Mr. Sieg Jikon. I always look forward to your posts. The brewery limited is wonderful. I will do my homework for next year. My top 3 suzukidase this year were Kamerei Kinmon, Yamasan Hatsuyuki, and Kame no Umi Semishigure. Have a happy New Year!
Thank you for your comment, WOM: 🙇♂️
You can always get Shinshu Kamerei at the brewery, so it may be a bit far, but I recommend it ✨.
Yamazan is also delicious 😋.
I hope you have a happy New Year too, WOM!

Lunchtime drink with fathers of my son's classmates
Next, we opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei!
We bought it in the summer and kept it at room temperature in a cool dark place because it is fire-aged.
As I always write when I drink Shinshu Kamerei, the sweet and umami taste spreads in my mouth!
I think this one had a little bitterness.
My father and his family were born in Shinshu, but they did not know Shinshu Kamerei.
I, a Kyushu boy, was proudly explaining the deliciousness of Shinshu Kamerei to them 😁.
Good morning, Sieg Jikon 😃.
We didn't drink sake 🍶 when we lived in Nagano city too 😓I'm so pained that we didn't even know Shinshu Kamerei 😑Papas are lucky to have you teach us ✌️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Most of the people around me have never heard of Shinshu Kamerei.
I'd like to spread the charm of Shinshu Kamerei ✨.
But I don't want it to become even more popular 😢.
