The sake was just as I had imagined! It was just as I had imagined. It is dry, but not too strong. It is not heavy and spicy, but rather light and refreshingly dry, making it perfect for a mid-meal drink this time of year 😊. It seems to go well with all kinds of food. It was still a hard liquor for me to drink on its own💦.

The bottle is summery and the perfect summer sake for this time of year. Malhi is characterized by its sourness, but this Natsunama has the best balance of sweetness and sourness👍. It is fruity and juicy, with a refreshing acidity that pushes in and leaves you refreshed, not spicy or bitter. It was so easy to drink that my husband and I finished it in no time💦. It's low al, so we guzzled it down. But really tasty 😋. Another summer sake I'm looking forward to next year: ❣️ I recommend this one: ☺️

This is my first time to try AKABU's Junmai Daiginjo. I have had junmai ginjo before, and this time it was junmai daiginjo😊. The aroma is fruity. The entrance is clean and smooth, with a spreading sweetness and a firm richness. The second half of the bottle is also clean and has a beautiful aftertaste. Amazing👍😍As expected of AKABU. I can't go back to junmai ginjo after drinking this. AKABU's seasonal products are also delicious and never miss the mark. I can see why it's so popular. AKABU, high level ❣️

It is a gift from a friend. It is said to be a sake that is shipped at this time of the year after being laid down in the snow. I was expecting it to be light and dry, which is typical of Niigata, but it was smooth and sweet at the beginning. The spiciness comes in the second half, but it does not linger on the back of the palate, leaving a beautifully lingering umami aftertaste. I think it is an elegant food sake. It is easy to match with any dishes and easy to drink, so it was the kind of sake that adds flowers to the dining table.

This is the second bottle of Eiko Fuji's summer sake. The label has a strong impact. And the taste was as impressive as the label. It was sweet, juicy, and rich! I thought it was a very rich and mellow sake. It is not spicy and is a 👍 for those who like sweet drinks. The alcohol content is high, so you can't drink it smoothly, but you can drink it on its own, or it might be good as an after-dinner drink. ❣️ Eiko Fuji is on another level 😊.

I enjoyed Rainfall Malic Acid 77 so much that I tried 28 as well😊. It is definitely sweeter than the 77. The acidity seemed to be stronger in 77. 28 is a mellow sake with not much change from mouth to aftertaste, giving the impression of being sweet and easy to drink. I felt something was missing 💦. In terms of balance, I thought I liked 77 better because of the changes in flavor, the fruity, gassy, and sour finish. As I was told at the brewery, I recommend the 77 malic acid: ❣️

I went to buy the Discovery Series that was just released recently! I had decided what to buy from the four different varieties available this year. When I arrived at the liquor store, Identity was the last one! I was actually going to buy something different, but I couldn't not buy the last bottle 😭 It was unplanned, but I bought Identity. I was sure that Kangiku-san would not miss it. ❤️ And the taste... The aroma is fruity, sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the second half is a gentle mist of gas. Not a strong gassy feeling, but a fine, subtle gassy feeling that is amazing👍and easy to drink: ❣️ No harshness, no unpleasant aftertaste at all. Really delicious 😋. I want to drink all the other 3 types. I like Kangiku after all 😊.

My favorite Kangiku. This is made by polishing the rice to 29%. It must be a great technique to polish rice to that level. The aroma is very fruity and the sweetness typical of Kangiku spreads from the entrance. The second half was a bit gassy and went down smoothly. It is the least sweet and most mature of all the Sangiku sakes I have had so far. It is the kind of wine that you can drink all the time without getting tired of drinking. I like Kangiku-san after all 😊.

This was the second bottle of Summer Pilgrimage Sake that I had reserved at the liquor store. The entrance was mellow and smooth, with a touch of sweetness. In the second half, the alcohol spiciness comes, but it goes away nicely without leaving any spiciness on the back of the mouth. The sake level is -3.5, so it is more on the sweet side, but in my opinion it is dry. I thought it was just right for a mid-meal drink. It would go well with sashimi! I can't wait to see how the taste changes after a few days.

