I stopped by a liquor store I had not yet visited and bought Ishizuchi because it was available!
Sake rice is 100% Shizuku Ehime from Ehime Prefecture, with a 50% rice polishing ratio!
The top aroma was quite consciously sniffed and had a faint apple-like aroma, fresh and refreshing sweetness, bright acidity, crisp bitterness, and a moderately refreshing aftertaste, a spring-like sake.

Rice and Agave Craft Series Heartbeat uses Yamadanishiki grown by Project Heartbeat, a project to connect the next generation in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, where Yamadanishiki is grown in a special A district and the average age of the village is in their 80s.
This is the first time I have tasted a craft sake with pop in it, and I enjoyed it.
The aroma smells like ripe bananas to me, and I can feel the gas sizzling and the flavor of the rice. From there, I start to feel the bitterness of the pop, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
This is my first time with rice and agave, but I enjoyed it and will continue to purchase it.

I wasn't sure about it after drinking it at a pub last week, so I found a bottle at a liquor store and bought a four-pack to try it again at home.

The second sake at Uotetsu Shokudo.
The top aroma was sweet and fruity, and although I am not so sure about the hint of incense, I felt the pineapple aroma that I felt when I was sipping Hana-yoku. Drinking alone in Tsunashima
Drinking my first Hana-yoku and the pineapple ginjo aroma as rumored.

This sake was created to go with Kagawa chicken on the bone, and since we had yakiniku today, we chose this sake!
It has a fruity aroma, a thick nigori (nigori sake) mouthfeel, and a sweetness that gives it a sourness and a sweet-sour, lemon-like taste. The aftertaste is refreshing and the alcohol content is only 6 degrees, so it is easy to drink.
On the second day after opening the bottle, I drank it with a glass of water, the aroma became yogurt-like, the taste was mellow, and it tasted like calpis with a strong sourness, it may be that the malt ingredients were precipitated or the one I drank yesterday may not have been mixed well.
