I went to the same liquor store to repeat the dark blue label I got the other day, but unfortunately they were sold out 😭.
But I found another label that just came in and bought it immediately 🤗.
It has a sweet fruity aroma like pear or red ripe melon, rice aroma, and a sour fermentation like yogurt, which is well balanced. It has a slightly sour sweet flavor with just the right amount of bitterness and a nice mellow mouthfeel👍 Like the Konruri label, it has a refreshing, non-sticky sweetness that is elegant and very delicious. I had the impression that it was less sweet than the black one from the year before last, but it was still delicious 😋.
