Timeline

ichiro18I bought it because it is the brand name of Nishida Sake Brewery of Tasake 😁Zenchidori (Utou) was established as the bird of Aomori City 🐦⬛ and is a seabird of about 30 cm in height.
The "Hyakushikan" is found at Nishida Sake Brewery and is called "Hanamoi". The name "Hyakushika" is derived from the fact that the name of the strain before the rice was named was "Aokei Sake No. 140" (Blue Sake No. 140). Nishida Shuzo uses the name Hyakushikan 😃.
Bon appétit ✨
The aroma is like grape🍇, but with a fuller flavor. No gas. The mouthfeel is beautiful, with a touch of translucent sweetness, and there is a strong sweet juiciness to it. The nose has a fruity aroma like green apples. After that comes a feeling of alcoholiness, which is a bit like a massage 🤔At first, to be honest, I didn't feel that it was similar to Tazake.
Third day
The sweetness has increased and it feels clearer, but the sugar content has increased. The acidity is also clearing up ✨As with the last Tasake I reviewed, I personally preferred it after a few days 🥰.
So I was the last to do so, but it was a 200 check-in: ㊗️ ちぇすたーCongratulations to ichiro18 on his 200CI 🎉!
It's nice that you're so particular to welcome 200CI with another brand of Zenchidori instead of Tasake✨.
I hope you have a good sake life from now on. ichiro18Thank you very much, Chirsta 😊.
I made it a memorial because the zenchidori is something special and it comes with a box 🤣🤣 I'll keep drinking it so I don't ruin my body w/ it. ma-ki-Good evening, ichiro18!
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins 🎉.
I always enjoy reading your reviews as your sake activities are expanding 🎵.
A sake for a milestone with good sake from Nishida Sake Brewery - great 🤗. ichiro18Good evening, ma-ki-chan😄Thank you very much.
Thank you very much 😊I'm getting more and more swamped, and my drinking is turning into a maniac, but I want to try all kinds of alcohol, so I'm going to keep going 👍. Masaaki SapporoGood morning, ichiro18😃Congratulations on your 200 check-ins🎊I've never had zenchidori but it looks delicious 😋. ichiro18Hi MasaakiSapporo😃.
Thank you 😊 somehow I managed to drink up to 200 ✨when I saw the zenchidori I jumped at the chance to buy it because it was so rare.
I felt so many different flavors. ポンちゃんCongratulations to ichiro18 on 200 check-ins 🎉🎉!
Wow! That's a good number for a good drink ✨I haven't been able to think of drinking it, but I'll try my best to buy it after seeing it 😊I'll remember to put some down... コタローIchiro18, congratulations on your belated 200CI🎊㊗️🎉!
Wow, this is a good one 😆This looks delicious ✨I have an image of Hwasoi rice with a nice aroma 🤤I'm looking forward to more reviews 🥳. ichiro18Thank you, Pon 😊.
Zenchidori is not easy to pick up 😆 I took the plunge to try that brewery's brand because I like Tasake 😄 It was more like Tasake if I put it down for a bit! ichiro18Thank you very much, Kotaro 😊.
The day I bought this, Urasato was selling Kirizukuba at a liquor store near my house, and I got a timely DM for Zenchidori, so after much deliberation, I bought Zenchidori at Wadaya 🤣🤣.

ichiro18Mr. Sundo bought it after winning the lottery 😊.
The last time I drank it was the first time I drank San-Do-san's Yamadanishiki Ni-no-no-no-nozo, and this second time I drank Hozu's Roku-no-no-no-nozo.
The second time I drank it, this time it was Hozasu's Roku-nojyo! I'm sure you won't be able to tell the difference ✨.
It has a ripe and juicy aroma of melon and banana. I can also detect a lactic acidic aroma. It has a fresh sweetness, crisp acidity, and bitterness. The taste is more complex than that of Yamadanishiki, and it seems to have more color.
I think the difference can be better appreciated by tasting the same sake rice with a number of noujyo 🤔.
After that, I haven't drank any Kako, so if I have a chance, I would like to drink it 😋. ひなはなママGood evening, ichiro18!
I'd love to try sansho, but there's no sign of it at all... 😭I guess I'll have to go to Kyushu after all 🥹If I find it somewhere ✈️ I'll definitely bring it to you 😍 Oh I'm so jealous of how delicious it looks 😍. ちぇすたーGood evening, ichiro18: ⭐️
Oh! You went for the expensive one from Sandon 😊.
I also had a bottle last year, but I still have the impression that it was very gassy 🫧.
It has a nice fruity flavor that doesn't lose to the strong gassy feeling. ☺️ ichiro18Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Thank you very much 😊I'm sorry if you already know this, but I searched for a distributor of San-Do and found that there are only 17 stores in the whole country, so I found one that supports online and signed up for their newsletter! ichiro18Good evening, Chirsta 😃.
Thank you 😊 yes it is! It's over my budget 😁It's very gassy, isn't it? I drank a Yamadanishiki for comparison and it was totally strong ✨it was definitely more fruity 🤩. コタローGood morning, ichiro18!
Congratulations on your win here 🙌Congratulations ㊗️🎊Roku no brew, like a colored one, is a poetic expression 🥳It's not often we get a chance to compare different no brews 😆. ichiro18Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
Thank you 😊I thought more floral and fruity would be better, Yamada Nishiki is tasty enough compared to Homasu, but I felt it was rustic so this is how I described it 😅. MantaHello ichiro18 ^_^
Congratulations on winning the birthplace 🎉!
I am very jealous!
I wonder if the time will come when I can drink ichiro18Hi Manta 😃
Thank you 😊I've never won a lottery at a liquor store so winning is a great feeling 😆If you keep looking you'll get to drink it one day ✨I have a lot of drinks I'm looking for too 😅.

