I was interested in Nagatorogura after reading your review, but I couldn't find it near me and thought I would have to go to Chichibu. I thought it might be a blend of Arabashiri and Blame, but I didn't find it to be too heavy 🤔. It smells like apples. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads out but is not heavy, and the acidity is just right. The aftertaste is short and refreshing. It was a sweet but refreshing and easy to drink sake 😊. The photo was taken at a yakiniku restaurant in Musashi-shinjo, which turned out to be a beer festival since there was no sake available. The price was honestly expensive but it was delicious 🥰.
