A gift from a friend I met today.
It was clean and dry, but had a gentle taste.
It was the first time for me to drink sake from Okayama Prefecture, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The first drink of the new year was a gift from a relative.
It was a blend of the remaining sake in the tank, wasn't it?
The blend was a great success, with a well-balanced spread of sweetness and bitterness along with the aroma.
Happy New Year, nabe-san!
Uraroman looks delicious.
I bought it at Kobayashi Sake Shop in November and brought it to my usual restaurant on the 30th.
I took it to my usual restaurant on the 30th and drank it with the master and my friends.
Happy New Year!
Thank you for stopping by the Kobayashi Sake Shop! The owner, Mari, is a childhood friend of mine, and this time I asked her to hold Zero Million to get it for me again.
nabe-san After staying at Izumiya, I went to Kunigon Sake Brewery the next morning and then to Ouchi-juku, I thought I would buy Aizu, Kaito-Ozan, and Hanazumi, so I stopped by Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which I had guessed on G-map.
A gift from a bad friend since I was 17 years old.
It was yellow in color, and as you can see, the mouthfeel and aroma came with a bang, and a slight sweetness and bitterness fell down my throat.
I drank it last time and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
This sake was brewed while looking at the sky that the yeast traveled through space to Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, where the air is clean and the sky is starry. I think it must have been a fun trip to space, judging from the taste.
I found it at a store when I visited my favorite shrine, Mimine Shrine, and bought it.
The bitter and pungent taste spreads out, and then the plump flavor comes in, and finally, a little sweetness comes in to finish it off. It is a delicious taste that seems to bring good luck. (I love it!)
nabe, thank you for your comment on my check-in at Tefu yesterday.
I am staying at Izumiya Ryokan next to Kunigon Brewery. I will buy a 720 ml bottle to take home this morning.
Thank you for visiting Minamiaizu Town. My parents' house is a 5-minute walk from there. The coffee and sweets at Cafe G-MAMA, just a little further from Izumiya, are also delicious.
Thank you for your reply, NABE. I will leave Izumiya and have Takato Soba at Ouchi-juku before heading to Nikko. Thank you for your continued support. m(_ _)m
In the mouth, there is a clean aroma and spiciness.
But as is typical of Tajima sake, the sweetness comes first, followed by the bitterness. Delicious!
Recommended by Kon-chan's master's grandson, a reliable sake master.
Fruity and gorgeous, with a sweetness followed by a beautiful spiciness.
It is delicious.
