A gift from a bad friend since I was 17 years old.
It was yellow in color, and as you can see, the mouthfeel and aroma came with a bang, and a slight sweetness and bitterness fell down my throat.
I drank it last time and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
This sake was brewed while looking at the sky that the yeast traveled through space to Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, where the air is clean and the sky is starry. I think it must have been a fun trip to space, judging from the taste.
I found it at a store when I visited my favorite shrine, Mimine Shrine, and bought it.
The bitter and pungent taste spreads out, and then the plump flavor comes in, and finally, a little sweetness comes in to finish it off. It is a delicious taste that seems to bring good luck. (I love it!)
In the mouth, there is a clean aroma and spiciness.
But as is typical of Tajima sake, the sweetness comes first, followed by the bitterness. Delicious!
Recommended by Kon-chan's master's grandson, a reliable sake master.
Fruity and gorgeous, with a sweetness followed by a beautiful spiciness.
It is delicious.
I wanted to drink it after seeing other people drinking it, so I asked Kobayashi Shuzo, a liquor store in Minamiaizu-cho, to reserve a bottle for me.
When I put it in my mouth, the sweetness, slight spiciness, and umami came in with a bang.
The back palate has umami at the base of the tongue and a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue.
It was a very heavy sake that was very drinkable.
