The other day I drank "Wakamusume" which was delicious! I looked around for where I could buy it and found it at Komiyama Nakajiro Shoten in Totsuka 😁. There were Ruri Karakusa and Moeki, so I chose Moeki, which I had never had before! I started seeing Moeki at Sakegawa, so I guess it's an early summer sake ✨Tropical Bun Bun Bun was also available 🤩. The aroma is not strong but apple-like! Chilli fizziness, mellow sweetness spreading juicy and spreading through the mouth, but the alcohol is also 15.5 degrees and leaves the nose. The aftertaste is bitter and keeps the sweetness at bay nicely. Second day, the sweetness is juicier and feels less gassy😅.

I went to Koyama Shoten in the Holy Land to buy a gift, but the label caught my eye because I wanted to drink a brand I had not yet had for myself. I heard that Omachi 48 is the flagship, but I haven't had it yet, so I can't compare the two 😁. When I opened the cork, I heard a popping sound and the aroma was mild and not strong with the bubbles of the raw sake. As the label on the back of Ni-Rabbit says, "Only those who chase two rabbits will catch two rabbits." To put it bluntly, this sake is a perfect balance of the two extremes: the juicy sweet flavor of Omachi and the refreshing sharpness.

I stopped in Ueda on my way home from a one-day trip to Zenkoji Temple✨. We stopped at Shinshu Kamerei in Ueda to buy a bottle of their Junmai Ginjo, Yamae Nishiki, which is limited to the brewery. The Yamae Nishiki is not limited to the brewery, but I wasn't sure about the limited edition label, but each of us was able to purchase a bottle 😊. Yamae-Nishiki is a sake brewing rice from Nagano, Japan. The aroma was subtle right after opening the bottle, but by the second day it had a fruity apple-like aroma😃. The mouthfeel was a bit mellow after drinking Tasake, but the full sweetness and umami spread out and it was very juicy! Then I got a sharp acidity and it was really good 😍. I found only one distributor in the neighborhood, but if I go to Ueda area again, I would like to stop by and buy this brand again 😊.

I started Sake no Wa in January of this year and this is my 100th check-in! Before that, I drank sake without even thinking about it and never paid attention to the brand name, so of course I couldn't remember what I drank 😅I remember by recording it, so I enjoy drinking sake a lot more ✨. Well, this time I went to a new liquor store and met Tasake, I was going to buy another brand, but I had my eyes on it, so I had no choice 😁. The aroma is mild, with a hint of rice aroma. I bumped into Nabeshima 😍they were selling my favorite Omachi, so I bought it immediately ✨. I made a mistake in opening the bottle, I opened it because I was missing something after enjoying the acidity of summer sake, but the impression of the first bottle was completely strong and somewhat unsatisfactory😅. The third day after opening the bottle I got myself back on track! The aroma was fruity but mild, with a hint of plump rice. In the mouth, there was a slight tangy gas, a beautiful sweetness, and a full umami flavor. The acidity was mild and I enjoyed the beautiful sweetness and umami ✨.

The second drink at Morotsuyoshi's was Wakamusume! This is another brand I've never had before. Ruri Karakusa is the Japanese name for Nemophila 😆. It has a fresh aroma like a gorgeous green apple, a fizzy gas, and a beautiful sweetness on the palate with a silky, slightly nigorigo taste. The taste is very nice, with a sharp acidity 😍. I'm getting drunk so this is all for the record 😁.

I found out about Jiran from Sake no Wa, and when I found it, I bought it. Nikomaru is a brand of edible rice, Nikomaru produced in Hirado, Nagasaki. The aroma was subdued, with a fruity apple-like flavor and a fluffy rice-like aroma. There is a light sweetness and deliciousness like pears. The acidity is mild, but the sweetness is not strong, giving it a clean finish. On the second day, the sweetness felt like melon, and those who want sweetness should taste it on the second day 😄.

I learned about it at Sake no Wa and now there are a lot of Colorful Kabuto-bushi (Japanese beetles) in the area, so I got on board too 😁. I was wondering where I could buy it, but I just happened to drop by Kimishimaya in Ebisu. It has a lime-like aroma, a gasiness in the mouth, a crisp flavor and a citrusy, plump acidity, and a refreshing summer sake with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste 🤩. On the second day, it got a little sweetness, and the full acidity was easy to drink while feeling it. It was good✨

I caught the cicadas first since you told me you recommended them in the summer wine series 😁. I had to stop by the liquor store in Yokohama Chinatown after I went to eat Chinese food for the food log story ✨. The aroma is gorgeous, and personally, it smells like melon soda. In the mouth, it has a light sweetness to a firm sourness that gives it a sweet and sour taste with a clean aftertaste. Great for quenching your thirst on a hot day 😄. On the second day, the sweetness increases and it is also delicious with a good flavor 😁.

