The second drink at Sugitama is a cedar ball with the name of the restaurant
Fittingly, the cedar ball is a cruel octopus sausage! And the adults-only potato salad✨!
The poor octopus sausage was crispy and delicious 🥰.
Now, about the sake.
The aroma is alcoholic. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, with a clear umami (or sweetness) and soft acidity. It's a pretty fresh feeling sake...I didn't notice any spiciness.
