I was attracted by the "limited edition" label and bought it reflexively. It is said to be slightly dry, but it has a mild taste.
I also like that it doesn't have that much of a ginjo feel to it.
Let's try it lukewarm when it gets a little cooler!

This brewery is located in Oirase-machi, Aomori Prefecture.
Sake rice is "Mashigura" produced in Aomori Prefecture.
This is also rice rice.
Aomori yeast is also used.
Mellow aroma and mild mouthfeel,
Full-bodied taste.

I had it at home 🏠 with a clear, dry, maguta kyuri sesame soy sauce dressings and it was delicious ✨I'm addicted to Belcube's Italian selections ✨The taste is not peculiar so anything will go with it 💖.
It was given to me as a souvenir from a trip to Aomori.
It will be about a week before I finish it.
I'll drink it with the Tsugarubiidoro sake cups I received as a gift.
It's good.
