I often see this drink in commercials. This is my first time to drink it.
It is quite cloudy and fizzy.
As usual, I was inclined to drink the supernatant first, but the turbidity did not settle easily (lol). It may take a few days to settle out.
At first, the supernatant? It is cloudy in its own way (lol).
It also has a foamy feeling.
Let it cloud up and drink it. Compared to the supernatant, the lees has increased a little, and the acidity and complexity are perceived as stronger, but there is no drastic change (lol). The supernatant is also cloudy (lol).
This sake has a delicious freshness. Oily snacks. It seems to go well with oily snacks.

After visiting three of the five Suwa breweries (Miyasaka Brewery, Ito Shuzo, and Sake Nunoya Honkin Brewery) last night, we had this at a Japanese restaurant where we had dinner. It is a bottle with a pleasant aftertaste. The butterbur sprouts tempura was delicious.
