The first time I went to the brewery, I was able to buy a Kinjaku. I was so excited that I bought an acrylic square as well. Usually, I mainly buy junmai (pure rice). but I bought it because I was a meeja. It is easy to drink. It has an indescribable sweetness, but it is refreshing. It takes an hour and a half to drive one way and it is only available on weekdays, but if I have a chance, I would like to go there to buy it.

It's the best sake. It is my favorite. It was worth the trip to the brewery to buy it. I bought both daiginjo and junmai daiginjo, The Junmai Daiginjo is delicious. Even non-drinkers can drink it. It is the best. Usually drinking 2 gou is enough, but I found myself drinking 3 gou. There are drinks that can be drunk endlessly.

I've always wanted to try this one, but luckily I was able to find it at a liquor store nearby✨. The top-tasting aroma is pineapple 🍍I asked my underage daughter to just check the aroma and she said pineapple without any hints! I'm sure of it 😑. In the mouth, there are no thorns and no unpleasant alcohol taste, and the juiciness explodes in the mouth with sweetness and deliciousness. The fine bubbles and the gasiness is only slightly pleasant. It is very easy to drink and delicious 🤤I understand why it is not available for a long time. I wonder when I can see you again 😭. The fourth one is the popular miso ramen shop Misokkofukku, where we stood in line for an hour and ate on the weekend. I splurged on sake and ramen this weekend ☺️

This is a gorgeous sake from Yamaguchi that I personally think has surpassed Hana Yokuyo. It is very aromatic, yet still very sake-like, with bitterness but also sharpness. Delicious! If you find it, you must drink it. Alcohol content 15%. Rice polishing ratio 55

It's been a long time since I've had a gold cup. The taste is not too sweet as usual, The konjak is also from Nishiki-cho. It's easy to drink because it goes well with all kinds of food. We have purchased 3 cups, so let's drink it little by little. Today's beer is Vitalist by Asahi Beer. It was a new product that I found out when I bought it, It has more bitterness than usual, I think I prefer this level of bitterness, It was a delicious beer.

Kinsuzume. This is the best sake brand in the world in my opinion. Beats all your Juyondai’s, Jikon’s and Aramasa’s. Rich and complex, sweet and fruity, lingering finish - but always incredibly balanced. So grateful to a certain sake shop that I am able to buy their shiboritate every year. 4.75/5

Kinjaku Autumn Rise, which was left at home in ice temperature to rise in winter. I had it before it became spring-ripened (this is a staggered post). The appearance is pale gold. The aroma is round and gorgeous. Red apple with honey, freshly cut pear, white peach, melon. The aroma has the solid feel of freshly polished rice and the fluffy rice aroma of freshly pounded rice cake. The slightly tart apple honey-like sweetness is intense and gentle. It is juicy with a gentle and fine acidity. The unbearable breadth of flavor and the fine acidity is like sparklers. The fragrance is fruity and full of rice flavor. While the acidity slightly increases its assertiveness, the beautifully clean umami of the rice flows softly and finishes off nicely, and the lingering taste is gentle. Hot sake... 🍶. The fruity aroma blends with the aroma of softly cooked rice, and the sweetness and warmth are pleasantly intoxicating. The softness of the texture and the fine stimulation tickles the tip of the tongue. The thick sweetness, as if the rice has been condensed and fruit juice added, seeps through, and the acidity, which includes a pleasant stimulation, is soft and fluffy. The rice flavor flows softly and mellowly, and then disappears. The lingering aftertaste leaves a faint fruity aftertaste. I like it very much. ☺️ It was the most delicious 🍶.
