Urakasumi, a famous sake that has wowed the taste buds of Africans, also has a pure sake. This is a very promising sake! Now, suddenly, a riddle! There is no Ura-haze Spring haze Hanaboe rice cranes Shimehari-zuru Shinanotsuru Dewazuru Miyoshi chrysanthemum ■Yes Urasato Dewazakura Hioki cherry cherry tree "A" (Acer saccharum) Tama Cherry Blossom Sanzen Sakura Okunoto White Chrysanthemum Do you know the difference? The strange thing is that even though both are "available" in sake, I wonder if there was any disagreement as to whether they should be added or not. I wonder... I'll leave the answer until the next post, and the next, and the next. Dewa as soon as possible This is a great ministry! The temperature is 17 degrees Celsius, but you can hardly feel it. The attack of "Umami Super Specialty Type It is a perfect harmony of freshness and a hint of acidity. The only thing is that it has a slight "matured" feel to it, right? It is impossible because it is "freshly squeezed". Anyway, it's really delicious! Crikey!) Answer: It's the way you read it! It was "nigoruru nigorunai" ✌. I used to think it was "Harugasumi" for many years when I saw Harukasumi at a local liquor store. I guess various opinions, conflicts, and discussions have been exhausted to reach the current form. It's so nice!

Good morning, Mr. Lan 🐥 I was going to write the answer, but it was already there. I was going to write the answer, but it was already there 🤣But still, "nigorugorugorunai" sounds like a great comedy of "Laughing Point"! That's very stylish 😉👍

Hi there, Mr. Sakeran 😃. Personally, I think that Kangiku and Bikyuu are the two most tricky problems 😁. And I think Kikumori and Shidaizumi are also confusing!

Oh? You're the literary lady! Did you know that? Pon-chan, thank you very much 👋 That's sort of this Urakasumi. It's like a smoother version of Sogen, which I drank the first time I went offline 😁.

Hi Rafa 👋 Ummm, I'm pretty sure there was a "live debate until morning" on Nigoru Nigoru Nigorunai at all the breweries 😇☝. I'd like to drink Urasato too 💦.

This is a sake run with the motto Pure In My Heart Of Madness 😏. Hello J & Nobby! When you listen to it as a sound, the murkier it is, the more chic the brand is... 😇

I've only seen this sake in the Ikari supermarket. It seems that the brewery was producing unfiltered raw sake from very early on. It has a sweetness with a bitter taste, but the fruity taste stands out. It's not flashy, but it's a good example of unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It seems that Chiyotobuki and this brewery are related, but they're registered as the same brewery on Sake no Wa... I check out Ikari Super Market from time to time because they have a lot of fresh sake. They usually have Kameizumi CEL24 and Gazanryu. The rest are Yamatsuru, Takasago from Shizuoka, Biotai, Dewazakura, and Drunken Mind.

Maripornu-san Good evening 🌃 It was a revolutionary sake at the time, but nowadays there are so many different kinds of sake available that it's just plain unfiltered raw sake😅.

It doesn't look like it's fizzy when you pour it, but you can tell it's slightly carbonated when you drink it. The freshness and carbonation of the sake is light and easy to drink.
