Spring Nigorinpic 63
Expo is being held in Osaka, but the free passport for the duration of the Expo is 30,000 or so...I can't afford it 🤣.
So I bought an annual pass for the previous Expo site in Suita🤣.
The admission fee is 260 yen per visit and the annual pass is 3.600 yen, so if I go once a month, it will pay for itself 🤣.
From now on, I plan to go to the Expo site in Suita whenever I have something to do, so I'll be going here more often 😀.
Today's accompaniment for walking at the Expo was a bottle of Itami Morohaku Light Nigori that I bought at Hakusetsu-san, which I visited during the brewery's opening ceremony 😀 This sake is also sold at the brewery's limited sales.
This sake is also a limited edition sake from the brewery and can only be drunk here 🤣.
The most fun part of visiting breweries is that you can drink special sakes that you can't drink anywhere else😇.
I don't think you can find this delicious mixture of freshness and beautiful sweetness anywhere else😇.
Anyway, it was a delicious, fruity and wonderful sake😇.
Hi Yasbay 😃
It costs 30,000💸 😳I'm calculating how many I can buy 😅and the sun tower! Glad to see the black sun on the back side 🤗
Looks like you'll be drinking more Expo 😋.
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
I like your annual pass! It's a big place to enjoy 🎶 and as always, the food looks delicious 😻 I'm just impressed with your good drinking habits!
You're right, there's a brewery exclusive that looks delicious 😳.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
My guy bought an annual pass for his family of 3 and it cost him just under 80,000 🤣.
Earlier today, we took our drinks to the old Expo Park 😇.
Hi, Pon-chan 😀
I never get tired of going to the Expo Park many times because there are many different flowers blooming here and there in the large park, and it feels luxurious to have a delicious drink and lunch while viewing the beautiful scenery😇.
Manzai Mon Super Special Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
Slightly sweet, fragrant sake
The Joy of Sake New York 2025
This is a top-quality brand from Itami, the birthplace of sake. Yamada-Nishiki, the highest grade of sake rice, is polished to perfection and brewed with traditional techniques.
Walking in Expo Park today 🚶♀️
Today's accompaniment is a limited edition Daiginjo-Daiginjo-Tobottori from a brewery owned by Shirayuki 😀.
I visited the Hakusetsu brewery on the occasion of its opening and bought a bottle 😇.
It was a very nice sake to pair with my lunch in the park😇.
It was light without much of a ginjo aroma, but it was a sake that really complimented my bento without being cloying with a mildly sweet flavor on the palate 😀.
Many daiginjos are made with you as the main character, but I like this kind of sake that accompanies the bento and helps the taste of the meal 😀.
Hi Yasbay, 😊It's a beautiful day for walking ☀I was on a bicycle expedition to Kadoya-san 🚴🏻♂️ I only knew the name but the tender texture looks delicious 🍶.
Good evening, Yasube!
It's worth going to a brewery because there are sake and good sake that you don't see 😊 plum blossoms in full bloom, sake and great food 😻 everything is there 👍✨.
Good evening, Nao888!
It's only about 5 km one way from my house to Kadoya-san, so I always walk there while walking 😇.
I don't know why, but the sake I buy at the brewery tastes even better 😀.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
The best part of visiting sake breweries is encountering sake limited to the brewery or local sake that you don't usually find at liquor stores😇.
But I don't think I'll be able to resume my brewery tours until I reduce my sake holdings a bit more😅.
Next is also Hakusetsu.
It is a seasonal Junmai Daiginjo Nigori!
Wow~!
I see, it is thick and smooth.
One of the senpai told me, "Let's try adding tomato juice!"
It's a recommendation from the store owner.
Yes, yes, yes.
It's delicious~~!
The salty taste of tomato juice must go well with the nigori!
It was a very exciting drink.
We brought our own drinks and had a dinner party~.
First of all, here's one from a senior.
It's nice!
It is Konishi Sake Brewery in Itami City.
I have wanted to try Hakusetsu for a long time!
It came in a decorative box. Thank you!
I'll drink a toast right away.
Wooooo!
It has an excellent sharpness.
At first it gives the impression of being fruity, but by the time you finish it, it feels like The Sake.
It was a delicious sake with a smooth mouthfeel.
