My husband One of my favorites. Slightly effervescent and fresh, yet soft and mildly sweet and sour 😄. The aftertaste is so good that you forget that you drank it, probably due to the quality of the water ⁉️. Tedorigawa is also delicious, but this is also 😆💕. It was a pretty good choice.

This is my first purchase after a recommendation from my favorite liquor store. It is easy to drink with a nice balance of clean aroma, sweetness, and sourness 😆 💕. It's very easy to drink 💕. This is why I can't stop talking to the liquor store.

Chrysanthemum Drink Comparison 😋. First, let's try it without nigori 🥂. It tastes refreshingly delicious with a slight effervescence and refreshing sweetness 😆. When we add ori, it becomes a little rounder and the soft mouthfeel spreads slowly 💓. I want to taste the goodness of orikara and drink it slowly, but then I realize... 🍾 light 😱.

The sweet-upper lover ❤️ is a brand you can't miss 😄. Since 99 is almost ready, we had this one first. It is not only sweet-umami, but also fresh and cute🩷 with fine bubbles and acidity. The taste did not disappoint 😆😆😆. I found myself holding the glass for a long time.

Chosen as a food sake. It has a moderate sweetness and umami with a clean aftertaste. It might have been better if it was left to sit for a while. Paired well with my husband's favorite 🧀 cheese-based meals and Japanese food. I'll be back for the next one based on your comments.

In honor of Valentine💘s Day, I opened a bottle of Tasake 😄 It was sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet and delicious, and it was enough to make my husband fall in love with it 🤣. Celebrate your birthday 🎂 with your significant other. Chose this to toast 🥂 and to go with the birthday cake. It was sweet, gassy and sour, and had a good bearing on both the aperitif and the cake 💕. She loved it and we both emptied it in no time 😆.

It is a local sake. It was the first Shibori-nama sake, so I thought it was worth drinking. The alcohol content is a little high, so Darling downed it early 🤣. It was fresh and aromatic since it was a draft sake 😅I thought it was too much 😅 but it was worth it. I think it was too much 😅, I felt it was a good product of the soft water.

A brand suitable for the start of the New Year. While the aroma and flavor of tropical fruits are well pronounced, the refreshing acidity and slight gassiness make for a clean and refreshing taste. The slight bitterness you feel afterward is also a nice aftertaste. It was my husband's No. 1 wine. Already, there are only a few left 🤣.

The newest sake brewery built right next door💕. I found out later that the brewery is owned by a famous toji (master brewer). Even if you don't know what kind of rice it is, it is delicious. It's a bit pricey, but you can tell it's high quality and delicious.

Chosen for bearing with soba noodles from my grandma's soba noodles shop. The slight gasiness, sweetness and sourness seemed to go well with soba noodles and tempura, but it was so good with strawberry🍓 which was for dessert that it annoyed my husband. It went too far and he is having a blast🤣.

This is my first Murasuke. It was a shocking encounter with this 😍sweet and delicious sake (Niigata sake ⁉️) with a hint of aroma and a touch of Wasanbon. It was recommended to me by the bar staff at Yayoi, a sake shop in front of Yahiko Shrine. From this point on, I was hooked 🫠 into the sake swamp.

Healing trip to Toyama Prefecture. Toyama has many favorite brands. Among them, Haneya is Ai❤️it. It is my favorite. Gorgeous, elegant sweetness and slight gasiness that is typical of Aiyama. This alone made the quality of the trip very satisfying.

We started the New Year with local brands. It will be a good year. As the name suggests, it is a beautiful sake. I can confidently recommend this brand to anyone. Hitogokochi It is a good sake for a meal because it does not disturb the meal.
