Ko no Tsukasa opened a bottle of its standard sake 🎉.
Last time I drank a nigori of Takashi no Tsukasa, it was so delicious that I decided to try the standard sake as well! I'll have to try the regular sake too!
Let's see how it tastes ⁉️
I'll have it right away 🥂.
There is not much aroma.
In the mouth, the super soft divine water softens and the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice permeates the taste buds.
The second half of the bottle is slightly spicy and astringent, and it finishes gently, leaving a lingering rice umami taste.
There is no sense of gas at all.
The sharpness is not so good.
The composition of the sake is well-balanced and the sweetness is moderate. Suitable as a food sake 🍶.
In my opinion, it was a bit different from what I expected 😅.
The nigori was a sweet milky misty gas type of sake, so I thought the standard sake would be the modern type that is popular nowadays, but it was a rather classic type 💦.
It was a classic sake that was not so impactful, not a gorgeous fruity sake, but a standard sake that gently tasted the umami of rice 🌾.
Normally, I would finish the bottle smoothly, but for some reason, it slowed down and didn't go anywhere 💧 I got tired of drinking 😭.
I'm not sure if it's low alcohol though.
I think my expectations were too high because the nigori was so good 🤣.
Next time I'll try the seasonal Takashi no Tsukasa: ❣️

Good morning, Hinahana Mama 😃I haven't come across Takashi no Tsukasa at all, but if you want to bring him along, seasonal sake seems better than the standard sake ✨️ It would be interesting to compare drinking with Takashi no Tsukasa and Kaze no Mori 🤤💕.

I'm not sure when I'll be able to find it, as I don't see it very often 💧, but if I do, I'd like to try the seasonal sake first 😊.

Thank you for your comment 😅If you can find Ko no Tsukasa, I definitely recommend the seasonal one 💕although I've only had 2 bottles of Ko no Tsukasa 🤣.
