Kagura-san is the place to go for a drink in October! This time, instead of the all-you-can-drink standing drink, we decided to sit on chairs and order rare sake at our seats 😊. We got it from Asahitaka, a sake distributed in Yamagata Prefecture by the Takagi Brewery of Jyushiyo 😃. The aroma was faint but I couldn't tell. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a clean sweet flavor and just a hint of alcohol. The acidity is also very slight, so it is very easy to drink and has a beautiful umami flavor. The rare sake menu is also attached. There was also a 90ml rare sake of Jyushiyo for 27500 yen 🤔 I wonder what kind of people will drink it 🤔.

Hello ichiro18 😌. I'm jealous because I've always wanted to try Asahitaka 🥳. I wonder if it's like a pretty refreshing and tasty sake 😋. 90ml for 27,000 yen is amazing 😳 Only the wealthy would drink it 🤣.

Hi, Afio 😃. I was wondering if I should go to Yamagata to look for it, but I decided to have it here 😊Yes! I think it's close to a refreshing sake... I can't afford expensive sake, but Asahitaka was delicious too!

Hi HinaHanaMama 😃 If you get drunk, you might get worked up and misplace the order button too 😁 I'm not sure about the list price of Jyushidai, and the price is indeed a mystery 😅. Â It's a three-digit sake for the average person 😃.

Good morning, ichiro18! Kagura-san's sake lineup is just too good 😍. I have an image of Jyushiyo as sweet and tasty, but Asahitaka is a refreshingly tasty sake 😲. I'm sure it's a very rare sake 🤗.

Good morning, ma-ki-chan 😃! Asahitaka has sweetness, but the impression of umami was stronger.
