Buy at Aeon Cheap and tasty And my favorite nigori sake! It's a high 21%. It's a four-pack so it will go fast💦.

Slurp kaa - tongue tingling. Alcohol content 21 degrees! I bought it on the way home from overtime work. Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world. I could go on and on, but according to the label, this sake is classified as a "liqueur". At any rate, I'll note in my memorandum that it was a sweet and dangerous drink.

Sweet and bitter with a bitter aftertaste. It has a bitter aftertaste with a sweet and bitter aftertaste... It is a mellow dry sake... It does not have a cloying taste... It is a good match for strong flavored dishes... Although it is not the latest popular sake, it has a presence that says you are drinking sake. ...this is delicious in its own way...

The fourth cup went to "Kasen"! Gorgeous aroma like a flower garden. It has a clear, dry mouthfeel with a mineral flavor that brings to mind the scenery of nature. A perfect combination with spicy food such as cod roe ✨.

50th Anniversary Sake, first drink. Smells like green tea ice cream. Lactic acidity as the temperature rises. It is smooth, with the sweetness of rice, spiciness, and a firm taste in the middle, and the strength and bitterness of the alcohol give it a sharp taste. It is delicious and appetizing. Try it on the rocks as recommended. The sweetness stands out, and the bitterness and lactic acidity give it a refreshing kick. There is a gentle flavor of rice in the middle.

The initial aroma is fruity 🍎. The palate has a full-bodied sweetness from the rice and a good acidity. Aomori-style sake with a nice sharpness.

I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. After that, the bitterness comes through quickly. It's a beautiful sake. It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊. The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.

My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.

☆☆☆☆☆ This restaurant is owned by a master from Hirosaki, so it is an Aomori attack. At first I thought it was a little peculiar, but it is rather tasty.

Last of the day. The flavor is soft and smooth from the middle to the aftertaste. From the mid-palate to the aftertaste, the umami flows smoothly and the aftertaste is smooth.

I had a hard time deciding on a dry sake for my second drink at Go Around eve festival (3) "Standing Drinking Restaurant Kotoriya" and chose Toyo Bijin's very dry sake, and they gave me some of their recommendation 🥰 It was indeed dry and delicious. I feel like this is what sake is all about 😁.

( -̀ᴗ-́ ) ̖́-🍶🍶🍶🍶 Cups of Sake Purchased on Trip #3 We had our first Kouzutsuru 😃. I think the aroma is almost nonexistent at room temperature 🤔When you drink it, you can feel the thickened flavor and sweetness spreading 😚The alcohol additive seems to be working well and the aftertaste is refreshing ✨😊It's a very delicious sake 🥳.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I don't know what the original flavor was, but it has a nice aged feel. ❣️
