YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka ④. Takanami booth. This is also my first time drinking this sake. Takanami Junmai Daiginjo Frozen This sake is made by freezing freshly squeezed sake. It is kept in the freezer at home and defrosted when you drink it. It is too sweet and refreshing, like water. Takanami Junmai Ginjo This was the gold medal winner at last year's Klamaster. It has a clear taste, with a hint of sweetness, but only slightly. It has a slight sweetness, but it also has a slight bitterness. Takanami Daiginjo The most intense flavor in this booth, but with a sharpness. Overall, there are a lot of refreshing sakes. The master of chuin was talking with the brewery staff and said that they were going to try some kind of experiment by comparing a frozen sake with a thawed one.

Hi Zeke-san, good evening 🦉It's been a while 😊. I was walking along the Nakasendo and had an image of Shiojiri as a wine🍷 town, but I see they have a decent amount of sake as well! I hope I can come across it next time I go 🎶.

Good evening, Pon 😃. It's been a while 😆. Shiojiri certainly has an image of wine 🍷. But we also have a sake brewery ✨My recommendation for Shiojiri sake is Misuzu😁. Please stop by Shiojiri again 🎶.
