I had a year-end party on Monday and Tuesday. I was drinking until I fell asleep 😅I had a day off today, so I should have taken a rest day 🤣. I had been curious about this sake for a while and bought it when it came out. It's a collaboration with SakeBase, a liquor store in Chiba, and is sold only at SakeBase, Isego in Tokyo, and three other stores. I was going to drink only the supernatant first, but when I opened the cork, the gas filled up and mixed without time to mix😅. It has a strong aroma of banana🍌😳It has a deep sweet flavor with a silky feeling and gasiness in the mouth. The aroma is also banana🍌...the acidity is moderate and naturally tightens up. On the second day, in addition to bananas, there are citrus-like aromas. The sweet and silky flavor is still good on the second day 😊. On the third day, the gas is gone and the flavor is more delicious 👍. It was a delicious sake. I would like to buy a repeat if the timing is right 🥰.

The first day of the liquor ban was a hana-yori👍. I'm going to be at a year-end party (drinking party?) 3 days a week this week, next week, and the week after that. I'll be back next week and the week after that. The aroma is sweet and fruity! It has a pineapple 🍍 feel. The mouthfeel is soft and there is a hint of gas. The nose has a hint of pineapple🍍. The light sweetness and umami are full, the acidity is mild, and it finishes with a beautiful sweetness without bitterness. It is a delicious Huayouyaki after all. But I think it was a little heavier than the other types I drank outside 🤔. The second day was just as fruity and delicious 🥰.

I bought a normal Tokujun at yesterday's liquor store tour. I actually found a Yamahai Tokujun at Koyama Shoten but didn't buy it because of my fridge 🤣I ended up buying a normal Tokujun at the second store because they didn't have what I was looking for 😅. I'm looking forward to it since I've never had the normal one and always had the limited edition ones 😊. Green apple 🍏 aroma, clean texture, mild sweetness to umami 😃The acidity is crisp and a little spicy. This is the normal Tokujun🤔It is indeed a food sake. I've had other kinds of sake and the spiciness was especially noticeable. I can't find what I like about Tasake 🤔. I warmed it up to try it out. Warmed to human skin It has a sweet, full aroma, a mild mouthfeel, a light umami, and a crisp acidity. The aftertaste is astringent. The aroma has a hint of green apple. Warmed to lukewarm It becomes more crisp than when warmed to human skin. The umami is soft and fluffy. I tried various ways and in the end, I thought cold sake was the best. Second day The sweetness is beautiful ✨This is what Tasake 😁 is supposed to be like 😍After all, it's better if you let it sit for a day 👍. Sorry for all the trouble with the postings, but this is before my sobriety break 😊I will be inactive until the end of November before the season of health checkups and year-end parties.

The last of 6 drinks at TokyoRiceWine was Kankoumei ✨I was going to leave after drinking Jikkai, but I had one more drink as I kept talking with the regulars 😅. Here's another Kankoume Deer Label that came in today! The aroma has a hint of citrus. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a hint of gas. The sweetness is beautiful and deep ✨It has a beautiful sweetness like the Kameizumi we just drank 🥰It has a clean aftertaste. It was labeled dry, but I don't think it has a dry feel 🤔. It's a sake that even those who don't like dry sake can drink 😊.

I waited too long and didn't intend to drink this much 😅 but my stopper didn't work. I had it with my mouth open ✨. I can smell the full rice aroma and the citrusy aroma. The mouthfeel is a bit tart and the gas is delicately squirted. The sweetness is deep and ricey. Mild acidity and a lingering bitterness. It's delicious and different from the three nigori we drank earlier ✨. Great to drink😊.

The fourth drink was Kameizumi! I knew from sakéwa that this was the first Kameizumi and that it was sweet, so I wondered what it would be like 🤔. We had pickled firefly squid with wasabi for snacks. It smells like green apple🍏. Beautiful mouthfeel, the sweetness is very beautiful 🥰 Beautiful sweetness in the mouth. I could hardly taste the acidity 🥰No cloying taste, easy to drink and like a dessert 🥰.

The third drink was Koei Kiku! The last one I had was a twilight orange 🤣 the season changes fast when you look at the name 😅. Here is another sake that just arrived today! The aroma is mild, banana? The aroma is also citrusy. The gas is stronger than the two earlier sakes. The umami flavor is refreshing with a gentle sweetness, and it disappears with a mild acidity. Refreshing and easy to drink 😊.

When I visited TokyoRiceWine yesterday, the manager told me that they had some Jigokin nigori in stock today, so I had no reason not to drink it 😅. The Jigokin will be chilled for a bit before serving, so we'll have the other sakes that came in today ✨. I'll have the Banshu Issen on the lees, which I've been curious about! This one was available at first sip 🥰. The aroma is sweet banana🍌, but it is very clean. The fine gas is very piquant. It has a beautiful sweetness that is pleasant when combined with the gas 🥰The acidity is also mild due to the gas ✨The aroma is also bananas. A little lingering bitterness 🤔. I had a few more nigori after this and this was my favorite 😊.

I'll take just one more drink at Yukarina's ✨ There's a yellow tomozou I've been curious about 😳 Glad I can drink it since it's only sold in one bottle 😆. It's a special junmai sake, which means it's a blend of several types of junmai sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake. The aroma is mildly fruity. The mouthfeel is soft, with a modest sweetness, a full flavor and mild acidity, not very impressive, but it was a sake to savor and drink slowly 😊. The fourth picture is a fig tempura.

