The aroma is mild and sweet, and the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt in the aroma after drinking. The acidity is minimal, and the complexity of the taste is conveyed slowly with a nice aftertaste.

This label is so beautiful that I had to put it down for a while. We opened the bottle at the end of a little late Hanami 🌸 in Shinshu.
The aroma is sweet, gorgeous, and yet gentle, reminiscent of flowers ✨.
Very low bubbles 🫧Omachi melts well, sweet and full, with a clean lingering finish that is typical of Haneya 😆💖.
I liked it even more.
The label is as elegant as the sake itself.

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Kita-Shinano, so I took a short drive 🚘 to a liquor store I had been wanting to visit to see the cherry blossoms. I bought a large bottle of my favorite Jyukyu 🤭.
Before I opened the bottle and poured just the top clear, the power of the bubbles 💪🏻 made the cage rise like a 🌋 just before it erupted😵.
The aroma was fresh white grape, bubbly and acidic, clean with a mild sweetness lingering✨.
It was more refreshing and clean than I expected.
