The second drink at standing bar Kagura-san By the way, Sogape-san is a completely self-serve standing bar with a cork, so you have to pull the cork out yourself 🤣. The aroma is not that strong, but it smells like matured grapes 🍇. It has a full-bodied sweet and sour taste with a good balance of acidity. I also felt a little bit of gas. It was the most well-balanced of all the wines we drank this time 😍.

The first drink of standing Kagura I had a day off today and had nothing to do, so I decided to go out for a drink! I found 5 bottles of sogape on the all-you-can-drink menu at the standing bar Kagura that I visited the other day. I adjusted the amount because all-you-can-drink is dangerous and I was exhausted last time, but this time I had a good time drinking 🥰. Muscat? It smells like matured grapes🍇. The hint of aroma is also grape🍇. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, with a clear, gentle sweetness that naturally disappears along with sourness and bitterness. The aroma is the strongest of the five bottles.

I had a reason to go to Yajima TDL, so I thought it was a good opportunity to buy something with it, and I was interested in this one. This sake is a blend of a 1+ year old junmai sake base, a 30+ year old junmai sake, and a 5+ year old aged junmai "afs" 🍶. The aroma is a combination of soy sauce and brown sugar, reminding me of Mitarashi w. The mouthfeel has just a little bit of a tang, with caramel at the back of the moderate sweetness taste, but the flavor is completed by a delicious and refreshing acidity. When I drank Daruma Masamune 3years ago, I found that Mitarashi went very well with it, so I tried pairing it with it, but it was too sour and not good enough 🤔. On the second day, it became sweeter, so I tried again with mitarashi, the taste became lighter and it went well with it ✨it became easier to drink 😆I tried to pair it with ice cream, but it wasn't good 😅. I read an article by a brewer and saw that it tastes good mixed with lactic acid and carbonated water, so I gave it a try! If you don't like old sake, this might be good for you ✨. On the third day, I paired the lukewarm sake with cheesecake based on Pon-chan's review, which was also very in tune and delicious 🥰.

I've been wanting to try Yamanoi.....................................the label attracts me! I happened to come across it and had it✨ The aroma is mild but fruity with a full aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is soft and gas-free, with less sweetness than I expected and a minerality. The nose is fruity with a hint of sourness and a lingering bitterness. What is it? 🤔It's not quite what I expected 😅. On the second day, it smells like banana🍌, and the hint of melon🍈. The aroma is soft and the sweetness is full-bodied. The sweetness of the sake, which is made with ultra-soft water, is clear and transparent. The acidity also disappears slowly and naturally. I found it quite tasty on the second day 🥰I'm glad I didn't finish it in one day.

Special Junmai sake, which is said to be the strongest theory among Nabesama's 😆 I had read such a delicious review by ma-ki-San, so when I found it, I had to buy it. I read ma-ki-'s review of this delicious sake and when I found it, I had to buy it. It must be very popular ✨. It has a full, fruity aroma. Muscat? 🤔 I feel a slight chilli gas. The sweetness is rich and fruity behind the sweetness, the acidity slowly builds up after a bit, and the bitterness is felt at the end. Personally, I prefer it when it is aired out a bit and the temperature is adjusted 🥰. On the third day, I went out for a drink and came back home, but before going to sleep, I had a sweet drink, Oh my god, it went from sweet to spicy 😳I googled it and found it has a Sake rating of +2, which is surprisingly spicy 😅. Warmed to lukewarm It's more sharp than I expected. It makes my tongue tingle, and the acidity is slowly rising 😊. I drank quite a bit on the third day, so maybe it was just drunken nonsense 😅

Urasato-san, I've been meaning to drink it for a long time, but I kept putting it off because I thought I could drink it anytime since there is a store nearby that carries it 😅. The aroma is like banana and alcohol, and the fragrance is strong even for junmai sake. It has a light, refreshing mouthfeel with a hint of banana🍌. The light sweetness is followed by a spread of umami and a refreshing acidity. I got the impression of feeling the alcohol unexpectedly 🤔. Second day The sweetness becomes a little fuller, and the balance of sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness is good👍. Drinking it with food as a mealtime sake makes the sweetness juicy and the sweetness stand out 😍. I also bought a tin chirori so I tried heating sake 😎. Lukewarm 40 degrees The aroma is still sweet banana🍌. The sweetness becomes fuller and the acidity rises together, leaving a clean aftertaste. I tried it warmed to human skin, but it tastes best lukewarm 🥰. The fruity aroma is gone. The sweetness and acidity have become sharper 🤔. It was junmai sake but the aroma was strong and it was a cosy sake. I think it is a good sake to drink every day 😊The second day was delicious.

The last of the set sales I received at Masaruya was Cosmos. I don't know the basic brand name for the set sales. However, there was a hint only for the main sake, which was named after an autumnal flower, and as expected, it was Cosmos 😊. It has a clean, fruity aroma with a fine, fine bubbles. The sourness of the acidity is noticeable in the mouth. It is easy to drink with a light sweet and sour taste with a hint of citrus. There was also a lingering astringent taste. I would like to drink the next one since Colors also came with Ecru, Viridian, and Cosmos 🥰.

