A little sweet and a little refreshing. It goes well with anything.
No quirks.
If you like a strong flavor, it may not be enough for you.
Less than 1000 yen for a bottle of 720. I envy people in Aomori prefecture who can drink this sake everyday.

Full-bodied aroma, good maturity
The flavor of the rice has a good sense of maturity, and the mouthfeel is mild.
#Japanese Sake
Tasted chilled. Thin texture at first with strong watermelon and cantelope flavor that moves into brown sugar and a bit of cotton candy. Finish is full and sweet. I think it will relax and expand a bit with time open.
Drinking at home, haven't had it yet.
(Purchased this sake to drink sake from the prefecture (not recorded here)
Solid but soft on the palate
Soft on the palate
A little high in alcohol content
I can't help but drink too much of it.
Perfect for this season
Perfect at room temperature
Sake brewed with Aomori rice "Bolt from Aoten no Bolt" using Aomori Mahoroba Gin yeast and Association 901 yeast. It is said to be a sake. To be honest, I bought the packet, but it is mellower on the palate than the image on the packet suggests. It is clear and refreshing, but has a long aftertaste with a moderate bitterness that lingers forever.