Purchased at the Miyazaki Antenna Shop in Shinjuku There were about three different brands, but I bought this one from Sandesi to try first! There were various kinds of char-grilled jidori chicken to go with the sake, so I had it as a snack. The aroma was mild, and I first felt a clean sweetness, followed by a full flavor and a gentle acidity. The aftertaste is somewhat sweet with a hint of chestnut. It is very easy to drink, and I think it goes well with charcoal-grilled Jidori chicken.

This is my first time to try Toyo Bijin. I saw this one at Sake-no-Wa as well as Twilight Orange and thought I'd like to try it someday, so I found it at Yajima Sake Shop and popped it in with the others 😁. I drank the Dusk Orange in one day and was still in the mood for more, but my first impression of this one was fresh green apples! The aroma was sweet and fresh like green apples, and the taste was easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness and light umami 😍The acidity was also refreshing and a little dry.

I've been reading all the great reviews on Sake-no-Wa, so I had to try this one for summer sake! So I went online and popped it in 😁. The color is slightly yellowish and the aroma is citrusy. The color is slightly yellow and the aroma is citrusy. The lingering aftertaste has a hint of bitterness, making it a citrusy sake with just the right aftertaste. It is a sake that was hard to find, and I am glad I had the chance to try it.

A bottle of Tasake that I bought at Masaruya, which I visited during GW, because there was only one bottle in the fridge. I don't know the difference because I don't drink much Yamahai brewed sake to begin with, but I'll try it. The aroma is fruity, like pineapple. The mouthfeel is clean, with a beautiful sweetness and a light umami flavor. It has a refreshingly tasty flavor with a clean acidity that lingers in the aftertaste. As one would expect from a rice wine, it was easy to drink and still delicious ✨.

Yesterday, I went to Yokohama Stadium to watch the BayStars win a game and listen to Tatsuya Ishii's mini live performance of Romantic Flight at the post-game event, and went home with a good feeling! On the way home, I went to Kushikatsu Tanaka and ordered some Japanese sake to drink while soaking up the afterglow of the game. It is a very dry sake with a clear and crispy taste, and it was a perfect complement to the fatty taste of the kushikatsu. It's dry but easy to drink and delicious ✨.

Sake purchased at TDM1874Brewery in GW! Eikoufuji was purchased for the first time for drinking at home! The label is cool! It is made from Hokkaido's "Comet" rice suitable for sake brewing. The top aroma is like green apples. The mouthfeel is fresh and the gas is piquant. Refreshing sweetness spreads out, followed by a wave of refreshing acidity. The aftertaste was refreshing and fresh with a touch of bitterness. Delicious 😆.

Kraft saké with hops from my favorite instrument Masamune, I haven't had hops in it since rice and agave, but I'm very excited to see how it will turn out with instrument Masamune! I can't wait to see how it turns out! I couldn't really tell if the aroma was from the hops or not, although there was a hint of a fragrance. The mouthfeel is light and the gas is pitchy. A clean sweetness spreads out (I like this clear sweetness in instrumental Masamune) and ends with a slightly citrusy aftertaste! On the third day, the sweetness feels juicy and melon-like, and I start to notice a bitter aftertaste, perhaps from the hop component. The alcohol was 12 degrees, but it was tasty enough to enjoy ✨.

I have been feeling sick for the past few days, perhaps my body was not able to keep up with GW, so I lost 2 kilograms of weight😅It was a good day off from drinking. So, my first drink on my return was a glass of Sandesi of Heavenly Gift! It has a strong top aroma like banana, and a strong acidity that comes from a light mouthfeel. I visited TDM1874 the other day and found a selection of Yamori brands, so I chose a summer sake-like sake and bought two other interesting sake, one of which I have been seeing a lot lately at Sake no Wa and this one. I had a relaxing lunchtime drink as I have to work for a week starting tomorrow ✨. The aroma is fresh and sweet, like ramune. The mouthfeel is light and you can feel the gas. The sweetness is firm and spreading, the acidity is mild, and the short bitterness at the end makes it refreshing, but I thought the sweetness was a little too sweet for me personally😅. But it's so easy to drink that it was gone within a day😔.

We enjoyed the Echino Katora we received with fried tofu from Tochio, which we also received, and sashimi from the supermarket. It has a sake strength of +13, but due to the softness of the water, the spiciness is not felt as much as it should be. The aroma is not so strong, but the soft mouthfeel gives off a spreading umami flavor, a refreshing acidity, and a deliciously crisp finish. It was a very good food sake.
