The aroma is moderate, with a creamy aroma.
The taste is also light and dry with a beautiful rice flavor without any unnecessary amino acid clutter.
It goes perfectly with sushi.

This is Niseko, which I was curious about.
The partner dish is "Hokkaido Ezo Deer Stewed with Spices". I was curious about this one too.
Both are delicious!
The sake gives the impression of being neither modern nor classic.
It was an easy-drinking sake that went well with the dishes~.
The third drink of the day. Probably my first sake from Hokkaido. It is said to be made from Hokkaido rice called "Ginpu". I wonder if the rice flavor lingers. I don't know, but 💦 it's an evolution of the traditional sake, with a dry, yet robust taste that lingers in the mouth.
While the Purple had a clean taste at the beginning and umami afterwards, this one had the sweetness and umami of the rice first, with a clean aftertaste!
It went well with oden!
The raw version is only available now, and it has a light nigori (slight bitterness) flavor with a slightly spicy and bitter acidity, which you can drink while feeling refreshed.

A gift from my nephew in Hokkaido.
The aroma is almost imperceptible. It is a slightly dry sake with a clean and crisp taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
