We bought it in the summer and kept it at room temperature in a cool dark place because it is fire-aged.
As I always write when I drink Shinshu Kamerei, the sweet and umami taste spreads in my mouth!
I think this one had a little bitterness.
My father and his family were born in Shinshu, but they did not know Shinshu Kamerei.
