Banshu Ikkenten✨ has been rapidly gaining popularity in my mind lately.
Banshu Issen is usually associated with fruity dry wines, but this one has a creamy, slightly sweet taste with a hint of melon and a burst of freshness.
It has a melon aroma and is bursting with freshness ✨It tastes mellow and juicy, too good 🙌🙌!
Two years ago 🚗 I visited Minami Haga, a roadside station near a sake brewery, and checked in 😅I bought a mini bottle of Banshu Issen and a bottle of Old Pine Sake Brewery's Sansho as a souvenir.
Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊.
I learned later that Banshu Issen Junmai sake is their standard sake. The rice used for the sake is Hyogo Yume Nishiki, and the taste is soft and mellow, as you would expect from a standard sake 😃.
Label: 🏷️
Difficulty: low😍.
It was easy to peel off when soaked in hot water.
Place to buy 🍶:Roadside Station Minami Haga
Hello catpunchS close M 😃.
I see you went to the sake brewery 😍I want to visit Sanyo Haii Sake Brewery at least once ✨Oraimatsu Sake Brewery is also nearby 😳 sounds like fun ✨I started to like Banshu Issen Junmai sake from it, it's delicious ✨.
Good evening, ichiro18 👋😃It's ok to be a cat 🤲You liked it from Junmai sake 😍I know everyone has their own memorable brands 💕I highly recommend mid-November when the autumn leaves are changing or end of April when the thousand year wisteria bloom 🫶😃.
This is my favorite light nigori I've ever had 🤗🤗I got it early this year 👍👍 and opened the bottle 😇Light stirring begins 🌀Upright aroma is full-bodied and fruity. When you drink it, the bitter sweetness spreads along with the deep aroma. There is also a piquant gas, dryness from spiciness, moderate bitterness and sourness... I drank it all lightly 😂.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. A little expensive, but a nice size.
Polishing rice 60%.
The aftertaste is dry, and it has been a while since I have encountered such a crisp dry sake! I was aiming for it.
The aftertaste is also long!
Rather than being refreshingly dry, it has a strong flavor and a spicy aftertaste.
Memorandum
Sake rice: Kitanishiki
Polishing ratio 50%.
Mouthfeel is rich and mellow. Slightly sweet and juicy. Slightly sweet and juicy, with a refreshing yet firm taste.
Banshu Ikkyo, which I haven't been able to buy much recently. I found a bottle of Orikarami and bought it immediately.
I left it in the refrigerator for a day before opening the bottle. It did not blow out.
The taste is smooth on the palate. It has a moderate sweetness, like calpis. Very tasty.
Banshu Ikkyo Daiginjo Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki 40 JSP Limited Nama .
Today we will have Banshu Ikkyo from the set of 5 bottles purchased at the renewal announcement session of UTAGE.
Taking advantage of its location in Hyogo Prefecture, the brewery polishes the Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa in the Special A district to 40% polished rice, and uses a gravity system that takes advantage of the difference in elevation in the brewery to ensure a stress-free process from top-bottling to bottling by gravity alone after the vatting process. This time, it will be served freshly pressed.
It has a muscat-like aroma, and its sweetness and umami are elegantly balanced. The aftertaste is beautifully clean and crisp.
I think this is the first time I have had a fresh Daiginjo, but the harmony of freshness and balanced flavor was fresh and fresh!
Banshu Issen's new sake on the lees, which I wanted to drink.
Hyogo Kitanishiki is used.
It has the freshness and volume of new sake, and a slight bitterness at the end.
A bottle with exquisite balance.
