In early spring, I bought some Aizan ❤️ from various brands at a liquor store.

It is low in alcohol, but has a mellow flavor and is very drinkable.

The second bottle in Miyazaki was Banshu Ikkan.
This is the first time I have encountered it since the Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a fresh lychee-like aroma, a moderate sweetness and mellowness, and then it finishes with a spiciness.
Junmai was also delicious 😄.

Once again, I feel that this aroma is the characteristic of Banshu Issen 🍶.
For my entrée, I had kangaroo meat sashimi for the first time in my life and fried mehikari (a local delicacy) 🐟️. The mehikari is soft and fluffy and delicious,
The mehikari was soft on the bone, edible as it was, and plump and delicious.
Still, the meat sashimi was a great pairing with the Banshu Issen 😁.
My wife stopped me from ordering, but I will keep coming back to Kangaroo in the future 😋.

The Mexicali was delicious 😋.
It was fresh because Hiroshima has more opportunities to eat small sardines, puffer fish and octopus in fried seafood.
Kangaroo is also delicious here without any smell or hardness 🦘.
