negative image, but it tasted even better👍 Good thing 😍. I'm a sweet and sour lover and I also enjoyed the mikmari 👌. Not quite sweet and sour juicy, but crisp and refreshing soda water ❣️ I thought it was easy to gulp down on a hot day 🤗. Mikumari, I recommend it for summer 🥰. Tochigi love indeed: ❤️

Mimuro Sugi, Bodai-Hashiwadashi Yamadanishiki was opened 🎉. Today we opened a bottle of my husband's favorite Mimuro Sugi 😚. It's still hot in September, so it's hard to get in the mood to drink autumn sake😅. But in order to buy autumn sake, we have to steadily consume summer sake! Mimuro cedar that I had been quietly hiding: ❣️ I offered it to him and he said "Here it is today! 😳He was delighted✌️ Well, I'm going to eat it now 🥂. No particular aroma. In the mouth, soft mouthfeel and gentle sweetness spread, and in the latter half, you can feel the unique acidity and astringency of the sake with a slight gaseous taste. There is no bitterness or pungency. The water quality of Yamada-Nishiki is clean and free of any cloying taste. Clean and elegant taste. Even among Mimuro cedars, this one has a subdued taste. Similar to autumn hiyaoroshi 🤔. No distinctive impact, but soft and gentle sweetness, easy to drink 🍶. My husband seems to love Mimuro cedar after all, he said it was delicious 🤤. I've had a lot of Mimuro cedar, and this one is not bad, but it's just average😅. In my opinion, it could be a little more sweet and sour 🥰. Mimuro Sugi will be releasing Hiyayoroshi soon, so I have to do my best to get it for my husband again this year: ❣️ Last year's was pretty good, so I'm looking forward to this year's too 🤩.

Sake industry, you are too much ahead of the season! That's why I'm going to drink summer sake: ☺️ This time Ko no Tsukasa will be the third bottle after the winter nigori and the standard sake❣️Natsumarei is a happy nigori🥹. The winter nigori was really good, so when I heard the summer sake was nigori, I got it 👌. Now let's have some summer nigori 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Slightly sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the refreshing sweetness spreading in the clear and refreshing water! In the second half, sourness and gasiness appear, and it goes down smoothly. There is no bitterness, pungency, or astringency. When mixing the cork The refreshing sweetness is reduced and becomes slightly milder. We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku, Orange Sea 🎉. Orange Sea 🧡 was just released the other day. Is this the fastest review? I know you think ⁉️ Sorry 🙇‍♀️ Actually... it's last year's orange sea 😅. It doesn't mean anything, but I had been putting it to sleep for a long time. But this year's is on sale and of course I'm buying it... In the fridge, we had a successful generational change and last year's orange sea became the opening ceremony 😆. This Orange Sea🧡 is the last of the 99 series for the year and is a rare fire-aged autumn sake for Kangiku: ☺️ We are thankful for this autumn sake, even in the midst of a heat wave 🥂. The aroma is sweet, as is typical of Kangiku. The second half has a slight astringent taste with a slight gaseous sensation. It slowly fades away. I see... 😮‍💨 That's what I thought 🧡. It's a very calm autumn sake 🍂 Overall, it has a taste that makes you want to soak in it 🥹. It's fire-aged, so it's not fresh and doesn't have the fruity or sourness of summer sake. It is not a sweet and sour juicy Kangiku, but a sweet, moist and calm Kangiku 🧡. Even autumn sake is not heavy, well-balanced and easy to drink🥰. It's from last year but it's an orange sea🧡 Great work ❣️ I found myself drinking it all 🤣. I'll be back later to review this year's Orange Sea 🙏.

Hiran, NIGORI limited pressing was opened 🎉. We hope we can support the victims of the heavy rain in Kyushu by drinking a little bit of sake. ☺️ The last sake from Kyushu in our fridge was Tobiraman! Let's drink it with all our hearts so that it will be restored and we can return to our peaceful daily lives as soon as possible 🍶. This Hiran is a fizzy nigori ❣️ I was careful to open the bottle, but the lid blew off 😆. It was not quite so vigorous 🤣 I'm glad anyway because it didn't spew out! First of all, the aroma! A unique aroma, maybe from the sake yeast. In the mouth, muscat! 🤩Then there's a shuwashu🫧. The strange sourness of the sake combined with the sweet and sour aftertaste will finish you off! When mixed with ori, the muscat flavor becomes a little less muscat-like, but it becomes complex sweet and sour, perhaps due to the taste of the rice. No pungency or alcohol at all. That's one word for it... Sparkling wine🍾. No, it's far more than ☝️ sparkling wine✨. It has a solid muscat flavor and raw sourness that is super delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. I've had a few of the Hiran, but it tastes completely different from anything I've had before 🤤. I love this 😍💕 I love it so much I want to keep it on hand ❣️ My husband is also a big fan 🙌 We finished it really fast😅. This is for everyone! You have to try it 🤗

