Yesterday I went out drinking with my husband for the first time in a long time 🎉.
Basically, I like to drink at home, but sometimes when I go to a restaurant specializing in sake, I meet new people and make new discoveries, so I learn a lot 📚.
So, yesterday, I drank a lot of sake with the first priority of learning 😆.
A review of the best of the many drinks I had: ❗️
Yesterday's number one was "Amego no Tsuki Oragami Nama Sake" 🎉.
This is the first time I've had Ame-go-Tsuki.
The aroma is rather gorgeous.
It is quite dark and cloudy, and in the mouth it has a mild sweetness, but the water is clear and refreshing. The gasiness in the latter half is strong, but once the gasiness is gone, the mouth is instantly refreshed and leaves no aftertaste at all. This is a brilliant sharpness ✨.
It may not come across well, but it's silky and sweet, but it's clean and crisp. ☝️
I've had a lot of nigori this season, but I've never had a nigori with such a sharpness 😋 something surprisingly delicious 🥰 the gap from what I expected left a deep impression and this one took first place 🙌
The sweetness is just right and the sharpness is excellent, so I think it goes well with strong dishes and fried food 🍖.
I drank more yesterday than I can count 😅But I remember the moon after the rain was delicious, so it must be excellent ❣️
