We opened a bottle of our favorite Sairai 🩵🎉.
After reading shinsaku3 & Pekho's post, we felt like drinking Sairai from their local sake brewery, Imanishi Shuzo 😍!
I had a bottle of 💁♀️ waiting in the fridge for a while, but I had to change my plans for today and rush out 🤣.
When I drank it for the first time last year, it immediately became my favorite sake brewery because it was so delicious and so popular 💕.
This is my second bottle of Sairai 😆.
So let's get started 🥂🥂!
There is not much of an aroma.
In the mouth, the sweetness is moderate, but the umami of the rice is also very strong.
In the second half, bitterness is added, and the richness of the rice also stands out.
There is no sharpness, but the sweet bitterness and the rich umami of the rice mix together in a well-balanced manner at the end and slowly fade away, leaving a beautifully finished wine.
This is another well calculated taste😋.
Good as a food sake 🍶.
The last Sairai I had impressed me with its sweet, sour, and refreshing image, but this time it is sweet, bitter, and rich. ☝️
It's a completely different image, but again, delicious 😋.
I'm looking forward to the next Sairai 🩷.

Sairai, actually, there is no retailer in my neighborhood 😭 but I really wanted to drink it, so I popped this one in 😆 I can't resist the urge to drink it💦.
But that's how valuable Sairai is in my opinion 🥰.
