It does not have the floral and fruity impression that one gets from other Yuki no Kayasha, nor does it have the pushiness, power, and thickness of Yamahai.
The attack is clear, smooth, and moist, or rather, a little tender on the palate. After that, you feel the acidity and the sweetness of the rice spreads, and then the light sharpness tightens up the whole.
The impression of the flavor changes dramatically depending on whether the sake is served snow-cold, at room temperature, or warmed. Personally, I preferred it best at room temperature.

A lot of forgetting to upload 💦😭
I was told that it is a brand that is only available at a limited number of places in Snowy Kayasya where you can unload it.
It was delicious...

My former boss recommended this to me and I bought it!
He was right!
The aroma and sweetness are just the way I like them, and the acidity and bitterness are well balanced.
An acquaintance recommended me Yuki no Kayasha as a delicious sake.
I was a little disappointed because I had the impression that it was just an ordinary sake, but I was surprised when I drank Bishu no Sekkei after that, so I learned that different brands of sake from the same brewery can have completely different tastes.
It has been a long time since I have had a "beautiful sake design".
Although it is a draft sake, there is no gassy feeling.
It is a dark, flavorful sake to which the word "deliciously sweet" can truly be applied. The moderate acidity refreshes the palate.
It goes well with the saltiness of the grilled grouper.
I tried to order Tatenogawa, but they were out of it, so I ordered this one, which was sweet and highly recommended.
It was as it should be, fragrant, sweet and delicious!
With seafood yukke.
This restaurant is inexpensive!
