The second drink at Ketobashiya was a Kutouryuu from the same Kuroryu sake brewery! I don't remember if I've had it in the past 😓. The aroma was apple-like, and compared to the Kuroryu, it was sweeter, with a melon-like sweetness. The acidity was gentle and easy to drink. The sake level was +4, but I didn't feel so much acidity and sharpness. I guess it depends on the timing 🤔. I had it with bean sprouts and various parts of horse sashimi 😊.

After the 0th party in Sannomiya, we finally went to the first party, Sannomiya but to a horse meat restaurant, Ketobashiya Champion 😀 There were many kinds of Sake. The first drink was Kuroryu, which I had had at a sushi restaurant some years ago but my memory was a bit fuzzy, so I had it again. The aroma was faint but fruity. I also felt a melon-like sweetness, but the umami was clean. The refreshing acidity becomes stronger, so it is a total refreshing sake. The soup of the day was a dish of minced horse meat, which was sweet and delicious 😍.

Last at Asano Sake Shop is Kinshi Morinori, the only sake brewery in Kakogawa, we were told ✨. The aroma is fruity, apple-like 😊. Chilli fizziness, a bit of sweetness while the umami is dry. The taste has a nice acidity sharpness and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is delicious✨ It was a well put together and satisfying drink😍.

I drank so much yesterday and today 😅 (or rather, drank too much😇). I had two more drinks yesterday at Asano Sake Shop, and one of them was this one, which I think I've had before but didn't remember much ✨. The aroma smells like banana. It is sweet like a banana and the flavor is full of flavor...the acidity is gentle and very easy to drink. The fit is Asano Sake Shop's popular three kinds of sake snacks! Smoked mackerel, salmon cod roe, grilled green onion miso Delicious 😋.

Today I took the Shinkansen to Himeji in the morning! I'm going to Sannomiya in the evening for a gathering from my college days, so I'm going to stop by before that✨. We enjoyed almond toast and soba noodles from Yamaneiki, and we went to Ryuriki's store to sample some of their products, which is what Himeji is all about. I asked the clerk what was popular and she told me it was the rice whisper. A bottle of 5,500 yen is only 500 yen for a tasting, which is a very good deal. I could hardly smell the aroma. It is cold and refreshing, with a sweet and umami taste that is clean without being cloying ✨The acidity is soft, and the alcohol is sharp as it rushes up. It is easy to drink and delicious 🤩.

We stopped by for one more drink on the way home. We had steamed clams with cream cheese in soy sauce as our tsukidashi ✨. The aroma is mild but fruity and refreshing. The taste is sweet and delicious! The acidity is crisp and balanced, making it very easy to drink ✨.

The third buckwheat noodle drink was at Genzai ✨. Pictured is vegetable tempura with manganji chili, corn tempura, and soba to finish 🤩. This is also good as a food sake! I can smell it but I can't tell 😔. It has a mild mouthfeel, sweetness, umami and a crisp acidity, very well balanced and delicious ✨. I enjoyed drinking soba to the fullest 🤩.

The second buckwheat noodle drink was Wakakoma's super dry sake! Soba mae was served with simmered bonito and bonito tataki. The aroma was modest and not recognizable. The mouthfeel is soft and clean with a strong acidity 😱. It is too strong as it is, but with boiled dried bonito and dried bonito, the umami is strangely well ✨It is good as a mealtime sake 😁.

I'm posting every day 😅 please forgive me for continuing until Sunday 🫣. Today we had Soba drink at Soba Inomosan 😍 which I posted on my food log before. The first cup was Omine's 3-grain hi-iru Yamadanishiki.... The aroma was subdued but muscat-like, the mouthfeel was soft, and the sweetness of the sake was impressive, with a surprisingly strong sweetness and ending with a mild acidity.

After eating and drinking at a restaurant, I found Mr. Sando, but it was already too late😅. After that, the lottery at the liquor store was not successful and we finally came across San-Do-san, we were able to buy two bottles per person, one for immediate consumption and the other for storage for a while (storage space is a challenge 😅) ✨. The first bottle had a subtle fruity aroma, a strong effervescence, and a light sweetness and umami that made it feel like champagne and not sake 😍. On the second day, the sweetness increases and it feels like it's ready to drink. I left it a little too long 😅On the fifth day, the sweetness is strong but the fizz has weakened considerably, which is also possible but I feel it is no longer a sansu 🥺 It has become a sake with a clean sweet aftertaste with a little bitterness.

I went to SAKE Street, which appears in the ads for Sake no Wa 😁. There are many sakes I want to drink, but first of all, I went to Hiran! Sweet muscat-like aroma, the flavor is strong. Since it was my day off, I took a walk around Ginza area to visit liquor stores 😀. I found a bottle of Gozenshu that I had never had at the tasting bar of Kimishimaya Ginza store, so I had a drink â The aroma was faintly banana and muscat-like, the texture was clean, the taste was beautiful, the sake had a refreshing acidity, and I didn't detect any bitterness. It was over 30 degrees outside😅I can't get enough of cold, refreshing sake when it's hot 😍.

The second drink at Claire's was a Sagata-san, which is also my first brand 😃I was attracted by the name Yukata Sugata😍. Sake made with Hokkaido's Ginpu rice! I drank this after Haginodoro, so I'm just going to give my impression from there, The aroma is very subtle. After a drink on the way home from Hamasta, I smelled a losing game, so I had dinner early! I hadn't had any sake from Shiga, so I ordered Haginoro-Doru ✨ with chilled tomato oden with a nice broth! I thought the alcohol was strong, but it was 18%, and Seibu's Imai was strong too. I heard he ended up losing the game with two hits 🤣. In case you are wondering, it has a strong fizzy feeling, and while it has a solid flavor, it has a nice sharpness to it! This sharpness is refreshing and I enjoyed the aji as well ✨.

The other day I drank "Wakamusume" which was delicious! I looked around for where I could buy it and found it at Komiyama Nakajiro Shoten in Totsuka 😁. There were Ruri Karakusa and Moeki, so I chose Moeki, which I had never had before! I started seeing Moeki at Sakegawa, so I guess it's an early summer sake ✨Tropical Bun Bun Bun was also available 🤩. The aroma is not strong but apple-like! Chilli fizziness, mellow sweetness spreading juicy and spreading through the mouth, but the alcohol is also 15.5 degrees and leaves the nose. The aftertaste is bitter and keeps the sweetness at bay nicely. Second day, the sweetness is juicier and feels less gassy😅.

I went to Koyama Shoten in the Holy Land to buy a gift, but the label caught my eye because I wanted to drink a brand I had not yet had for myself. I heard that Omachi 48 is the flagship, but I haven't had it yet, so I can't compare the two 😁. When I opened the cork, I heard a popping sound and the aroma was mild and not strong with the bubbles of the raw sake. As the label on the back of Ni-Rabbit says, "Only those who chase two rabbits will catch two rabbits." To put it bluntly, this sake is a perfect balance of the two extremes: the juicy sweet flavor of Omachi and the refreshing sharpness.
