Hee! I didn't know Amanoto had a sake with such a rustic label! And very inexpensive (¥1080)! Let's start with the bottle aroma MU! This smell is reminiscent of Terada's "Musuhi": ...... The nuka covers the entire inside of the mouth when you take a sip. However, there is a hidden sweetness like caramel that never comes to the surface, so it is still drinkable! If this is the true taste of a low rice polishing ratio sake, then perhaps it is. As you continue drinking, you can almost taste a little sweetness on top of the "Musubi" flavor, and I wonder if the members of the Kansai Branch would understand it to some extent. Then the second day Before the chrysalis, just before it transforms into cider. Other than that, let's see milkshake sticky rice cakes magic ink And Alc smell I have the impression that these flavors are having a party in my mouth, but I don't really feel the koji taste or koji sweetness that is characteristic of nigori sake... While I'm saying that, it's the last day of work for the ministry today. To all sake drinkers, I send my hearty love for sake from SAKERAN! Hopefully next year will be a year of peace and just the right amount of sake love. .........
