I looked in a liquor store and saw it on sale, so I bought it without hesitation 😁.
It has the aroma of fluffy rice and apples. It has a faintly gaseous, sweet and delicious taste, but it is soon filled with a crisp acidity! The bitterness is also felt in the aftertaste.
The acidity is the strongest I have ever had 🤔.
Third day
The gas is almost gone and the juicy, beautiful sweetness is stronger, the acidity is more subdued than when the bottle was opened, and the spiciness can be felt ✨I think I prefer it on the third day 🥰.
I also reviewed the Tasake shochu I bought at Yajima TDL.

We tried it the way the liquor store recommended. It's so delicious😍The sweetness of the soda, the carbonation, and the apple🍎 aroma of the shochu match each other very well ✨.

I learned about Tasake shochu through a DM from a liquor store and it is really good with soda! It tastes different from sweet potato or barley!
