This is the seventh and last eight drinks at Kagura, a standing bar. I found out about Hanzo from ma-ki-'s post 😁 Finally got to meet him 😍. The aroma is mild. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, clear 😍 It has a rich sweet-umami flavor. Wanted to drink it before I got drunk 🤣. The third photo is of Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Akiagari, I didn't even leave a note 😅. I was attracted by the all-you-can-drink offer and unpopularly made a mistake in pacing again, so I'll learn a little more next time 🤔. I must have been drunk on the way home 😅I suddenly remembered Jive's post about red canned meat, so I bought some minced meat and red canned meat and went home and made a keema curry using cumin and red canned meat 🤣. The rice came from a bolt from Aomori that I got as a gift at a dancyu party the other day and I was proud of myself for adding garam masala if the curry wasn't spicy enough 🤣🤣.

Standing drinking kagura 6 cups We had a glass of Jikin, so we wanted to try something else 😃 Yonemitsu Yamadaho, a founding brand of Houou Mita. I was taking notes 🤣 but the notes themselves were drunken notes so I'll just give bits and pieces😅. The aroma is mild. The taste is complex, from the beautiful mouthfeel to the gentle sweetness to the acidity, with a nice sharpness 😃. The third photo was a set of sushi and soba. I mentioned that it was all-you-can-drink for 1980 yen, but the breakdown is actually 1980 yen because 1430 yen is all-you-can-drink and 550 yen you have to buy a golden ticket for the meal. Some people who are used to drinking only now left, but I paid the difference of 440 yen for the 990 yen sushi set and spent 2420 yen at this restaurant ✨but I drank 8 glasses of sake, so I think it is a good deal ✨.

Kagura-san's 5th cup was Senbon Nishiki! I've had the fire-brewed version, but this is my first time drinking it raw 😆. The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is clean, and it has a dense sweetness! It's totally different from the hi-ire 🤔I feel a bit of bitterness at the end and the acidity is passing through the nose. The fourth drink at Kagura's standing bar I couldn't detect the aroma. The sweetness is the strongest of all the sake I drank today, and it's Omachi! If you are looking for sweetness, Omachi is the way to go! That's what I felt.

The third drink at Kagura, a standing bar, is tokusujun! I didn't notice much aroma. It has a beautiful clear mouthfeel😊I can feel a slight gas on the tip of my tongue. It has a sweet and umami taste, but I think the umami taste is stronger 🤔I can feel the sourness lingering in the aftertaste. The difference between this and Junmai Ginjo is that the aroma and umami are fuller. The 4th picture is the space of Sushi Restaurant Kagura😊The sake there is not available for standing drinking. Lots of Jyushidai 😍.

The second drink at Kagura, a standing bar, was Yamadanishiki! The bar opened at 11:00, but when I arrived 5 minutes before, there were 8 people in line 🤣The space for standing drinking was about 1/10th of the area of the restaurant (as I saw it 🤣)😅As I asked one of the regulars, he said that the number of customers today was still a bit generous 😅It was true that the first group entered and then there were few followers. The aroma was milder than Asahi, beautiful but not as clear as Asahi. However, it has a strong sweet flavor, and you can feel a slight gas on the tip of the tongue. The acidity was also very strong. The strength of the Asahi's aroma and the clarity of its flavor were highlighted by drinking this wine 👍. I'm not sure what kind of sake is available at Sake-no-wa, but I'm attaching the sake menu for standing drinkers 😊.

Today is Sake Day, and I happened to have the day off to enjoy sake from noon 🥰. ‼️ offers unlimited Sake for unlimited time for 1980 yen 😆This time it's a fair and they have 5 bottles of Jizukin today, so you can refill as many as you want until the bottle is gone! And since it's self-serve, you pour the amount you want to drink yourself🤣. This restaurant is a combination of a standing bar and a sushi bar, so there is no customer service for standing customers, but once you get used to it, you can still enjoy pure sake. I started with the Asahi ✨ It has a green apple aroma, the strongest aroma I've ever had compared to other Jikkomai 😃No gas, clean and clear as a feature! Really refreshing and mouthfeel 😍Sweet and juicy! It has a sweetness like apple 🍎. The acidity comes through slowly without any cloying taste and the aftertaste finishes slowly and cleanly ✨.

The second set sold by Masaruyasan is Sake Mirai by Glorious Chien 😍 such a good set of sake: ⁉️ I was a bit gutted when I saw this 💪. I had considered buying this sake when it first came out but had to pass on it due to inventory reasons, but I never thought I'd find it here 🥰. Speaking of Gluttonous Chien, I bought some sashimi at the supermarket to drink, and then it was time to open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is fruity and full of rice. The mouthfeel is clean, with a hint of banana 🍌. The elegant and gentle sweetness and umami lasts for a while. The acidity is refreshing and finishes with a slightly dry aftertaste ✨. I saw on the website that it is recommended for white fish, so I had it with sashimi sea bream and, although not listed, flatfish sashimi, and the synergistic effect increased the umami and made it delicious 😊. I tried Hiro's instant flavor change of three turns and three minutes, and the acidity became stronger and more sharp, and the mature sake became more powerful 😁. I also tried it at room temperature and it was just as sour and zingy as the instant one👍 On the fourth day, the sweet and umami taste became quite strong and full, and the acidity became a little sour in front of the throat, but it was still slightly dry and refreshing at the end. One drop is all you need👍