Koshi and LODE STAR were opened 🎉. Looking back at Sake-no-wa, I had only drank Koshi as freshly pressed new sake, first pressed in Risshun, Summer Pilgrimage sake and Lucky Lucky Sake 🤩. I surprised myself🫢. I wanted to try more than just lucky sake, so I went to Sake-no-wa and did some research 📚. I chose the one that suits my taste.......! It turned out to be LODE STAR this time😍. I've been thinking about this one since last summer whenever I went to the liquor store and finally got around to picking it up 😆. I'll take it now 🥂. The aroma is sweet! Fruity and rich sweetness spreads in the mouth. In the second half of the bottle, it has a gentle gasiness, a thick acidity, and a slight astringency, and it finishes with a whimper. No bitterness, spiciness, or unpleasant alcohol taste. Wow, it's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Not a bit surprisingly delicious 🤩😋😋😋. It's not citrusy fresh sweetness, it's a honey-like thick🍯 sweetness, not refreshing, but not dull. The label on the back says "banana🍌 like...". Yes, I agree that it might be sweet like bananas ☝️. The sourness is like the sourness in the sweetness of banana! It's rich but not heavy, and it just keeps going and going. ❣️ No wonder it's so well received 💕 LODE STAR is excellent 😘.

We ship only a few bottles, so if you come across it, you must bring it with you 🍶. This time I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Hitogokochi light nigori and I'm going to enjoy it right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! The aroma is soft and gorgeous! When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the gorgeous sweetness of the rice. The middle part has a refreshing acidity, and the latter half has a combination of astringency and a weak gaseous taste, which finishes off the taste. When mixed with ori... In the mouth, the gorgeous sweetness of the rice becomes even more pronounced 💐. The milky taste of the rice is also combined with the milky taste of the rice to create a mild flavor. We opened a bottle of our favorite Takachiyo, Gold Label 💛🎉. Looking at the liquor stores, they're slowly starting to bring in fall sake 🍂. I think I'm getting too far ahead of the season 😅. But then, I have some fall sake to buy and I need to organize my fridge: ☺️ Is that why? I have to drink it too, for crying out loud 😭 First comes the Gold Label💛❣️ I can sort of imagine the fruit 😉. I'll have some right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Fruity sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you are right 👍Pineapple 🍍. The juicy sweetness spreads, and in the second half, there is a slight gassy feeling similar to the astringency of eating raw pineapple. The aftertaste leaves a sweet aftertaste. Oh 😮‍💨 definitely delicious 😋😋😋😋. Really delicious😍. Here's a thought 🤔 This Gold Label💛 and the Silver Label🩶 I had before, both were pineapple🍍, is there a difference ⁉️ The answer is... No. ☝️ It's just my feeling, 🩶 is Fanta pineapple 💛 is 100% pineapple juice There is a big difference in the gasiness and the pineapple taste of 💛 might taste more like high quality pineapple🍍. But when I saw this one, I thought it must be sweet and easy to drink if it's tropical🏝️ from the naming, so I bought it❣️ If it's the first time it's a seasonal product, it might not be the same as the original Laughing Four Seasons... 🤣 Anyway, let's try it for the first time 🥂. First of all, let's take a look at the appearance. I thought the bottle was red, so I thought the contents would be red too, but it was only a red bottle! When you take a sip, a slight sweetness spreads in your mouth. From the middle of the mouth, you can feel the gasiness, the acidity and astringency of the sake, and the alcohol. There is no sharpness, and the spiciness and alcohol taste remain in the mouth. I see... Tropical⁇ I imagined it would be sweet like a fruity mango 🥭, but it doesn't taste fruity at all💦. Nabeshima and Akaban Omachi were opened 🎉. When I was worrying about Kyushu, I felt like I needed to drink some Kyushu sake, so I was running hard to buy some 🚗 in the rain 😅. And I was able to bring you Akaban Omachi: ☺️ It was opened on the same day as I wanted 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Slightly gorgeous aroma. Elegant sweetness spreads in the mouth. It is not a fruity sweetness, but a strong sweetness with a strong flavor of Omachi. In the second half, astringency and bitterness appear with a pleasant sense of gas, and the taste quickly becomes sharp and clean. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste or pungency. What a surprise! Splendid taste. 😮‍💨 It is truly elegant and of a different caliber. AKABU, Junmai Daiginjo was opened 🎉. It wasn't a good thing 😅. The other day, I went to the liquor store I usually go to to buy SEA. That liquor store has a condition that when you buy AKABU seasonal products, you have to buy another bottle of different AKABU 😥. So I bought SEA and Junmai Daiginjo... 💧. I wonder if many of your favorite liquor stores also have this kind of purchase requirement? I only want to buy what I genuinely want. There's also the fridge space problem 💦. That's why I'm opening a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo🥂. I'm sure it's delicious, but it's too extravagant for everyday drinking 🤩. First, the aroma. The aroma is gorgeous! When you put it in your mouth, the elegant, clear wateriness and sweetness spreads quickly, there is no gassiness, the astringency comes lightly in the second half, and it quickly finishes when you feel a hint of spiciness. Well done to 😮‍💨 ✨! Delicious 😋😋😋. Junmai Daiginjo is still amazing😍! It's perfectly balanced and perfect with no miscellaneous flavors at all! I can't complain ☝️ That's what AKABU is all about👍 A little expensive, but if it makes you this happy, it's good 🆗. Sure enough, I finished it in no time ❣️ Happy times are fleeting🤣.

