It's the first day, so it's hard to say, but first of all, the aroma

Wild rice brine.
And maybe a hint of melon, depending on who you ask.
The smell of nuka (stinky rice) and the taste of nuka that I felt only on the first attack made me "oooh" for a moment, but I couldn't tell after the second attack, so I'll leave it unexplained.
In general, it's a basic nigori sake, so I'd give it a positive review.
I would say that if you are going to drink nigori sake under the same Hanzo brand, I would say that it is by far the best.

This time, Hanzo's main frame of reference is bitterness from start to finish, and I'm not sure whether to take this as a good or bad thing.
It was definitely cold on the first day, but I wouldn't warm it up after that.
However, after that, heated sake was not heated, but heated it for 13 seconds in the microwave (or was it heated to human body temperature?). So I guess the cold sake was too much for him.
After a week, the gas was finally gone and it was a good feeling!
I still don't like gas!
