The description says it is stored in Yoshinosugi cedar barrels,
The aroma of cedar and the flavor is quite good.
The flavor is quite good.
This time, it is served at room temperature,
but it may also be delicious hot.
It may also be good as a hot sake!
dry taste (e.g. sake, wine, etc.)
Certainly easy to drink
But, I can't believe I came from Osaka to Sapporo to drink sake from Hyogo.
It's okay because it's good, but I don't know...
It's my fault for drinking it 👎.
Hakusetsu was sold at the Takashimaya Sake Festival, but I couldn't taste it.
I went to a commercial supermarket called C&C End and found Goshin, Kizakura, and Shirayuki on sale.
At a different store, I bought Kikusui and Sasanogawa from Kochi.
It is refreshing but fruity. Not too sweet and not too spicy.
It's rather expensive for 3㌥, but I like that it's frozen so it doesn't deteriorate.
The Ozeki I tasted at Takashimaya was better.
I'd have to say that Hakubotan is the best of the frozen series at the moment, though.
Good morning, bouken😄.
I've been interested in frozen sake since I learned about frozen sleep 😆.
From the picture it looks frozen, is this liquor 🍶 sold in a frozen state❓
Good morning, Hiro-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
It is sold frozen and it says it needs to be frozen 🧊.
I keep it in the freezer at home until I drink it, and when it's time to drink it, I thaw it naturally or dissolve it under running water and drink it 😊.
Hakusetsu Junmai Hiyoroshi. It has a refreshing taste. It is a delicious sake with moderate acidity and a crisp finish. It also has a slight fruity taste.
The hot 🥵 days are still continuing, but it's already that time of year. The first hiyaoroshi of the year was Shirayuki by Konishi Shuzo, a local sake brewery. It has a delicious hiyaoroshi taste and goes well with all kinds of dishes! A perfect marriage!
