This time last year, I hardly had any alcohol in my mouth, so I missed it 😅This year, I made a reservation for a local sake, Sengoku and Tamanjumo, and I welcomed Tamanjumo with map painting in mind 🤗.
We are grateful to the sake brewer and the sake store and hope for good health 🙏.
Today we start with Sentori. The Sentori mark on the cap is cute. It has a big impact!
The aroma is like SENKYO itself with a clean and crisp taste 😌 The clear sweet and sour taste has umami and a hint of bitterness. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor reminiscent of fresh juice or herbal water, as if it were muscat, apple, lemon slices, and a few slices of mint. It tastes like fresh juice or herb water.
