I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious 😭✨ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.

Yoohee and I went on a tour of Kobe's liquor stores 😁. After visiting Sumi no Sake Shop, we went to Mystery Cheeya! We had a lot of drinks at the corner shop 😋. First, we went to Shirakiku in Ibaraki. This sake is produced by a company called ten in Kasai City, Hyogo and brewed by Shirakiku and Tomikunishiki! I've had the Fukunishiki version at an event, but this was my first time to drink Shirakiku! I've been checking Shirakiku's check-in, and people keep mistaking it for Okunotono Shirakiku (Ishikawa), Onori Shirakiku (Okayama), and Shirakikyu (Kyoto)😅. Make sure you check the name of the company and prefecture before posting 😁. It's moderately sweet, fruity, beautiful and gentle to drink. It's expensive to buy it (around 4000 yen), so I'm glad I could drink it at a corner shop 😋.

It says "ginjo" but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, daiginjo specs. It's a little refreshing, but sweet and quite fruity. I bought it without tasting it because I was satisfied with the freshly squeezed raw sake, but I'm glad it was better than I expected 😋. The second half of the bottle is quite alcoholic 🤔. The aroma on the nose is like a pineapple! After visiting Ise Jingu Shrine and Okage Yokocho, I wanted to take the rapid Mie train, so I changed to the JR line at Ise-shi, but I had to go out of the ticket gate and buy another ticket because the IC card is not supported even though the ticket gates are the same 💦. The announcement said that this is not a Kintetsu line and IC cards are not accepted 🤔.

Another brand of YAMAMORI Purchased at a supermarket near my house. It is a Hachitan-Nishiki, a specialty of Teshimaya, and the taste is almost the same as Yamori's.
