The lactobacillus is rich in flavor just as it looks. The dried daikon radish, which is boiled down while watching YouTube, tastes amazingly delicious. The round sweetness of kiriboshi daikon paired perfectly with the mild acidity of this nigori. The nigori and kiriboshi daikon complement each other very well. It's like a sakaya with a glass of sake while sipping on a small sip of sake.

We were attracted by the fact that it was made with wine yeast, and also that it has a Sake strength of minus 23, which is perfect for wine lovers like us. We thought it would be perfect for us wine lovers.
It smells like wine, tastes like white wine with acidity and elegant sweetness, and has a slight bitterness. It has a very slight bitterness.
I picked up Momogawa again by chance, but without any preconceptions, I picked it up intuitively and found it to be Momogawa again, just like the other day.

I bought this sake because it has a sake degree of minus 6.
When I opened the bottle, there was no aroma, so I wondered what it would be like. I drank only a small amount of the supernatant at the first sip.
It was clear, but had a rich and mellow sweetness from the rice.
The alcohol content was 15%, but I felt it was stronger than that.
In the second glass, I shook it well and mixed the lees well.
The texture was thick like drinking yogurt.
The flavor was even richer and fuller.
It was a very "Torouma" taste.

I tasted several kinds of Momokawa at the Aomori Fair held at Town Seven and bought "Junmai Shinshu Hatsushibori" (Junmai new sake). I was told that they also offer sake brewery tours, which I would love to do.
I chilled it lightly and opened the bottle immediately. The water used seems to be good, and the clear mouthfeel is pleasant, followed by a refined dryness and sharpness. I think it is the best sake for a mealtime drink. The taste is excellent for the price.
