We ended the meal at NATURA with a Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki 😆. It has a green apple-like aroma and a beautiful mouthfeel. The gradation of clear sweetness, light acidity from the rice flavor, and refreshing bitterness (I imitated it 😋) is irresistible. It was still a well-balanced and delicious sake😍.

Musashi-Kosugi is known for its natura! There are a variety of restaurants, but I happened to find this Japanese restaurant on my way to the first one, and it seemed to have a good selection of sake, so I stopped by for the after-party 🍶. The restaurant is very calm and relaxing, and I ordered a Banshu Aizan from Collage, which was not in season, but they said they could prepare it for me because they were finished with the other saikyo-yaki. The aroma is fruity and gentle on the palate, with a hint of melon. The aroma is like melon. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and sharpness. It finishes with a touch of bitterness 😆. The aroma and sharpness of this sake are impressive 😍.

Sushi Planet's second drink is named as it is, Umi Fudo seafood 😆. We ordered our sushi individually and the seared salmon was huge and very satisfying👍 The sake was originally made for oysters, a specialty of the area where the brewery is located! I couldn't really smell the aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing. It is a refreshing sake with a lemon-like sourness overall due to the use of white malted rice 🍶. It was a light and easy to drink sake ✨.

I decided to have dinner at a sushi bar and ordered this one that caught my eye, it seems to be an original from Shibata Shoten, a liquor store in Nakano 🤔. I decided to finish off the sushi and started with the grilled clams and yellowtail kama ✨. The aroma is citrusy. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a refreshing flavor that slowly gives way to sourness. The fruity banana-like notes can also be felt. Overall, it was a refreshing sake, but also a food sake with depth 😋.

This is the second time I've had rainfall since I had malic acid dry. The last time I had it, I thought it was fruity and tasty 😁I was challenged by HinaHanaMama's post about seeking a challenger 🤣 and since it's a local Kanagawa sake, I gave it a try 😉. The aroma is lactic acidic? It has a refreshing mouthfeel. It has a unique peculiarity. The dry acidity rises from the umami and finishes with bitterness. I don't know why, but I had a bad memory of drinking Kumazasa shochu a long time ago, but it reminded me of drinking Kumazasa shochu only once in the past 😅I'm probably wrong, so I'm delusional, but it seems like bamboo grass 🤔. I remember that it was cloudy and I didn't mix it 😭When I mixed it, the smell was greenish, and the sourness that came up from the fresh sweetness was still peculiar, and once I thought of kumazasa, I couldn't get it out of my mind 😓. It's a refreshing sake and summery, but I couldn't describe it well 😅. Challenger wanted 🤣.

Today I was invited to watch the game from a balcony seat at the Tokyo Dome 😁In the beginning it looked like it was going to be another baseball game, but we turned the tables on our natural enemy and won the game 😭. I would have loved to drink the victory wine outside, but I have to work tomorrow, so I had it at home ✨. I had a delicious Sogapère Ephis before, so I thought Beau Michelle should be good too 🙂 and bought it 🙂! I decided to buy it 😋 It's a noble sake and it says it will be made in 2021. I was not sure what the aroma was at first, but on the third day I got a sense of ripe peach aroma 🤔. On the first day, it has a mild mouthfeel, fruity sweetness like a dense dried grape with a hint of sourness! The aftertaste is also delicious and naturally disappears, but the sweetness remained 😀 The color is amber. Third day When we drank the previous Sesshiko-zan sweet sake, the master described it as "sweet and sweet", and maybe "sweet and sweet" is the right word for this one. I would like to soak in the lingering sweetness after the meal like dessert wine 😆.

Today I went to Yokohama Stadium to watch a baseball game! The result. Bauer has been starting a lot of games this year, and his game winning percentage is 😭 Well, he can't hit, and he keeps making mistakes, so it's frustrating 😤. The sake we drank was Omachi Selling Girl♪ It is a sake that is released when there is a good crop of Omachi and it was not released last year. I couldn't detect any aroma. The mouthfeel is light and soft. It has a beautiful juicy sweet umami flavor, and the acidity slowly rushes in to finish it off. I think I can taste the bitterness at the end 🤔. I drank it after Murayu, so it changed from dense sweetness to juicy sweetness and I felt powerful 🫣. Well, after drinking it, I feel refreshed and let's go to bed early tonight 😪.

Dined at Manchinro in Chinatown for a memorial service, delicious from the appetizer 😍. Well, the Micro Bubble of Tasake I was looking for was also available at the second liquor store and I was finally able to drink it ✨. As Jay & Nobby told us, it is highly carbonated! I don't think I've ever had such a strong carbonation 🤔. I wasn't sure about the aroma at first, but it's fruity and full of rice. Mouthfeel, strong carbonation! The sweet flavor is scrumptious, slightly citrusy and acidic, the carbonation is clear and easy to drink through the nose, very easy to drink, I finished it in no time👍. After the carbonation was gone, it was sharp and had a bitter taste.

