I see that it is one of the three most famous nigori sake, so I guess it makes sense.
First impressions
Calpis soda with a hint of yogurt and a soft texture without being spiky, more like a ramune than a cider.
I'm not a fan of the sake gas in sake run. I'm not a big fan of sake-runs, and often find them to be more of a noise (many sake have a bad balance), but Hirotogawa's collaboration with the gas is perfect ✨.
I personally like the sake when the gasiness has dissipated just a little and it is closer to room temperature. ......
It has a strange sweetness that is also characteristic, and after drinking it, after a slight delay, this sweetness covers the whole body, which is also pleasant.
