I finally picked it up and it's 500 check-in at Golden Sparrow 🤗 (I didn't put it anywhere else but here and couldn't choose a type 🥲).
The top aroma and the hint of aroma are both full of pineapple 🤩 It tastes like pineapple syrup in a can with cider!
Silky gasiness, malty aroma and full-bodied flavor, not too sweet but light and sweet 😚.

The sake was priced with the sake brewer and drinker in mind, and the way the sake was managed and served was well done. Perhaps that is why, in a world where resale is so common, Horie Sake Brewery's Kinjaku, whose sales channels are properly managed, was placed in this store.
I had heard rumors about this Kinjaku. I never thought I would come across it in a place like this.
Once again, I was surprised at the wide variety of flavors in sake. It is amazing how rice, water, and microorganisms can change the flavor so much depending on the brewer, brewery, and region.
It was a delicious sake, fruity, tingling on the tongue, and with a healthy yeast.

Very fruity pineapple and melon on nose. It really smells like pineapple juice! On palate it gives a very fresh pineapple taste, i think there is even some jackfruit feel! Fine and smooth, very fresh and elegant carbonic feel with slight bubbles. Have a sense of chestnut and nuts after taste. A very good sake that i would recommend to try if you got the chance!

As the temperature has finally started to drop and we are eagerly waiting for hiyaoroshi, we are having Kinjaku's autumn harvest.
It has a melon-like aroma and a freshness with a hint of chili, yet it has a rounded and mellow mouthfeel that is the work of Kinjaku.
The tropical, mellow sweetness and flavor, reminiscent of pineapple, spreads in the mouth. It finishes crisply with an acidity that also has a tropical fruitiness. It is a bottle that should be drunk slowly and carefully!

CHUIN SASHIDURI (4) to celebrate Hirupeko's passing of the SAKE DIPLOMA
Since I was going to have a Sashi-Drink with Hirupeko, I wanted to drink some sake heated or chilled 🍶.
Just as I was thinking this, I was told that I could order sake in a bottle from the Sake Club "Tasting Sake with Added Brewer's Alcohol" held by Mr. Chuin on the Saturday before the event.
There were a variety of regular sakes lined up on the shelf at room temperature.
Here is a bottle of Kinjaku regular sake.
I had previously had a regular Kinjaku sake with added sugar, but the GOLD sake contains only rice, rice malt, and brewer's alcohol.
I had it cold for now.
The appearance is a pale yellowish green.
The aroma is mild, or almost none 😳.
In the mouth, it has a characteristic impression of sweetness with a strong and unique taste, and acidity that is also characteristic of sake.
