Walking in Expo Park today 🚶♀️
Today's accompaniment is a limited edition Daiginjo-Daiginjo-Tobottori from a brewery owned by Shirayuki 😀.
I visited the Hakusetsu brewery on the occasion of its opening and bought a bottle 😇.
It was a very nice sake to pair with my lunch in the park😇.
It was light without much of a ginjo aroma, but it was a sake that really complimented my bento without being cloying with a mildly sweet flavor on the palate 😀.
Many daiginjos are made with you as the main character, but I like this kind of sake that accompanies the bento and helps the taste of the meal 😀.
Hi Yasbay, 😊It's a beautiful day for walking ☀I was on a bicycle expedition to Kadoya-san 🚴🏻♂️ I only knew the name but the tender texture looks delicious 🍶.
Good evening, Yasube!
It's worth going to a brewery because there are sake and good sake that you don't see 😊 plum blossoms in full bloom, sake and great food 😻 everything is there 👍✨.
Good evening, Nao888!
It's only about 5 km one way from my house to Kadoya-san, so I always walk there while walking 😇.
I don't know why, but the sake I buy at the brewery tastes even better 😀.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
The best part of visiting sake breweries is encountering sake limited to the brewery or local sake that you don't usually find at liquor stores😇.
But I don't think I'll be able to resume my brewery tours until I reduce my sake holdings a bit more😅.
Next is also Hakusetsu.
It is a seasonal Junmai Daiginjo Nigori!
Wow~!
I see, it is thick and smooth.
One of the senpai told me, "Let's try adding tomato juice!"
It's a recommendation from the store owner.
Yes, yes, yes.
It's delicious~~!
The salty taste of tomato juice must go well with the nigori!
It was a very exciting drink.
We brought our own drinks and had a dinner party~.
First of all, here's one from a senior.
It's nice!
It is Konishi Sake Brewery in Itami City.
I have wanted to try Hakusetsu for a long time!
It came in a decorative box. Thank you!
I'll drink a toast right away.
Wooooo!
It has an excellent sharpness.
At first it gives the impression of being fruity, but by the time you finish it, it feels like The Sake.
It was a delicious sake with a smooth mouthfeel.
Hakusetsu kurabiraki 2️⃣
As expected of a brewery with hundreds of years of history 🤣.
We had 5 different kinds of sake to compare in the paid tasting, but the one that surprised me was the dark yellow sake in the middle of the 5 kinds😇.
It was made by recreating a recipe from the Edo Genroku period 😀.
The sake was just as impressive as its color, with a robust sweet flavor reminiscent of super-ripe old sake and a dark aroma reminiscent of nuts 😇.
I decided to take home the nigori sake, which is limited to the brewery 😀.
Yesterday, too, we always choose nigori sake as a souvenir to take home 🤣.
Sake Brewery Tour on Foot 20
Today is the 20th brewery that we have started this project.
Today is the brewery opening of Konishi Sake Brewery in Itami 😀 I had wanted to visit this brewery since bouken told me about it before.
I had wanted to visit this brewery since bouken told me about it before, so I was really looking forward to it 😇.
I looked on the map and saw that it was a little more than 10 km walk from my house... I thought I could walk there, so I left at 7am and arrived at 9:30am, passing through the tunnel under the runway of Osaka Airport on the way 😀.
I walked as fast as I could, but by the time I got there, there was already a long line of people 🤣.
The earliest people were in line before 8:00 😅.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a commemorative square, but we did get some sake 😀.
Sake freshly opened from the barrel has a sweet aroma of wood and a refreshing taste 😇.
We were poured quite a lot of sake and drank it up in no time at all 😀.
Hello, Yasube-san.
You are firmly committed to your drinking activities again 🎵.
Walking 10km is a quintessential pair of you. ⤴️
And that's a great hot sake brewery ✨.
You always have really great sake activities 😊.
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃
I like the sake brewery events 😆The sake and the commemorative Masu 💕I'm sorry about the commemorative Masu 😭but next year I'll learn my lesson 🜂I'd like to go to sake brewery events too! I wish I could go to sake brewery events like Kurabiraki too 🥰❣️
Hi Yasbay 😃
I think it's already a great idea to start at 7am at ‼️, which we can't seem to imitate 😅 but it's great to walk a lot and stand in line even more 🥹 we'd probably have to have a beer 🍻 first 😆.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😀 This sake brewery is said to be the origin of Nada sake brewing.
This brewery has a long history and is said to be the origin of Nada's sake brewing.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😀.
It was a big mistake to think we could get in within 200 people if we lined up 30 minutes before 😅.
Good lesson learned, but I don't have the guts to line up 2 hours in advance in the cold 🤣.
But the festival at the warehouse is fun😇
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
I wake up at 4:30am every day, so early mornings don't bother me too much 🤣.
When we arrived there was already a long line for beer and wine so we got in line for the main sake 😅.
I did buy beer😇
