Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo Akiagari
Rating 4.5
The essence of rich and mellow Aki-agari. Aromatic and rich taste. Gorgeous, fruity, thick and smooth texture. Rich flavor with depth. The finish is rich and juicy, yet well-balanced with a fruity acidity.
The wine has a mild and luxurious sugar candy-like flavor, perhaps due to the time that has passed since the bottle was opened. We also compared last year's autumn harvest and found the same mellow taste reminiscent of kijo-zake.

A deep, rich flavor that has reached the pinnacle of refinement. A drop of bliss brewed with the heart of the brewery and the skill of the master brewer.
The aluzuki aroma is sweet and refreshing, with a sweet aroma that is typical of Kinjaku. The convergence is a slightly bitter aftertaste. A perfect food sake.

I drank two kinds of Kinjaku before when I went out for a drink, but I didn't really understand how good they were 🤔I had the impression that they were very different from your reviews, so I bought them to savor them at home 😊.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🤔I got the impression that the reviews were very different from yours so I decided to buy it to savor it at home 😊! I feel like I can drink it as much as I want ✨The acidity is also clear and refreshing, and the bitterness is subtle. The acidity comes through and it's refreshing, with a hint of bitterness. The fragrance is sweet and fruity with a good balance. I used to drink other Kinjaku before, but this Aki-agari is delicious 😊.
The third day was the same, the gas was still chirpy and the taste didn't seem that different.
It was so good I didn't even feel like messing with it so I could enjoy it as is ✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
Yes, I still want to drink a few different kinds to judge 😊I was also slightly concerned about the preservation of the restaurant for the outside drink I had before, so once again, it's still as good as I expected it to be 😁.
Good evening, Afio 😃.
Oh I see you ordered the Autumn Agari😁I couldn't describe it well because I don't have the vocabulary, but I thought it was as good as expected 🥰 Please enjoy it!
Good morning, ichiro18 😃I believe the last time I was here, you had a bottle of Kinjaku that had already been opened. I was also lucky enough to get a bottle here and have been waiting for it. I'm looking forward to it after reading your review 😁.
Good morning, ichiro18 😃.
I'm curious about Kinjaku, I've only seen it at Sake no Wa, but I haven't had a chance to meet it 😅I guess it's as good as its reputation 🥰 I'd like to try it sometime 🥰.
Hi there 😃, learning.
You are indeed well remembered 🥰Get it 🥰I'm glad that you could taste it well at home 😊It is well-balanced and delicious, you won't get tired of drinking it ✨Enjoy it 👍.
Hi HinaHanaMama 😃
Kinjaku, it's hard to find it because of the small amount of shipments 😅I kept my antenna up and acted immediately when I saw the notice of sale 😊It's not sweet and sour, but the fruity sweetness is pleasant 👍.
Hello ichiro18😃
I've never seen Kinjaku even for outside drinking here, how did you manage to get it 😳.
I've heard it's a modern sake, but it looks so delicious just like your review ✨.
I'm seriously thinking of going on a Yamaguchi expedition 🤔.
Hi, Chesta 😃.
I've been looking for stores in Tokyo and Tochigi 😁.
I think it would be fun to visit Yamaguchi... I have a strong impression of sweet and fruity Yamaguchi sake such as Wakamusume and Toyo Bijin... I would like to visit them...
Hi ichiro18 😃.
I wanted to buy it this fall when I was in Yamaguchi before 😋 but I never had a chance to meet you 🥲There is a store in Kanuma that carries it, but it's a direction I don't often go 😅I'll look there next time!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
I checked the Kanuma store on the net, but I couldn't find any information about their stock 😅But I'd like to visit there someday because they carry some brands I'm interested in 😃.
I can't find a single store in Kanagawa 🤣.
I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to drink a variety of Kinjaku this year, and while they've all been delicious, I think I personally particularly like this Akigari 😳✨.
It has a deep, fresh, sweet aroma like ripe, honeyed apples, a smooth, yet slightly sweet mouthfeel, and the delicious sweetness of the rice that expands beautifully, but with a crisp finish that doesn't leave a bad taste 😆 lol
This is a sake that you will want to enjoy slowly and carefully on a long autumn night!
Oh, it's delicious. It's so good!
I was able to drink it again this year.
It is still very tasty.
It is easy to drink and tastes good with a dense sweet flavor and a slight sharpness to it.
It is one of the sakes I look forward to drinking every year.
Fresh, rich pineapple with a hint of sizzling sweetness.
Tangy and tangy
The sweetness and deliciousness remain on the tongue with a long aftertaste.
Taste of my favorite strain
Serve with salmon sashimi
The flavor is so rich that you can enjoy it without smelling the salmon.
