Purchased at Dotka's Aomori and Iwate store with only a few bottles left!
As the tag says, it tastes refreshing when drunk chilled. I think it would go well with a meal.
I tried heating it up to human body temperature and found it to be a little harsh.
It's getting warmer, so let's drink it cold!
The wine has a strong richness with a thick sediment, but by the time you finish it, the lingering aftertaste naturally recedes and is not persistent.
It reminded me of the amazake I drank as a child.
It has been a while since I have had a Momokawa wine yeast-brewed ginjo-junmai sake.
The Snow Fantasy I just had the other day was so good that I lost the feeling I had the last time I drank it.
However, there is no doubt that it is a delicious sake.
I opened it and let it sit for a day before having it.
Slightly "masculine" sake 🍶.
I think it is recommended to drink with a cup.

After another day of drinking, the peculiarity is gone and it tastes a little more like a beautiful sake. Personally, I think I prefer this one.
