I really like the fruity but not too sweet aroma! It has a sour taste with a rice flavor, but you can drink it easily. I got it as a souvenir from Aomori.
Place of purchase】Ogikubo Town Seven
Edamame (green soybeans)
Since the date of production is December 2012, it seems to be leftover from the Aomori Fair held long ago.
It has 17% alcohol by volume, so it comes with a punch, but it does not have a sharp taste, so it is easy to drink for an undiluted sake, and it is even better when the temperature rises. I think it goes better with strong snacks.

At Nanbu Moguri in Hachinohe, Japan.
It smells like a sake brewery.
Sweet and sour like green plum wine.
A refreshing taste.
The alcohol taste is a bit strong and lingers on the tongue.
The strength that lingers afterwards.
It is said to be "umakuchi" but I felt it was crisp and dry. It is a sake that has a delicious sake taste and goes well with Japanese food, and I like its aroma and the way it goes down my throat.
