Hakusetsu kurabiraki 2️⃣
As expected of a brewery with hundreds of years of history 🤣.
We had 5 different kinds of sake to compare in the paid tasting, but the one that surprised me was the dark yellow sake in the middle of the 5 kinds😇.
It was made by recreating a recipe from the Edo Genroku period 😀.
The sake was just as impressive as its color, with a robust sweet flavor reminiscent of super-ripe old sake and a dark aroma reminiscent of nuts 😇.
I decided to take home the nigori sake, which is limited to the brewery 😀.
Yesterday, too, we always choose nigori sake as a souvenir to take home 🤣.
Sake Brewery Tour on Foot 20
Today is the 20th brewery that we have started this project.
Today is the brewery opening of Konishi Sake Brewery in Itami 😀 I had wanted to visit this brewery since bouken told me about it before.
I had wanted to visit this brewery since bouken told me about it before, so I was really looking forward to it 😇.
I looked on the map and saw that it was a little more than 10 km walk from my house... I thought I could walk there, so I left at 7am and arrived at 9:30am, passing through the tunnel under the runway of Osaka Airport on the way 😀.
I walked as fast as I could, but by the time I got there, there was already a long line of people 🤣.
The earliest people were in line before 8:00 😅.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a commemorative square, but we did get some sake 😀.
Sake freshly opened from the barrel has a sweet aroma of wood and a refreshing taste 😇.
We were poured quite a lot of sake and drank it up in no time at all 😀.
Hello, Yasube-san.
You are firmly committed to your drinking activities again 🎵.
Walking 10km is a quintessential pair of you. ⤴️
And that's a great hot sake brewery ✨.
You always have really great sake activities 😊.
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃
I like the sake brewery events 😆The sake and the commemorative Masu 💕I'm sorry about the commemorative Masu 😭but next year I'll learn my lesson 🜂I'd like to go to sake brewery events too! I wish I could go to sake brewery events like Kurabiraki too 🥰❣️
Hi Yasbay 😃
I think it's already a great idea to start at 7am at ‼️, which we can't seem to imitate 😅 but it's great to walk a lot and stand in line even more 🥹 we'd probably have to have a beer 🍻 first 😆.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😀 This sake brewery is said to be the origin of Nada sake brewing.
This brewery has a long history and is said to be the origin of Nada's sake brewing.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😀.
It was a big mistake to think we could get in within 200 people if we lined up 30 minutes before 😅.
Good lesson learned, but I don't have the guts to line up 2 hours in advance in the cold 🤣.
But the festival at the warehouse is fun😇
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
I wake up at 4:30am every day, so early mornings don't bother me too much 🤣.
When we arrived there was already a long line for beer and wine so we got in line for the main sake 😅.
I did buy beer😇
It is said to have a taste from the early Showa period, but while the mouthfeel is clean, it has a rich, mellow, sweet, and rich flavor, and the body of the sake is dry (´・ω・`).
I have a high aptitude for old-fashioned flavors, so this one had me oohing and ahhing at first sip!
I wish I had been born earlier because I prefer to be born before I was born in many things, not just sake!
I enjoyed buying them in Itami at the end of the year, and I thought both Hakusetsu and Laematsu were good sake breweries!
Dry taru-shu with a clean mouthfeel and a touch of brewer's alcohol.
Nice aroma of cedar and freshness is perfect.
When heated up, the aroma is even more pleasant.
It is quite dry and has a tangy taste especially when cold!
I'm going to gain a lot of weight without moving a millimeter except for preparing sake, sake warmer, and snacks.
It is said to be suitable as a food sake, so it is fresh but clean and dry (´・ω・`).
It is a little too rich for me when I drink it on ice, but this one was easy to drink for me.
I don't want to leave Itami! That was the last drink I had while thinking "I don't want to leave Itami!
Well, I can come here anytime I want.
The benches at JR Itami station face the opposite direction of the train tracks.
I guess a lot of people fall off the platform when they get drunk.
Good evening, Mr. Shinjo.
It's about 10 minutes from my office by bike, but I can't drink so I always take the train😅.
The JR West platform should have all the chairs facing different directions to prevent falls 🤔.
Good evening.
I didn't expect that you can't have a drink because you are too close.
It's such a nice place!
If I go near there, I might make it a habit to stop by for a drink.
I guess there is such a thing as falling down when drunk.
I've never experienced it because I don't get that drunk.
It is said to be somewhat dry, but the aroma is fruity (¡Ω).
The taste is dry and astringent, which is quite my favorite!
I love breweries and buildings like that, and drinking while looking at them is something I can't get enough of!
It is very rich and sweet, but has a beautiful mouthfeel.
How does it taste when heated?
It looks so good!
This was so good, I bought several small things!
New Year's Day was decided with Hakusetsu paper cup cask sake!
It was my first time to try both Hakusetsu and Old Pine, and both were great!
I thought, "Nada is not the only one! I thought!
It's not such a big place, but the tasting is cheap and it's a good place if you really want to enjoy sake!
To be honest, it was not such an expectation, but the sake was wonderful, in any case, with all the good stuff (ω-ω-ω).
Nada-Fushimi is close by, so it's a very humble place
So have a good sake, or rather, a Happy New Year!
Christmas is for nigori sake(^^)
And I kinda think so.........................................................I drink it outside of Christmas 😅.
It's delicious 💓