We decided to eat out for dinner, and since we had a Yokohama City gift certificate, we went to Yukarina in Center Kita 😊I think this place has the best selection of sake in the area known as Kohoku New Town♪ This is another soba restaurant with a wide selection of sake. But I was full just from the soba noodles 😅The sake brands are posted on the wall. I had my favorite deep fried wakasagi for a drink ✨. I ordered Hexagon, which I've always wanted to drink! My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture of the serial number😅. The aroma is mildly fruity. I can feel a hint of gas. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a beautiful sweetness that is delicious 😍Acid lightly accents and gently closes with the sweetness. It's a beautiful, ummay sake ✨.

The fourth and last drink at TokyoRiceWine was Mimuro Sugi no Sake Mirai! I'd read about it in Hiro's Mimuro Mania review, and while I'm well aware of its reputation in the sake world, I wanted to try it and see what it was like ✨. This is amazing 😳 I've been wondering what the white peach aroma was in the reviews 🤔 but this is exactly what it smells like ✨It has a beautiful gentle mouthfeel, it's delicious😍It's clear, refreshing and delicious! The acidity is mild, and the gentle sweetness of the future of sake is a noble taste 😊. I hope to buy it next year 😍 The third one is soaked kama-age shirasu and seasonal vegetables! The fourth one was sake for happy hour 😍.

Fruity green apple🍏 like aroma, clean and clear mouthfeel. The fresh sweetness spreads beautifully on the palate! The acidity is mild with no cloying taste and finishes nicely. TokyoRiceWine's second sake was Tasake Benkei, which you can find at Sake, but for some reason you can't find it at liquor stores in Japan. I guess they didn't sell it in Kanagawa 🤔. However, I'm glad to know that Benkei is only 638 yen (90ml 638 yen including tax) during the lunch happy hour 🥰! It has a green apple aroma. The mouthfeel is beautiful. It has a clean, sweet mouthfeel and the acidity is mild and refreshing! This is another delicious follow-up to the Murayu😍. The third one is not for happy hour, but it is a limited edition sake menu ✨.

It was my day off, so I went out for sake! I went to Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for sake, and visited Masaruya Sake Shop in the morning, and had a lunchtime drink at home 😳I happened to see on Instagram that TokyoRiceWine was serving Murayukuro 😳I had to go and have a drink! I've been to the Azamino store but never been to the Tamapura store 🥰The sake selection seems to be better than the Azamino store😍The manager was friendly and taught me a lot about the liquor store✨. I had given up on the Murayu Kuro because it's an expensive sake, but I was able to open my mouth and drink it 😍. Mild fruity aroma, clean clear mouthfeel. What is it? This 😳sweetness melts away 🥰It has a more elegant sweet and sour taste than the Murayu I had before ✨It also has a clean aftertaste! It's so elegant👍. It was a very delicious sake😊.

First time! Amami 🤩. Snow heaven, black heaven drink comparison 😁. I will review from nigori which has many posts on sakéwa😊. When I pulled the sake lid off, it popped â The aroma is mild but light and fruity. I had it from the supernatant! The first saké has a sweet and sour taste, with citrusy acidity to finish it off. When mixed to make it cloudy, it has a juicy richness in the sweet and sour taste and is finished with a mild acidity. It is delicious. The sweetness is moderate, so it is easy to drink without getting tired of drinking 😊. The second day was just as delicious as the first ✨

I had KEG DRAFT, which I was interested in after reading ma-ki's review 😁. I always wondered what it was because this store's description says it's tank-filled, but I was convinced when I found out about KEG DRAFT 😊. I don't know what the aroma is. This is the second time I have had doburoku since I had it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop stand bar at Tokyo Station, although it is a different brand. This time, the doburoku had some rice left in it, but it wasn't a grain of rice, and the drink felt like a mild beverage. The aroma is sweet and sour with a lactic acid type aroma. It has a shwashy mouthfeel. It is a sweet and sour soda. The sweetness is thick and thirst-quenching. However, at 5%, it is very easy to drink, so in a way it is dangerous😅. I also tried the drinking method described in the website of Takeju Honke Sake Brewery 😋. Forbidden to drink with milk 🍼. The sweet and sour taste is added to the milk, which is strange, but not strange at all, so it tastes surprisingly refreshing and delicious. Devil's tomato juice split🧃. I wondered what would happen since both are sloppy, but this one is also surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink with the sweetness of the julienne added to the tomato juice ✨. Regular soda 🥤. I ordered a set of yam barley toro and soba noodles, and a limited edition sake called Ryusei from the sake list 😊. Let's start with the sake✨ I don't know about the aroma. It is clear and clean on the palate, with a full-bodied umami and citrus-like acidity that disappears very refreshingly. Refreshing, elegant and delicious😍. The soba noodles are thinly sliced, hoshi-styled, and smooth, with a great aroma ✨I recommend dipping them in salt! And when paired with it, it enhances the flavor of the 🍶 so much😍This is delicious and goes well together 😋. The service was great and I can't wait to go back for lunch....
