My first time at Murayusan💚From the first sip, I could smell the apple? The aroma of apple or fruit 🍎. The balance of acidity and astringency reminds me of white wine! Delicious 😋.
Sauteed chicken thighs that I had been marinating since yesterday, broccoli and roast beef salad, sudoko and cabbage with bonito, brown rice, and cafe latte jarato for dessert: ‼️
The herring roe was not a good pairing, but the white wine style was perfect for the chicken with mustard 👍 and of course the roast beef 😍.
The dessert had a delicious sweetness from the rice, so I think it was a much better match than a real white wine. ❤️ (Chocolate, which I always have on hand, also made an appearance... lol) LOL)
