Your post made me want to drink Koshi spring sake, but I can't find it at the liquor store... Yesterday, I found Koshi at a sushi restaurant! It's not a spring sake, but I had it! Refreshing and perfect with sashimi and tempura!

I didn't expect to find a snowman! Ordered it before the sake I wanted to drink! Not as sweet as I imagined and surprisingly tasty 😆. Easy to drink and no end in sight... I want to buy a bottle of this one this year too!
