It has been so long since I drank Houou Mita that I wonder how long it has been since I drank it. I finally opened a bottle of Mikumari, which has been pushed in many places.
The aroma is a very refreshing green apple. It is exquisite, not too strong and not too weak. The gasiness is quite strong.
The sweetness is crisp and clear. The acidity is strong, and this acidity goes well with the capsule aroma.

A wonderful sake, just as it is rumored to be. Basically, it has a dry taste, but the strong gassiness gives it a more modern feel. Next time, I hope for a low-alcohol version of this!

Summer is finally over. I can finally open the sparklers.
The scent is mild citrus and cemedine. My favorite scent. No gassy feeling.
