Junmai Nigori Sake, Nama 🍶Old style tank pressing ✨.
80% polished Amanoto. Jagotaro" means "countryman"🤔Swishy, dry, gorgeous✨. Green apple? Food goes on. Also good with sweet beef tenderloin tofu. The shishamo tempura is also yummy 😋.
Umi to @Takadanobaba 20231215
Hee! I didn't know Amanoto had a sake with such a rustic label! And very inexpensive (¥1080)!
Let's start with the bottle aroma
MU!
This smell is reminiscent of Terada's "Musuhi": ......
The nuka covers the entire inside of the mouth when you take a sip.
However, there is a hidden sweetness like caramel that never comes to the surface, so it is still drinkable!
If this is the true taste of a low rice polishing ratio sake, then perhaps it is.
As you continue drinking, you can almost taste a little sweetness on top of the "Musubi" flavor, and I wonder if the members of the Kansai Branch would understand it to some extent.
Then the second day
Before the chrysalis, just before it transforms into cider.
Other than that, let's see
milkshake
sticky rice cakes
magic ink
And Alc smell
I have the impression that these flavors are having a party in my mouth, but I don't really feel the koji taste or koji sweetness that is characteristic of nigori sake...
While I'm saying that, it's the last day of work for the ministry today.
To all sake drinkers, I send my hearty love for sake from SAKERAN!
Hopefully next year will be a year of peace and just the right amount of sake love. .........
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😄
I'm sure you'll finish your workday with a sake that is just like you 😁A little sweet musubi is a rare treat 🤣.
Recently there are many sakes with low polished rice and no raw material aroma, but this one is a traditional type 🌾☺️
Have a good New Year's!
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran. Are you closing with Jagorotaro? No, it's not like Mr. Ran, but it's a very Ran-like way to end a drink! Is this the end of this year's post? Anyway, have a nice New Year's 👋
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌛Another unique review of a unique sake, not only in the Kansai region, but all over the country, the registered members of Sake-no-wa are zapped 🤣I hope next year the world will be filled with a moderate love of sake 😄.
Good evening, Mr. Lan 🌙
I'm curious about the flavor of the added sweetness to the musuhi 😳and the 2nd day flavor is awesome! Is it like this on day 2 of musuhi 🤔?
I'm looking forward to next year's sakelan section 😊.
Have a great new year👍✨
Good morning, sake orchid 😃.
Thanks for your work all year 😌From the milkshake on the second day to the Alb smell, it's hard for a layman to imagine the taste 😆 Quintessential world view 🤗.
We wish you peace too 🙋🏻🙋🏻
Good morning, Sake Run. ☀︎
Day 2 tastes pretty tough: ‼️
What should I drink it with?
Or is it better on its own?
Anyway, thanks again for your help this year 💡.
Thank you for your hard work, Sake Run!
Nanu? You want to finish with Nuka sake? That's very typical of you, Mr. Lan 🤣.
I enjoyed this year, including the legendary knee series!
Please come back next year 🙇.
Drunken knees!
Oh?
I knew you knew this drink?
Hi Hirupeco-san!
I'm Monaka and I've been thinking that I'll post something before the end of the year.
Have a nice New Year 👋
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
I feel that "sake breathing" is definitely more alive than when I started drinking.
Unlike myself, who is just a sake lover, Nemuchi-san and his friends are very active and have a great love for sake.
Good evening J & Nobby 👋
I wanted to ask you, J, but I noticed a star shining brightly in the whole sky on the lower left of the moon seen from Osaka a little while ago 🤔?
I wonder if it was a planet?
Hello, Mr. Yoohee!
It tastes as rustic as the label design!
I'm not sure if it's best on its own or with food, but I think it's probably best served heated.
Well, I don't know! I don't heat it up though! 😁🤟
Good evening, Maru-san!
I got that yuzu shichimi from Maru-san.
It's really good!
I just can't find it anymore! 💦.
I can't go back to regular shichimi or isshimi.
Please take some sekinin!
Oh! I knew it was a planet💫!
It was impressive because it was about 3cm to the lower left of the moon. Thank you very much.
J & Nobby please have a happy new year 😇
This muddy sake was the last of the sake from Akita. As this was an active sake, it was strictly forbidden to overturn the bottle and to open it after stirring. It didn't blow at all. However, there was a good amount of bubbling.
The name of the wine is said to mean "rustic," but it's not so bad. It has a sophisticated taste. When stirred, it had an overwhelming sense of rice. Sweetness of rice and rice. But the sweetness was not that much. The alcohol content of 17 degrees is not bad, but it's a good one.
It goes well with meat dishes and other dishes. For the price, it's a sake that I would be happy to drink again!
