Next up was Banshu Issen's summer spicy sake! Banshu Ikkyo, the first sake I've ever had 😄 I've always wanted to drink. The aroma was mild. When you drink it, the sweetness is mild, and the acidity and bitterness come through nicely! It's like a dry sake. It is a perfect sake for sashimi!
I may have had something else to drink, but my memory is a bit foggy...so I'll leave it at that for now. It was a really fun party!

I've had super spicy sake, but I think this is the first time I've had summer spicy sake!

🍶It's a little sweet but well balanced, umami sweet juicy and delicious 🍶It's released during Hanami season and it's an exciting sake to match the season 😘The label is cute 🫶 and it's so delicious I want to repeat it every year💕.

I never thought I would be able to drink Banshu Issen while I was in Tokushima‼️✨I thought it was easy to drink✨It makes you want to drink it fast‼️ but it is thick and tasty‼️😆It might be similar to my favorite local sake "Nichinichi" from Kyoto 😁It is very delicious so if you have not had Banshu Issen yet, please do so. If you haven't tried Banshu Issen yet, please give it a try 🎵