I was relieved to find the Sairai Honjozo and it was gone 😅I saw this sake was available and popped it online 😆. This is my second time to drink Sairai but my first impression was good so I had high expectations 🫣. I was expecting it to have a fruity aroma like muscat? It has a fruity aroma like muscat. The gas has a soft mouthfeel and a slight shrieking sensation. Juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity with a long finish. The sweetness is stronger than I expected 🤔 Maybe it's because I just received the bottle and opened it so it was only slightly chilled. The second day is also very juicy. The gas was the same, just a lingering bitterness. This will tighten it up👍.

I was told that the sake at Hidakaya is by Bunraku, so I went undercover at Hidakaya 😆. I was originally interested in Sairai's Honjozo, but first I went to Hidakaya where I could drink it right away 😁. We will have stir-fried vegetables and dumplings as snacks 🤤. I don't recognize the aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel, a moderate umami, and a refreshing acidity that is still easy to drink👍. The sweet and umami taste spreads when you drink it with strong seasonings! It is delicious because you can feel the sweetness. This is a good sake for 370 yen 😍. I could choose to drink it at room temperature or warmed up, so I guess it would be sweeter and tastier when heated ✨.

I was looking for a microbubbly of Tasake and found this Nebuta label🍶 Aomori Prefecture version outside of Aomori. I was curious about this one too so I bought it ✨. Now I'll have some 😋It has a crisp apple aroma 😋The mouthfeel is soft, with a moderate sweetness and a fruity umami to sharpness this time with a strong dry aftertaste. It's a summer sake, so it's refreshing ✨. On the second day, it has a sweetness. The juicy sweetness gives it a stronger attack. This was the sharpest rice wine I have ever had 😊.

I was curious about this sake, Ine Mangaka Nama Nigori (raw nigori). I was interested in this sake because of my longing to visit the town of Ine in Kyoto, Japan, and the unique color of this sake made from this ancient rice (purple-black rice) and white rice produced in Kyoto🍶. I've tried it and it's so delicious😍The price is a little out of my price range of 3300 yen for a four-pack, but I'm sure I'll be back ✨. The aroma is like sweet and sour yogurt, The aroma is like sweet and sour yogurt, and I drank only the supernatant, but it is sweet and sour and delicious. I took a rest day yesterday so a little more 😁. I found Kawanakajima Fuwarin by chance 😍. The reviews all say it looks delicious😍! I had to try it and bought it ✨ The gas was strong when I opened the bottle, so I opened and closed the bottle repeatedly for about 5 minutes👍 It smells sweet and cooked rice. It's light with a strong effervescence, but the sweetness is juicy and balanced by the effervescence ✨. The gas is said to remain for more than 10 days, so on the fourth day, the gas has weakened, but the juicy sweetness is still noticeable and a little bitter 😊. It was quite easy to drink and delicious 😋.

I wanted to try Kawanakajima Genmai, so I searched around and found this bottle😍 only it was made in June 2024, which means it has been aged for a year. It has a sweet apple-like aroma, a beautiful mouthfeel, a very dense juicy sweetness, and then? Bitterness? A bit peculiar and bitter, then a refreshing acidity 😅. A little bitter 🤣. I had it after 4 days and the bitterness faded and it was too dense, juicy, sweet and refreshingly tart 😍. I'd like to compare some of the other Genmai's ✨.

The last drink at Kunizakeya is of course this one! Satsushu Masamune I couldn't really smell the aroma. It has a full-bodied, rich flavor. The aftertaste was clean. Nice Masamune👍 I was a bit carried away 😉. The master told me that June 25th is the anniversary of the restaurant and they have prepared sake from all over Japan, but normally they prepare shochu for Miyazaki and Kagoshima and awamori for Okinawa 😋.

After reading Hiro's review yesterday, I couldn't stay away and went to Tsukiji after work 😁. But the problem is that Hiro-san drank Reimei on June 28th, more than 2 weeks ago, so I wondered if it was still available? Now I think I should have called and checked before I went, but my feet moved before my head 😅. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw the word Reimei on the menu 😍I ordered it from the gentlemanly master, who told me it was the last one and it might not be 60ml, but I said that was fine and I had it ✨. Sushi restaurant, the second one is Aizan in Nabeshima✨. I couldn't detect the aroma, but the subtle gasiness, light sweetness to emphasized acidity, and sweet and sour accents made for a very impressive and delicious sake! The uncluttered flavor unique to daiginjo made me finish the whole cup in no time 😍. The photo is of the whale sashimi, which was so rich it was like meat ✨And the hamo and ume plum chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
