It was shipped in November, but it still had a ripe pineapple flavor. In addition, it has a rich koji aroma. It has a slight chilli aroma. There is also a slight saltiness and cocoa taste, as if a little salt was added to the chocolate.
I would go for it on its own...
The next day, I could taste a flavor similar to koji amazake.