We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku, Hoshikai 🎉. This is the third of the Kangiku summer sake! The last big one is Hoshikai: ⭐️ I wasn't sure when to drink it 😅. I really didn't want to open it yet, but the Discovery series was pushing me away 💦. but I've been wanting to drink it all along 💕Hoshikai Discovery pushed me back (in a good way) Now it's time to open the bottle 🙌 A toast of respect 🥂. First, the aroma! Fruity and sweet aroma, typical of Kangiku. The mouthfeel is exactly like tropical fruits 🥭. The juicy sweetness fills the mouth. The gasiness starts to appear in the mid-palate, and astringency and bitterness appear in the latter half, The astringency and bitterness appear in the second half, and they disappear along with the sweetness. Ohhhh, it's so delicious! This is another level up! This sweetness has just the right amount of astringency and bitterness that is not at all unpleasant: ☝️ No pungency, no weird alcohol taste. It has a nice sharpness and is sweet but easy to drink clean 😘. This is really good 😋😋😋. Obviously I feel like it's getting better than last year 🤔. It's getting better and better and I can feel the evolution of Kangiku every time I drink it these days 🤩. That's why I finished Hoshikai in no time ❣️ I still love Kangiku 💖. I will continue to share my love for Kangiku ❤️😆

TACHIYO, AI-IPPON was opened 🎉. My favorite Takachiyo, today it's alphabet 💕This one was recently released and the label is purple💜. I'm sure it's AI-IPPON because they use two types of sake rice, Aiyama and Uonuma Ipponshime 😄. It's an alphabet I trust, so I'll take it with high hopes 🥂. First, the aroma Fruity sweet aroma! In the mouth, it has a sweetness like grape🍇 and berry🍓, and the berry sweetness fills the mouth! The gasiness spreads from the middle and leaves a sweet aftertaste without any astringency, pungency, or other unpleasant tastes. Oh my God, 😮‍💨 is so sweet! Stunning taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. The quality and drinkability is so clean you'd think it was 🍇juice 😍. The sweetness is always exquisite at Alphabet, not too sweet or subdued, but classy and elegant✨. The gassiness is just right, no weird alcohol taste, and a beautiful aftertaste 🤩. He's a dangerous guy ⚠️ with a high alcohol content of 16% but you can gobble it down! It's been a while since we've had a rainfall: ☺️ Shunyo, which was released this summer, is brewed from a sake rice called Shunyo, which is said to be quite habitual and difficult to handle 😓. It is said that this sake rice is quite peculiar and difficult to handle 😓 It has been talked about as being made into a delicious sake, so I bought this bottle thinking I would like to try it 🥰. I was curious to try this one 🥰 I opened the bottle to see what kind of habitual thing it was 🥂. First of all, the aroma! 😳I'm sure! It has a strong habit! It smells like grass 🌱 (not fresh herbs, but smelly leaves💦) When you put it in your mouth, again, strong habit! I've never had it before, but I wonder if it tastes like seedlings...? There is a gassy feeling from the second half, no pungency, etc. I think this habit is the taste of Shunyang's sake rice, but the taste of rice with this habit lingers in the aftertaste! I've never had a sake with such a habit 😅. Interesting 🤣 I realized that brewing with Shunyo is quite a challenge. This one is going to be a love it or hate it ☝️ The gassiness keeps it in perfect balance, but if it wasn't for the gassiness, I'd probably be lame🤷‍♀️... To use a culinary analogy, if you like ethnic food or habit-forming dishes like pak choi🌿, you might like it: ❣️ I also like quirky food, but Chun Yang is a strong man 💪 above the rest. Prototype from Northwest Brewery was opened 🎉. A new series has been released from the Sairai Brewery of the guess: ❗️ It's this Prototype 🙌! As a Ayarai = Hina Hana mama, I had to tell you all how delicious it is as soon as possible: ☝️ As soon as it was released, I went to the liquor store to buy some 🚗, pushed aside the players waiting for their turn, and off we went🤗. The label on the back says that the concept is a new take on sake, with apple sweetness and acidity with a sharp aftertaste.... Well, you never know until you drink it anyway! I'll take it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Fruity and gorgeous aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the sweetness. There is no gaseous sensation, and when the sourness comes, it is soon mixed with spiciness and the rich umami of rice (rice🌾) comes close. There is no sharpness, and a lingering feeling of alcohol lingers. I see... 🧐. The change in flavor is interesting. The rice flavor is strong, and the taste is more robust and thick than crisp. At 16% alcohol by volume, it feels quite alcoholic. It's not a gulpable sake, but a sake to be savored slowly 🍶. This is... To take it to the extreme, it's just like Sairai's standard sake 🩵 label 😆. I couldn't figure out the new twist 🙏. But I bet it's delicious 😋.
