I used to study with sake in my hand 😁I just get sleepy when I don't feel like doing anything 🤣I'm going to spend my mornings and evenings at McDonald's (McD in Kansai 😅). Well, I've written about whatever came to mind, but this time I'm going to visit Mr. Takasago from the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery of Jikin 😍. It has a banana🍌-like aroma with a hint of gas. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a refreshing umami and a citrus-like acidity that is gradually felt. It is a refreshing sake with no bitterness. The nose also has hints of banana and melon. On the third day, the gas disappears and the sweetness becomes stronger, and it is easy to drink with a clear sweet flavor and refreshing acidity 😁. I think the price is calm among junmai daiginjos and it was delicious, but I don't think I will repeat it because there are many cheap and good sake 🤔.

The last of the cedar balls is also the first Niseko 🥰 here. I couldn't smell the aroma. It has a beautiful mouthfeel and is easier to drink with a stronger and clearer umami than the Sugitama I just drank. It has a slight spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is delicious ✨. I had it with a special tuna bonito with condiments and seared ankimo ponzu 😁.

The second drink at Sugitama is a cedar ball with the name of the restaurant Fittingly, the cedar ball is a cruel octopus sausage! And the adults-only potato salad✨! I looked at various kinds of chrysanthemums and got an origami of the Denshikiku that I felt was well-received ✨This is the 6th kind of Chrysanthemum this year. First, let's start with the supernatant! The aroma is mild but sweet and fruity, with a nice gasiness. The aftertaste is a bit peculiar, what is it? It has a lingering umami taste 🤔. I will mix the orikiri and enjoy ✨. The sweetness turns into juicy sweetness and umami, the acidity settles down and naturally tightens up as it is. The aftertaste is no longer bothersome, and the bitterness that I thought was characteristic of Kiku is felt this time. I didn't feel the bitterness that I thought was a characteristic of Kiku this time 😊. Today was a cold and rainy day, so I had a bowl of grilled sardine chicken shiroyu shio ramen on the way to work. I'm looking forward to the stove league✨ Well, the sake is sold at 40 Maibasuketto stores in Kanagawa and some Aeon stores in Tokyo and Kannai area, and the sake is made by Izumihashi Sake Brewery. It is a Junmai Ginjo made from Yamadanishiki grown in Kanagawa Prefecture😍. The aroma is clean and fruity, with a banana🍌 aroma 🍌...clean mouthfeel, with a clean sweet umami taste, followed by a gentle acidity that comes on slowly. It has a slightly classical feel, but it has a clean aftertaste, so I guess this project is good as a food sake 🥰. The price is high, so a collaboration product like this is a good way to commemorate the occasion! BayStars sake has been sold frequently for a long time, so I would like to drink it if it is released again👍.

I was interested in Nagatorogura after reading your review, but I couldn't find it near me and thought I would have to go to Chichibu. I thought it might be a blend of Arabashiri and Blame, but I didn't find it to be too heavy 🤔. It smells like apples. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads out but is not heavy, and the acidity is just right. The aftertaste is short and refreshing. It was a sweet but refreshing and easy to drink sake 😊. The photo was taken at a yakiniku restaurant in Musashi-shinjo, which turned out to be a beer festival since there was no sake available. The price was honestly expensive but it was delicious 🥰.

Kagura-san is the place to go for a drink in October! This time, instead of the all-you-can-drink standing drink, we decided to sit on chairs and order rare sake at our seats 😊. We got it from Asahitaka, a sake distributed in Yamagata Prefecture by the Takagi Brewery of Jyushiyo 😃. The aroma was faint but I couldn't tell. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a clean sweet flavor and just a hint of alcohol. The acidity is also very slight, so it is very easy to drink and has a beautiful umami flavor. The rare sake menu is also attached. There was also a 90ml rare sake of Jyushiyo for 27500 yen 🤔 I wonder what kind of people will drink it 🤔.

Well, our Jay & Nobby's post made me buy Nanamizu to drink before the end of the year, and I found Happi Panda 🤣🤣 I heard it is dusty to see a panda, but this illustration didn't heal the CS loss with dusty 🤣. The aroma is mild and fruity ✨I can feel the chilli gas and the juicy sweetness that is typical of Omachi with some weight. The acidity comes through and the lingering taste is slightly bitter, not too sweet because of the gas, and a bit sharp. I've had many different kinds of Yumachi, and I used to think that I could never go wrong with Yumachi, but lately I'm starting to feel that the sweetness of Yumachi is a little heavy 😅. The third day It has rounded out and become sweet and sour, which makes it very easy to drink and very tasty 😍. I'd like to try other Nanamizu with good balance 🥰 Tochigi Ai 🥰.
