We brought this Nabeshima to you because it looks so cool 😍‼️
I was sure it would be a good bottle even if I saw the reviews on Sake-no-Wa 👍I had no problem opening the bottle!
Let's have some 😊.
The first sip is a bit sweet and sour (‼️), but as the cup progresses, the first hint of sweetness and sourness is felt. But as the sip goes on, the sweet and sourness you felt at first fades away and the robust umami comes to the surface 😋.
I also heard that it's better to let it sit for a day or so, so I switched it off halfway through the first day🤗.
The next day, the first cup is again acidic, but the overall flavor is more rounded and more umami 😋.
This is delicious😍.

We decided to visit a liquor store on the first day of the holiday to see if it was safe to continue. ‼️
The night before, we were determined to leave the house by 9 a.m., but the next morning Nobby woke up at 8:30 a.m.💦 saying, "I fell asleep 😫.
So guess what time we left the house: ⁉️
She was in the car by 9:00am as planned 😳.
I can't believe how fast she woke up and left the house 🤣.
I prepared two cooler boxes for Mr. Sake and off we went 🚗.
