I am only guessing, but whatever feuds they may have had, they never betrayed the sake brewing itself, and left the brewery entrusting all the work they had to their colleagues. This is a sake that makes you groan.
I remember that the peach and black sake tasted like "Oh my god, they taste just like each other! I remember that the peach and black tasted like "Yup, they're alike!", but this white tastes like ......... probably not.
It is a mellow sake with a modern flavor.
It's good on its own, but it's great with food!
But the attack is quite light.
Too light to be too oita?
However, I'm ashamed to say that this lightness is actually "firmness," and the umami and acidity explode on the second day ✴️, which leads to the great taste at the beginning of this article.
