Ko no Tsukasa opened a bottle of its standard sake 🎉.
Last time I drank a nigori of Takashi no Tsukasa, it was so delicious that I decided to try the standard sake as well! I'll have to try the regular sake too!
Let's see how it tastes ⁉️
I'll have it right away 🥂.
There is not much aroma.
In the mouth, the super soft divine water softens and the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice permeates the taste buds.
The second half of the bottle is slightly spicy and astringent, and it finishes gently, leaving a lingering rice umami taste.
There is no sense of gas at all.
The sharpness is not so good.
The composition of the sake is well-balanced and the sweetness is moderate. Suitable as a food sake 🍶.
In my opinion, it was a bit different from what I expected 😅.
The nigori was a sweet milky misty gas type of sake, so I thought the standard sake would be the modern type that is popular nowadays, but it was a rather classic type 💦.
It was a classic sake that was not so impactful, not a gorgeous fruity sake, but a standard sake that gently tasted the umami of rice 🌾.
Normally, I would finish the bottle smoothly, but for some reason, it slowed down and didn't go anywhere 💧 I got tired of drinking 😭.
I'm not sure if it's low alcohol though.
I think my expectations were too high because the nigori was so good 🤣.
Next time I'll try the seasonal Takashi no Tsukasa: ❣️
Good morning, Hinahana Mama 😃I haven't come across Takashi no Tsukasa at all, but if you want to bring him along, seasonal sake seems better than the standard sake ✨️ It would be interesting to compare drinking with Takashi no Tsukasa and Kaze no Mori 🤤💕.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama-san!
I'm very interested in this brand and would like to try it once 🎵.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to find it, as I don't see it very often 💧, but if I do, I'd like to try the seasonal sake first 😊.
Hi Nao888😃Thank you for your comment!
Thank you for your comment 😅If you can find Ko no Tsukasa, I definitely recommend the seasonal one 💕although I've only had 2 bottles of Ko no Tsukasa 🤣.
Hi ma-ki-, thanks for your comment 😃I'm not sure about the standard sake 🤔😅but the winter nigori is one I recommend with confidence ❣️ I'll try the other seasonal ones next time 👍Try it if you come across it 🤗.
Dolls' Festival - 🎎.
So, Ko no Tsukasa Harukageiro was opened 🍶.
The label, which is said to have been requested by a designer, is very elegant...
I thought it was a beautiful sake at a tasting event and wanted to go to the brewery, but... there was no limited edition sake available on the day, so I had to give up!
The fresh juices, of course, are beautifully integrated and disappear easily with almost no bitterness or alcohol residue... 🫥.
I think Ko no Tsukasa should be more appreciated 🤔.
My daughter, who is already in the first grade, is sitting next to me, eating a piece of rice cake 🤣lol.
I wish this time could go on forever...and I'm thankful for good sake 😋.
Good evening, hannah!
It's nice to have a drink while thinking about your daughter ✨
I just had a reaction that something good time is flowing 🍀.
I have never seen Takashi no Tsukasa before, but it looks delicious 😋.
ma-ki-san.
This moment can only be experienced now, so I'll keep it firmly in my eyes 👧👀🍶.
I didn't care about it until I drank it at a tasting, but I personally recommend "Fuyuakari" which comes out in the winter 😋.
Takashi no Tsukasa -frontier-.
Kou no Tsukasa is a sake brewery with a long history, founded in 1830 in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture.
The brewery uses "Kanzui," a spring water with a hardness of 0.2, which has a reputation for its clean, clean, delicate, and deep flavor!
IMADEYA's challenge this time with GUITO is to use all of their own Yumesansui rice for the milling process. This is an attempt to compensate for the lack of minerals due to the soft water.
It has a refreshing aroma with a hint of muscat.
It has a mild texture on the palate, which is the result of the super soft water. The sweetness of the rice is abundant, and the flavor is full of umami. There is almost no bitterness, and a refreshing aftertaste follows.
I feel very happy when I like the first sake I encounter in the hanpukai!
Alcohol content: 18%.
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcoholic
Open the bottle
The nose has an alcoholic smell.
Slight sweetness wafts in the air.
Pour into a sake cup
It is a cloudy thin white color.
When I looked into the bottle, I found a white lees shimmering.
Sip it.
The sweetness and umami that comes with a thump
The taste is very rich.
Fruitiness is more like the sweetness of a ramune.
Not much carbonation
Bitter taste that spreads on the palate afterwards
After passing through the throat, the bitterness becomes stronger
The lingering aftertaste is spicy.
The strength of the sake is unique to nama sake.
But the alcohol taste is not as strong as expected
and it is not hard to drink.
so you can drink it in large gulps.
And you will get drunk.
Sake with a solid drinking experience
Miso or soy sauce
Seems to go well with strong flavored meals
The "Takashi" from Aichi that I posted before was quite tasty... so I was curious and bought the second one, this one is called Harukageiro ☘️😆.
It's been cold for a long time this year and it hasn't warmed up yet, but I've opened it 😂.
This one...in a word... "delicious😋".
That's all anyone can say, so I'll spell it out in a little more detail: ‼️
When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity ginjo aroma ✨green apple? Green apple 🍎 grape? Well, that's it, that's the "this is delicious..." aroma you get before you drink it 😉.
The first sip, the piquancy of the sake is quite thin, but the umami and sweetness come through from the very beginning...and the sharpness is excellent with almost no bitterness ✨.
But if you are looking for pichi or shuwa, it might be a little lacking😅
Day 2 report 📖.
The sweetness and umami taste deepens and evolves into an unstoppable flavor 🤩It's so delicious that you can drink it up like apple juice 😅.
Takashi no Tsukasa is not to be underestimated: ‼️
silver
Aichi Prefecture
Appearance: Yellowish like Yamahai.
Recommended temperature 55°C
Pairing Rich miso dishes
It is a sake that is typical of Aichi Prefecture.
Let's try a brand we've never had before in this series.
This time it is Takashi no Tsukasa, which seems to have a good reputation.
The aroma is fresh with clear acidity. It has a youthful atmosphere reminiscent of citrus fruits.
The first attack is light, but then a deep umami flavor rushes in, filling the mouth with a lingering aftertaste.
The body is very rich, and I like it very much. It is not so much sweet and tasty as it is umami, and it is quite drinkable.
It is no wonder this wine has a good reputation.
I would like to continue to drink it in the future.
