This unfiltered, unfiltered sake is made from 35% Yamada-Nishiki produced in Kurodasho and brewed in the traditional natural way with no oaring, no addition of water, and no charcoal filtration.

I put off drinking it for a long time, thinking that I could drink it someday, and finally had it for the first time at Kayasya!
Modern, sweet, juicy, and delicious!
Especially, the sweetness is very beautiful!
It has a soft, light aftertaste that disappears quickly and pleasantly!
I prefer it cold, but it can be enjoyed at higher temperatures, so drink it slowly!

It is a delicious sake with a full rice aroma.
I drank it cold and warmed, but I personally preferred it lukewarm.