ichiro18I won the lottery for the sake I wanted to try, so I came here to buy one more bottle, and I was attracted by Aizu Miyazumi and Kafuda-shu, but the main sake was too expensive so it was over my budget😅.
I found a reasonably priced sake that I wanted to try, so I bought it ✨Kikusen from Nishida Shuzo, the same brewery as Tasake😍It's not junmai, but I'm looking forward to it!
The aroma is like green apple.
It has the same beautiful umami as the Tasake, but this one has a sharp acidity that pushes it over the edge! In total it is a dry sake✨.
Dry sake is what I think of as a food sake these days, so I had a soft salad rice cracker by my side! Oh, I've paired it with sake at a sake seminar...and since it's rice, it seems to go well with it.
It's delicious when paired with ✨I think it goes well with the umami that stands out 😊.
The price was under 1500 yen so it was easy on the wallet too 😆. ひなはなママGood evening, ichiro18😄Kikyuusen from the Tasake brewery, it's dry 😆So it goes well with salad rice crackers because it's the same rice! I might want to give it a try 🧐.
But I'm not sure I'm confident enough to go for the dry one yet 🤣. ちぇすたーGood evening, ichiro18 🌙
I see, it's from Nishida Shuzo 🤔.
It certainly looks like a classic sake, and would be a good match for sashimi ✨. ichiro18Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Thank you very much 😊
I thought this one is easy to drink as it is also sweet and tasty among the dry 😍I think the spiciness of the dry sake turns into umami when paired with food 🤔. ichiro18Good evening, Chirsta 😃.
Thank you 😊
Sashimi! Indeed, if you look closely at the label, it has waves like Mr. Wakanami 🤩Sashimi would also go well with it ✨I'll drink it with sashimi next time I find it... コタローHello ichiro18, ☀️
I think dry and rice crackers🍘sounds like a good match! I'd love to try it next time I make love to you
And congratulations on winning 🎉㊗️ I'm going to Wadaya too, so is it that or that? I'm looking forward to your post with my imagination 🤭. ジェイ&ノビィHi ichiro18 😃
I've never paired sweets with sake 🤗I've never paired sweets with sake 😅Salty salad crackers would be good 😋. ichiro18Hi Kotaro 😃.
Thank you for the rice😊It goes surprisingly well with it so give it a try ✨Yes, winning is a thing ✨Wadaya, it's nice that you can also buy it in stores 😁. ichiro18Hi Jay & Nobby😃!
Thank you 😊Reasonable helps as I've been spending too much on booze lately 😁Candy is good! Also, ripe sake and mitarashi is great 😍.
ichiro18After eating and drinking at a restaurant, I found Mr. Sando, but it was already too late😅.
After that, the lottery at the liquor store was not successful and we finally came across San-Do-san, we were able to buy two bottles per person, one for immediate consumption and the other for storage for a while (storage space is a challenge 😅) ✨.
The first bottle had a subtle fruity aroma, a strong effervescence, and a light sweetness and umami that made it feel like champagne and not sake 😍.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and it feels like it's ready to drink.
I left it a little too long 😅On the fifth day, the sweetness is strong but the fizz has weakened considerably, which is also possible but I feel it is no longer a sansu 🥺 It has become a sake with a clean sweet aftertaste with a little bitterness. ひなはなママHello ichiro18 😃
I like the Kyushu sake 😍This is also a Kyushu sake ‼️ I'm quite interested in this sake now ☝️ it's really Kyushu awesome 😅I know how you feel about another bottle for preservation 👍 ichiro18Hi HinaHanaMama 😃Thank you 😊There are some good sake in Kyushu ✨I want to drink a lot of sake.
Thank you very much 😊There are many delicious sake in Kyushu ✨I want to drink them all, but let's try to drink them all one by one!
I wish I could drink all of them up to Rokunjyo 😍. ちぇすたーHello ichiro18 🌞.
Congratulations on getting San-do 🎉🎉🎉!
I was also impressed when I first drank it... ☺️
I can understand the image of the sake becoming a bit harsh when it loses its freshly-opened juiciness 😂. ichiro18Hi, Chirsta 😃.
Thank you so much 😊Yes 😆I thought that the feeling of the gas that makes a sputtering sound when you open the cork, I guess you need that fizzy feeling to feel like you're producing soil 😁. Watami3I had a guess for Friday's newsletter distribution and bingo! I left with two bottles of the full limit.
The first time in two months, the baby soil is stable and to my liking.
There were about 300 cardboard boxes of it at the store, but I wondered if they would last the weekend. They are very popular. nabeHello, I'm a new member of the board and I'm looking forward to your visit.
Thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Kunigon, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