I was lucky enough to purchase a long-sought after Shinsei No. 6 at a liquor store. And I was told that X is one of the best No.6. It was hard to find, but thankfully I was able to drink it 😊. This is my third bottle of Niimasa. This is the third bottle of Shinmasa I've had. It is the least sweet and has a mild gassy taste. I thought it was a very elegant sake. It starts with a fruity gorgeousness and then recedes nicely in the aftertaste. The degree of perfection is superb. I could drink it all the time, or rather, I want to. ❣️ Anyway, all Niimasa is delicious 😋. I think it is a wonderful sake that makes people happy. I hope I can drink it again sometime...

I enjoyed the malic acid 77 I drank the other day, so I wanted to try a different rainfall! So I went to the brewery to buy some. They recommended this one. It has a lactic acid yogurt feel and the entrance is sweet and easy to drink. The alcohol content is 13% and it is a mild sake, not spicy. It is also quite different from malic acid 77, which gave me the impression that it was the opposite of a refreshing summer sake. But if anything, I think I prefer Malic Acid 77 😊. No doubt it's delicious ❣️

Eiko Fuji's summer sake, Hoshi Matsuri: ⭐️ It has a very fruity aroma, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by spiciness in the second half. The spiciness is typical of summer sake. The spiciness does not leave an aftertaste, so it remains delicious. It is thick and has a high alcohol content, so I don't think it is like summer sake, but the fruity sweetness is my favorite taste. ❣️ It's too thick to drink smoothly, so I guess it's the type of sake you have to savor 😅. If you like Kangiku, you will definitely like Eiko Fuji too. My favorite sake has increased 🍶.

I drank Akabu's SEA for the first time. Sour and sweet, typical of summer sake. It is low in alcohol and easy to drink! The mouthfeel was sweet, and the gassy feeling came in the second half and disappeared quickly. I have many opportunities to drink summer sake these days, and I feel that they all have the same finish, but they all have their own unique characteristics! I still have more summer sake to drink, so I hope to enjoy as much as I can this summer 😊. I still like Akabu. ❤️

We received our reserved Summer Pilgrimage Sake from the liquor store and had it that day. We are grateful that the liquor store went there themselves to purify the sake and pick it up for our customers 🍶. It was a refreshing sake. It has sweetness and umami, and is easy to drink with little spiciness or bitterness. It's lonely on its own, but I think it would be appreciated as a food sake as it seems to go well with all kinds of food. I would like to reserve the Summer Pilgrimage Sake again next year.

I've always been curious about Amezure. I couldn't find it at the liquor store near me, so I went to the brewery to buy it! The sake brewer told me confidently that this is what he recommends right now, so I bought it immediately 😆. The aroma is very fruity, and the sweetness spreads easily on the palate. The second half is pleasantly soft and gassy, and it disappears leaving a delicious aftertaste. The quality of the water is good, or maybe it was the clarity of the water. It is not soft or hard water, but the water quality seems to be good. It is a stunning sake. This is one bottle that does not disappoint! I recommend this one: ❣️

I was surprised to find a bottle with a sake degree of minus 16 degrees, and I couldn't help but pick it up! I asked the shopkeeper if it was very sweet. This is the first time for me to drink Tocho. The liquor store recommended it to me as sweet and tasty, so I bought it. This may be the first time for me to drink Saga sake. I opened a bottle of my favorite Kangiku, which had been sitting in the fridge for a while after purchase! Sweet and delicious from the entrance😋. This is my second bottle of Shinsei in my life. I received a flax cat. From the moment I put it in my mouth, all I could say was, "What the heck is this? is all I can say. Is it really sake? Why is it so delicious? Shinmasa is too good! It makes me love sake more and more. I want to drink Niimasa again🍶. I can understand why Niimasa is so popular. It was one of those bottles that made me think once again that sake is great.

I found the newest of the crop, Z, at a liquor store and bought it. Almost no aroma. The entrance is soft and sweet. Immediately the flavor spreads quickly to the palate, and then comes a tingling spiciness, but it goes away quickly and leaves nothing on the back of the palate. It was beautifully done. It is indeed a work of art! I thought it was well thought out and brilliant. It made me want to drink a variety of Saku again 😊.
