The origin of Nanamizu is said to be that the first generation head of the family, an Omi merchant, started brewing sake in the city of Utsunomiya using "Niji-no-i", the seven famous waters of Utsunomiya at that time 🤔.
As the label says, it's apple-like but... what mushrooms? and a malted rice-like aroma.
The more you drink it, the more it seems like cacao!
The more you drink, the more you feel the richness like cocoa, but also grape? It was juicy, sweet and sour like a grape 😋.
