The Dolce and Jun Dai I was interested in were not in the store, and I was also interested in Junmai 80, but after much deliberation, I picked up the Tokujun 🤗.
The first sip...oh? A little light? The first sip...oh my...is it a bit light? It has a gentle flavor, with a mild sweetness, acidity, and umami. The finish is clean and slightly dry, and I felt it was a type of sake that goes well with food.
