Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

National Sake Fair 2025㉓ Ibaraki Prefecture⑭ Nomura Brewery in Joso city. I thought that there would be a lot of XX beauty if I look for it 🤔. There seems to be a French restaurant attached to the brewery! I found out that the regular junmai ginjo has a more classic label. This one seems to be a modern type named "Grand", so I wonder if they are making a modern label? This sake won the Platinum Award at the 2017 KURAMASTER Sake Competition Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki from Ibaraki 15.3% Sake degree +1 3000 yen Fruity and sweet but a little strange? Maybe the taste of Senhime is still in the boar's mouth😅. I forgot to take a picture, so I borrowed Nemuchi's picture.

Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world. I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake?　I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.