The second drink at Kubota Sake Shop was my first brand, This sake has a lot of frogs listed by Niiyu 😊. It has a sweet fruity aroma. Yesterday, we had a dinner at Hatchonawate in Kawasaki, and since we arrived at the restaurant early, we went to the nearby Kubota Sake Brewery for two drinks 🍶. This is the second time I've been to Kubota Sake Brewery, where you can drink beer poured from a swinging column 🥰. Well, I had the first one with Takeyuki from CWS ✨. The aroma is mild. No gas, soft mouthfeel. It started with sweet and sourness, and gradually acidity started to build up. The aftertaste was also faintly bitter. The sweet and sourness was impressive 🍶. I wonder if it has been open for a long time, some liquor store reviews said it had a strong aroma, and some said it had chili gas, but I didn't feel any of that 🤔.

This is the seventh and last eight drinks at Kagura, a standing bar. I found out about Hanzo from ma-ki-'s post 😁 Finally got to meet him 😍. The aroma is mild. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, clear 😍 It has a rich sweet-umami flavor. Wanted to drink it before I got drunk 🤣. The third photo is of Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Akiagari, I didn't even leave a note 😅. I was attracted by the all-you-can-drink offer and unpopularly made a mistake in pacing again, so I'll learn a little more next time 🤔. I must have been drunk on the way home 😅I suddenly remembered Jive's post about red canned meat, so I bought some minced meat and red canned meat and went home and made a keema curry using cumin and red canned meat 🤣. Standing drinking kagura 6 cups We had a glass of Jikin, so we wanted to try something else 😃 Yonemitsu Yamadaho, a founding brand of Houou Mita. I was taking notes 🤣 but the notes themselves were drunken notes so I'll just give bits and pieces😅. The aroma is mild. The taste is complex, from the beautiful mouthfeel to the gentle sweetness to the acidity, with a nice sharpness 😃. The third photo was a set of sushi and soba. I mentioned that it was all-you-can-drink for 1980 yen, but the breakdown is actually 1980 yen because 1430 yen is all-you-can-drink and 550 yen you have to buy a golden ticket for the meal. Some people who are used to drinking only now left, but I paid the difference of 440 yen for the 990 yen sushi set and spent 2420 yen at this restaurant ✨but I drank 8 glasses of sake, so I think it is a good deal ✨.

Kagura-san's 5th cup was Senbon Nishiki! I've had the fire-brewed version, but this is my first time drinking it raw 😆. The aroma is mild. The third drink at Kagura, a standing bar, is tokusujun! I didn't notice much aroma. It has a beautiful clear mouthfeel😊I can feel a slight gas on the tip of my tongue. It has a sweet and umami taste, but I think the umami taste is stronger 🤔I can feel the sourness lingering in the aftertaste. The difference between this and Junmai Ginjo is that the aroma and umami are fuller. The 4th picture is the space of Sushi Restaurant Kagura😊The sake there is not available for standing drinking. Lots of Jyushidai 😍.

The second drink at Kagura, a standing bar, was Yamadanishiki! The bar opened at 11:00, but when I arrived 5 minutes before, there were 8 people in line 🤣The space for standing drinking was about 1/10th of the area of the restaurant (as I saw it 🤣)😅As I asked one of the regulars, he said that the number of customers today was still a bit generous 😅It was true that the first group entered and then there were few followers. The aroma was milder than Asahi, beautiful but not as clear as Asahi. However, it has a strong sweet flavor, and you can feel a slight gas on the tip of the tongue. The acidity was also very strong. The strength of the Asahi's aroma and the clarity of its flavor were highlighted by drinking this wine 👍. This restaurant is a combination of a standing bar and a sushi bar, so there is no customer service for standing customers, but once you get used to it, you can still enjoy pure sake. I started with the Asahi ✨ It has a green apple aroma, the strongest aroma I've ever had compared to other Jikkomai 😃No gas, clean and clear as a feature! Really refreshing and mouthfeel 😍Sweet and juicy! It has a sweetness like apple 🍎. The acidity comes through slowly without any cloying taste and the aftertaste finishes slowly and cleanly ✨.

The second set sold by Masaruyasan is Sake Mirai by Glorious Chien 😍 such a good set of sake: ⁉️ I was a bit gutted when I saw this 💪. I had considered buying this sake when it first came out but had to pass on it due to inventory reasons, but I never thought I'd find it here 🥰. Speaking of Gluttonous Chien, I bought some sashimi at the supermarket to drink, and then it was time to open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is fruity and full of rice. The mouthfeel is clean, with a hint of banana 🍌. The elegant and gentle sweetness and umami lasts for a while. The acidity is refreshing and finishes with a slightly dry aftertaste ✨. I saw on the website that it is recommended for white fish, so I had it with sashimi sea bream and, although not listed, flatfish sashimi, and the synergistic effect increased the umami and made it delicious 😊. I tried Hiro's instant flavor change of three turns and three minutes, and the acidity became stronger and more sharp, and the mature sake became more powerful 😁. I also tried it at room temperature and it was just as sour and zingy as the instant one👍 On the fourth day, the sweet and umami taste became quite strong and full, and the acidity became a little sour in front of the throat, but it was still slightly dry and refreshing at the end.
