Murasuke after a long time. It has a sourness like the top of yogurt and a slight bitterness. It brought back the impression I had when I drank it for the first time several years ago. 4.5/5 Really nice stuff. Very light but full of delicious delicate flavor. Yoghurt, strawberry, almond paste, coconut, stone. A little hint of sweetness and acidity, even less bitterness. Really smooth and light. Gentle but there’s a little kick at the end. The subtle creaminess is also really nice.

I bought the Murayu summer oranges from Fuji Jiro that I couldn't buy last year 😊. The sweetness of Wasanbon, which is unique to Murayu, was present in the beginning while it was refreshing in the middle ✨There was almost no bitterness in the end and it was a very tasty summery Murayu 😋. It is so easy to drink that I drank it in gulps 😊. The sweetness was more than the Kazami, less than the Akane label and about the same as the Gomadozan. I think it has the same sweetness as Gomadozan, but the summer mandarin oranges give it a refreshing taste 🍶.

Niigata Sake MURASAKE Tokiwa Kameguchidori Midori I had drunk Murayuke once a few years ago, but it didn't really hit me. I happened to find it and tried it again. It has a gorgeous fruit-like aroma, and in the mouth it has a mellow sweetness and umami flavor. The aftertaste is a bit bitter and finishes cleanly. The sweetness and umami of the rice are strong! I found two stores in Ibaraki where you can buy it, so I am a confirmed repeat customer. Degree of liking 10/10

Revival of the First Brand Series Yu Mura" 🍶. I don't mean to be rude but... I brought it along somehow😅. I opened the bottle thinking it would be a classic type from the label, As I expected ⁉️, the aroma is mature, and I take a sip while feeling a little bit of alcohol. I'm not sure what to expect 😋. The taste is surprisingly mild, not classic at all, but not fruity either, just clear 😊. Maybe that's why... it's so easy to drink 😋. If you can drink it so easily, you'll have an empty bottle in no time 😁, and it's delicious 😍.

Melayu Natsumikan The concept is "warmed sake for a stomach tired from cold drinks, etc." in the latter half of summer. Of course, we had it cold at Uoso. Spartan style. It was different from the usual Murayu, but it tasted better when heated. The label is also good for easy identification of the taste. The brand name is derived from the brewer's surname "Murayama" and "Yu" means "to help and bring happiness. The brand also incorporates the German wine concept of ranking wines based on their sweetness (the sweeter the wine, the higher the rank).
