Yamadaho is a rare variety that is the parent of Yamadanishiki. It has a relatively strong fruity aroma and a tight texture on the palate. It was smooth, light, and delicious.

It's very easy to drink and it's very Kayasha-like, but also not Kayasha-like.
There are some parts that aren't chaya-like that's Honjo ‼️

Polishing ratio : 45% for koji rice / 55% for kake rice