This is the last one at Sashimi no Totteri 😊. It was finally there! Sparklers and back sparklers😍 I asked the waiter for two to compare 😍. I don't have a detailed memory, but it tastes just like I saw in your review👍. The sparkler was characterized by sourness and the back sparkler was impressive sweetness 🍶. Continued at Sashimi no Totteri We talked about having rock oysters, so we ordered this one 😍. It is a sake that took 3 years to perfect to go with oysters 🍶. I don't remember the aroma, but I don't remember feeling it much 😅It's a sweet and sour sake that is delicious on its own, but when paired with oysters, it enhances the flavor of the oysters 😊. It has a full aroma with a fruity sourness. The aroma is apple? The aroma is sweet and juicy with a hint of acidity, and the lingering aftertaste is a bit of bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat. The lingering aftertaste is a little bit bitter. If you let it sit for a couple of hours, the pineapple flavor will increase. It is easy to drink like a juice and I finished it in one day👍.

It was my birthday last month, so I bought a Viridian 🥰 from the liquor store's birthday raffle. It was Shinmasa that got me interested in sake for the first time and Tasake that got me hooked 😊I wasn't sure if I should go with this Viridian for the Kiri number, but I went with Nishida Sake Brewery's sake and this one was just normal ✨. It has a light, pear-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a subtle chirichiri-ness, which lightly changes with a fresh, citrusy, delicious sourness. The lingering aftertaste has a woody aroma. It was nice to be able to taste the woody aroma after drinking a wooden vat for the first time 🥰. On the second day, I feel sourness, but I also feel good umami, and the umami sourness is delicious. ‼️ The aftertaste is also sweet and sour and permeates for a long time. I was disappointed not to win the lottery this time because the highlight was the Jyushiyo EXTRA, but the Viridian was good enough too 🍶.

I bought it because it is the brand name of Nishida Sake Brewery of Tasake 😁Zenchidori (Utou) was established as the bird of Aomori City 🐦‍⬛ and is a seabird of about 30 cm in height. The "Hyakushikan" is found at Nishida Sake Brewery and is called "Hanamoi". The name "Hyakushika" is derived from the fact that the name of the strain before the rice was named was "Aokei Sake No. 140" (Blue Sake No. 140). Nishida Shuzo uses the name Hyakushikan 😃. Bon appétit ✨ The aroma is like grape🍇, but with a fuller flavor. No gas. The mouthfeel is beautiful, with a touch of translucent sweetness, and there is a strong sweet juiciness to it. The nose has a fruity aroma like green apples. After that comes a feeling of alcoholiness, which is a bit like a massage 🤔At first, to be honest, I didn't feel that it was similar to Tazake. Third day The sweetness has increased and it feels clearer, but the sugar content has increased. This is the second drink of the dancyu party. The third photo shows the rock salt part-wrapped grilled sea bream with caviar and Vin Jaune sauce using Kubota's Senju, and the fourth photo shows the special baked miso foie gras mousse using Manju, made by the chef at New Otani. Yup! The flavors didn't come in because I was too drunk 🤣. Now, the Senju Junmai Ginjo. At first I wasn't sure about the top notes, but when I put it in my mouth, the banana overtone aroma spread softly! The mouthfeel is clean, with a moderate sweetness, umami, and a crisp acidity to finish it off👍. I was able to interact with people at the same table through mutual followings on the food log, but there were no sake-no-wa users, so I had to advertise 🍶.

I signed up for dancyu's foodie club party as a trial and won ✨I went to Hotel New Otani to combine my food log and saké no wa activities 😁. I was looking forward to seeing what we could eat and drink because I didn't know what we could eat and drink beforehand 😍. There was a Kubota booth so I had a drink 🍶. It's a plastic cup about the size of a boar's mouth, so it's hard to review the amount of sake, but I'll give it a try! It has a gorgeous fruity aroma! Beautiful mouthfeel, I didn't feel any gas! It had a great balance of a beautiful sweetness and a clean acidity to finish it off👍. I have a stupid tongue so I wish I had a little more 👍 The toast at the party was the fourth photo of the sparkling Kubota... 9.19 Postscript I received a bottle of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo Sandesi as a souvenir from the party.

The last one from Sake Cost Sake Brewery is "Misaki" from Asahara Sake Brewery, which I couldn't find on the internet, so I guess it's PB from Sake Cost Sake Brewery 🤔. According to the explanation of the staff, it was made for women, and in the ranking of names at the time of its creation, Misaki was the most common name given to girls in the year 🤣. The label says it has a sake level of -52, but the card they handed out says -49. It has a sweet aroma like peaches and a rich sweetness. I don't feel any acid bitterness and then I feel a tiny bit of acidity in the aftertaste. It's sweet like natural peach water 🤣🤣 juice. w Here is a picture of the cheese platter to go with the sake.
