We have to quickly recover from last week's Eiko-Fuji!
This is the Orikarami of Morinokuma-san, which we are definitely hoping for ☝️ 😍.
This sake is a prayer sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle, and part of the proceeds will be donated.
So let's get to it 🥂!
Start with the aroma without adding the nigori.
The aroma is weak.
Delicious sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the second half has just the right amount of gasiness and astringency to finish it off nicely 🤤.
Mixing the cage
The aroma remains the same.
Mild, creamy and mellow taste in the mouth.
The sweetness is a little stronger, and when the gassy and bitter taste is added, the balance is perfect 💕.
No pungency or miscellaneous taste whatsoever
This is so delicious 😋😋😋😋.
