From the aroma, you can already tell that this bottle is full of minerals.
As it is recommended to be drunk as a nightcap, it is soft and gentle, with a somewhat languid aftertaste.
It is beautiful and fresh, as expected from Ko no Tsukasa.
Purchased at Arakawa Sake Shop, Okazaki, Aichi, Japan.
The aroma is green apple-like. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma that is not just fruity.
Slightly gaseous. It is so soft that you forget you are drinking liquid every time you take a sip.
With a low alcohol content of 13%, this is a devilish sake that will make you run out of a bottle before you know it. If Machida Shuzo Ihyakumangoku is like a beer that you can drink with gusto, this is truly "water. Why do we never get tired of drinking water? This sake embodies the answer to that question. It also has the potential to work well as a food sake.
I have a very subjective feeling that if this sake can have the cloud-like softness of the Aizu Chusho, which was the most impressive last year for me personally, it will break through the sweet and full trend.
Please try it.
The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees. It has a sparkling wine-like fizzy carbonation, perhaps because it is not heated. It also has a mild taste due to the use of ultra soft water. It overturned the conventional concept of sake.
Soft and smooth on the palate, I kind of know what slumber means 💡.
Refreshing, fruity and easy to drink.
What an amazingly low alcohol content!
This one is easy to drink: 🫶🏻
It smells very nice, like calpis and green apple. ❗️
The mouthfeel is fresh with a nice pizzazz 😊.
It's as satisfying as biting into a ripe LaFrance 🤤.
To put it simply, like Calpis? Like a lactic acid cocktail? It's like a lactic acid cocktail 🍸.
And yet, it has a strong umami, acidity, sharpness, and a taste of sake 🤤.
This is one of the most outstanding and shockingly delicious sake I have had recently 😋🤤😋🤤😋🤤.
Good evening, Aaron 😃.
I've been curious about your post on here Sake no Wa 😋 shockingly delicious beyond compare 😍I'm suddenly even more eager to drink it ‼️
Jay & Nobby.
Good morning ❗️
This one is a must buy for sure: ‼️
Takashi's "Madoromi" was delicious, but "Natsumirei" was a few times better 😋,
but "Natsumirei" is a few times better than "Madoromi".
Today I went to an art museum in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa.
After seeing sculptor Okazaki-san's paintings, we stopped by Imanaya in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and had some of these that we had stocked up on.
It's the first time I've had this at Iemomi. When mixed with ori, it has a sour taste. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste with a pleasant dryness in the second half. I think it goes well with mild mayonnaise such as bonito in mayo soy sauce or potato salad. Delicious✨
The color scheme of the picture I gave you was similar to the label of Eiko-Fuji's Survival, so I took a picture of it 🌃
Hi, missamisao 😃
From viewing the paintings 🖼️ at the museum to viewing the sake labels at the sake shop! It's a heart-warming day 😌.
I've only had one outside drink at Ko no Tsukasa 🥲 but I'm curious about the sweet and sour dry type 😙.
Hi Jaynobi, good evening😊The picture reminds me of a sake label. This one was light nigori and easy to drink😊The label and taste are cool and refreshing and recommended for summer🎐.
